WOW. 10 out of 10! I had such an amazing experience at Eden Day Spa. It is so beautiful, clean, and everything smells incredible. Gabby did my massage and it was one of the, if not the, best massage I have ever had. Sarah did my facial, and my skin today is drastically improved. My acne scars are lighter, my pores are appearing tighter and smaller, and my makeup went on flawlessly. I highly recommend the spa and will definitely be going back!

Most amazing spa experience Ive had. Cindys massage was so thorough and tailored to my specific needs. Lucia, who did my facial, has magic fingers. I came out feeling pampered and refreshed. Loved this Spa, I’ve had several facials and a deep tissue massage. Great service and I left there each time feeling amazing. The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing, they offer hot tea or water while you wait to be served which is perfect to get ready for your service. They also have a full array of awesome products.

My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves and our college son and his friend to massages. Because there are only 3 massage rooms, I booked a facial, so we could all finish our treatments at the same time. Jeremy, who is very professional and helpful, assisted me. He also helped me with a follow-up call when I made changes to the original treatment plan. I, my son and friend went in as scheduled. My husband was told his technician was running late. After checking with the front desk twice, and just about to cancel, my husband was called in 27 minutes late for what was supposed to be a 55 minute appointment. The 3 of us finished our appointments and waited, not realizing he was called in so late. Nobody informed us. When he did appear, I asked him about the timing. He told me about the late start, and that he only received 45 minutes of his massage. I suppose they were trying to get back on schedule. Nobody explained, nor apologized for the late start or the deduction in time. Apologies mean so much! We spent a lot of money for treatments for 4 people, which is a rare treat. If I were the manager, I would want to know how this situation was handled, so that I might teach my team to better handle things from a customer service perspective when issues arise, which they inevitably will.Follow up: we appreciate that the manager called to discuss the situation and offered to help.

I highly recommend this spa. It is immaculate, relaxing, and very high quality. I schedule facials with the magnificent Patty. I suffered from black/ white heads on my face and the facials I received tremendously helped lear up my face. Patty did such a great job of making me feel relaxed and taken care of. She uses the best organic products and really takes her time with you. The entire atmosphere is very desirable. I would not go anywhere else for my spa needs.

I visit Eden Day Spa about once a month, usually for a deep tissue massage. The spa is small but the facilities are very clean and very well appointed. The decor makes it look like a resort spa.The staff are very professional and polite. I have had several different massage therapists and all of them have been very good.I have been very pleased with their COVID safety measures. I see they check temperatures with a touchless thermometer for all staff and clients. They ask that you wear a mask but you can take it off while face down for the massage. I felt safe and protected but still comfortable.I would highly recommend Eden Day Spa.

What a great way to spend 80 minutes! My dear wife gave me a gift of the Signature Massage for my birthday. I’m lucky to be able to say I’ve had a lot of massages, and this was surely one of the all time best! The place is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The Covid protocols were very evidently adhered to, in a very efficient yet client-friendly manner. Politely took my temp upon arrival, with a sweet smile. Entire staff warm, welcoming and SMILING! And obviously, sincerely.But the main event...now that’s where the real magic happened!Cindy was just spectacular! This petite lady is a dynamo! Her technique, strength and stamina were a wonder! I’ve had massages in the past from therapists who were not “strong enough to be gentle”. This was NOT the case with Cindy. Always firm yet comforting and comfortable, my massage was never “pinchy “ or painful, though intense enough to reach deeply into my sore muscles and turn ‘em loose. Most amazingly, as I’ve said, this was an EIGHTY MINUTE massage, yet she never lost momentum or ran out of steam. The last five minutes were as perfect as the first!As I was leaving, Cindy asked me how I was feeling. I had to admit that I was so blissed out that, while getting dressed, I put my pants on backward three times!Having a bad day? Want my advice?Book yourself some time here. I visited Eden Day Spa for an Essential pedicure. I received so much more. It was the most relaxing experience I have encountered for a pedicure. I was escorted to a private room with soft music and lighting. Leidy made me feel so special. The chair was so comfortable with built in massage options. Leidy brought me a neck/shoulder heated pad that elevated my comfort and always checked to see if I needed anything. My pedicure was perfect! Eden Day Spa also carries a quality line of products to pamper yourself at home. I will certainly be returning to Eden Day Spa to try their other amazing services. I highly recommend Eden Day Spa!

I enjoyed my facial and deep tissue massage. The people there were great. I wasnt offered tea and biscotti like my friends were. That hurt my feelings cuz it was my birthday and I sat there at least 30 mins. They gave me water instead. I found out later my friend got treated way better.

I started going to Eden Day Spa once I moved to the Boca Raton area (a long time ago) and have always received amazing massages and facials. I have tried other places in the Delray Beach/Boca Raton area, but NOTHING compares to the quality and services they provide. I recommend them to anyone in need of a spa. They sell the best products. They did a great job decorating the to make sure you feel relaxed the second you walk in. Parking is very easy.

I took my daughter here for her birthday and we both booked facials and pedicures. I’m rating this spa 3 stars and that’s for the pedicure. The facial gets none. The pedicure was great. Only problem is there is only 1 pedi chair and technician. So we couldn’t have the pedi done together.In the very long list of pedicures and facials on their menu the online appointments don’t allow you to pick which pedi or facial you want. When I called to choose I was told we could choose once we arrived. But when we got there the pedi was already chosen and set up. Our technician was very nice, friendly and attentive. We were given the standard pedi when we really wanted the peppermint wrap pedi.When I went in for my facial Patty was my esthetician. She said I signed up for the 55 min facial (which I never put online because it doesn’t allow you to choose which facial you want) and asked what I wanted. I wanted the anti-aging facial which just happened to be 55mins. She then sold me the extra patches for my chest and neck which was an additional $30. She rubbed a few gooey things on my face. Wiped them off with a hot towel. Massaged my shoulders neck and head. Placed the patches. Then more massage and a hot towel to my arms. The majority of my facial was literally a scalp massage but the kind that is annoying because she rubbed my scalp in the same area over and over. (I had a huge knot in my hair once I removed the head band at the end of the facial.😡) Patty then applied a tinted SPF makeup and colored in my eyebrows (which I never do!) right after she was done. So my face immediately felt dirty. Patty never gave me any steam. Nor did she consult me on my skin. And who puts makeup on a client right after a facial especially when they don’t ask first? The patches were removed and placed back in their original bags for me to reuse again at home once or twice. Huge waste of money.Side note - my daughter got an add on of a pumpkin enzyme mask. The extra cost was $45. She was then told after her facial that she could purchase the entire jar that would last her approximately a year for $48. So be aware of these very costly add ons. Not worth the added money.Next spa day we will definitely choose another spa.

I LOVE going to Eden Day Spa! It is a small treasure in the heart of Boca. The services are wonderful. I get massages and facials there regularly. I really appreciate that they use and sell the finest products I’ve ever found. Their Eminence line is all organic, smells clean and fresh, and works wonderfully on my face. They have a complete line of Jane Iredale makeup which I LOVE, as well as Farm House Fresh body lotions that I also love for their purity as well as results. Eden is my favorite spa! Definitely worth going there.

I have tried numerous places, but Eden Day Spa really tops them all! The athmosphere is soo relaxing, staff is friendly and it is extremely clean. But with all that said, the main reason I keep going back is Boyana! She is AMAZING! She always listens to my concerns and makes sure they are addressed during our session. I have a few problematic spots and she pays more attention to them without making me feel rushed in the slightest. Every time I get a massage with her, I feel refreshed and so relaxed. Her technique is phenomenal. Thank you so much Boyana, you are a true gem! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage.

This place is poorly run. An attempt was made to book a massage over the phone after providing credit card number to receptionist. I was away on travel and it was meant to be a gift for wife. It was assumed after taking credit card number the massage would be charged then or at the time of the massage. It was not and my wife had to pay for the massage. An attempt was made to contact the manager, but there wasn’t a manager in.Update: The owner did contact me and was able to provide further explanation amid the confusion. Another employee from the spa also reached out and was pleasant over the phone. They even offered discounts on a future visit to the spa. The spa did show it cared about following up to get more details from the customer and shed light on business practices on their end. In the end, it changed my perspective of the spa for the better.

Definitely a very charming place from the moment you walk in. They treat you like you are special and not just another client. I loved the little store up front and my massage and facial was just perfect. Since I went on mother’s day they had little treats like cupcakes and strawberry’s. Not sure if they always do that but it was just the perfect touch.

I had never been to a spa ever so my boyfriend treated me to a gift certificate to Eden Day Spa for Christmas. It took me 8 months to finally take the plunge and use it and I can’t believe what I have been missing!!! Eden Day Spa is incredible and has set the bar astronomically high for any future spa experiences. My massage, facial, and manicure were all amazing. Everyone was kind, attentive, and the environment was so relaxing. I can not wait to come back for everything else on the menu!

I have never left a review in my life but today Im very disappointed. First of all - the staff is very friendly and I really enjoy the atmosphere of this small, quaint spa. However, I spent $70 (+$14 tip) on a Lash Perm yesterday that simply made my eyelashes look frazzled, clumpy, and bent at the ends in every direction. Yesterday I got home from my appointment and I noticed how terrible my lashes looked. I then called the spa to ask if I could come in and get them fixed or get anything done to help and they very nicely offered for me to come in first thing this morning. I got there and the same lady who did them simply took a look and said there was nothing she could do. She even asked one of the front desk ladies to come in the room to try and assure me that they looked good? The front desk lady couldnt even genuinely assure me because they really look that messed up. I now have to wait about 6 weeks for my eyelashes to go through their growth cycle because there was absolutely nothing they could do for me and Ive wasted $84. They are absolutely awful and Im so very disappointed in this Lash Perm service. Im sure other services offered are fantastic - but this is not one of them. I have a picture I wish I could post with this. (AND there is still some weird sort of tinted black glue all along my eyelid that I cant get off.)

I’ve been going to Eden Spa now for approximately 15years+ and has never failed to deliver. I’ve had facials mostly which I feel has improved my complexion (66 years young now) and I’ve also had massages. Lately I’ve been having pedicures that really last about a month 1/2. They’re products are superb, especially their organic line Eminence which is showcased in some of their facials. It is a relaxing time. The staff is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m very loyal to Eden Spa because I’ve been treated with superb service. And I love how they answer their phone!

We really enjoyed our services (massages and facials with eye brow shaping) and overall experience was great! Im in the beauty industry myself and so Im really choosy and they actually exceeded our expectations, which was a pleasant surprise for me. I havent been to Eden Day Spa since they remodeled, and I have to tell you the update is gorgeous! You can tell they take pride in their business. The serene, white atmosphere will make you will feel calm and peaceful, and thats before you even start your services. The massage therapist, Chrissy, thoroughly listened to the issues I was having and focused her attention to them. The massage was relaxing and I felt stress-free afterward. I also received a facial from Christine who was very sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable for a first-timer. Thank you to Eden and their staff for taking such great care of me.

I came here for a 55 minute hydra facial and I haven’t had a facial in years, i thought this would be a relaxing experience. I was so ready to just relax, and was SO disappointed because it was just so impersonal. The entire time I felt like I was under a microscope, and my skin being aggressively tugged at. Which was okay because my skin needed it but I would definitely not recommend family or friends to go here because its not a spa like atmosphere AT ALL. it’s not worth the money.
