Great service. I have been using them for over a year and they always work with me and really friendly.

I got into the place and tell me its a $2 copay (pay as I go) as soon as I leave the store it says $-10 for a plan fee I did not agree to! Tried calling but no one picks up now I have to drive back there and prob wait a week to get $10 back. Who does that? I litteraly said pay as I go and then charges me? Didnt charge me the last 10 times I went!

Pretty upset that all these local stores are supposedly open until 9, but here I am at the boca store at 8:30 and the store is locked. With the amount charged vs amscot or the bank, you would think theyd at least provide the right times. Or hire employees that work the full shift. Either way, unacceptable!

I went here about a month ago and was very satisfied with the customer service. It was a busy Friday and I was very appreciative at how quick and efficient they were. Would definitely reccomend this location.

Last weeks paper reemployment check was returned to check cashing store. So when I went to cash this weeks check, they kept this weeks check, gave me no money. I called police to get check back, they did nothing calling it a civil matter. Now they have this weeks check. They are keeping 2 checks for price of one. They claim it returned, and kept this weeks in payment.They had a stack of checks they showed the police, of others they did same thing to just today. Surprised there isnt a armed guard...Reported to DEO.Checked back with them today, still keeping 1k of my unemployment. Screwing me on my rent. Guess I have to go another route. Then people wonder why people go psycho. Definitely wont call police for assistance again.

I went there and received assistance from Bruce, this guy was amazing and handled every question I had affectively , I was out of there in a few minutes 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Was greeted as soon as I walked in through the door with a hello and a smile. Very professional and efficient interaction. I believe I was helped by the store manager and the customer service that was given was impeccable. I will be going to the Boca location only from now on.

Upon calling to verify the cost of cashing a check the teller refused to provide me with an answer saying they could not offer a quote over the phone. I asked for a rundown of applicable fees for cashing a standard payroll check. Same answer. Upon asking asking why I would do business with them if they couldnt provide me with basic information about their services, I was told they offered the best customer service. This was completely false. The same teller was extremely obnoxious, tried to swindle me and then invited me to call 911, refusing to give me back my check before he saw me calling them. Most shady establishment Ive had the displeasure of visiting!
