One of the most important things for me in this world is family. As a practitioner, I am very selective with who I refer to and who I trust. Helping Moon has been a trusted provider over the years and I happily say that I have even trusted this practice with my own family. Luna is very caring and very selective with her team. I feel this is one of the reasons why the practice has been very successful over the years.Luna has also been instrumental in providing consultation when dealing with difficult cases.I without hesitation recommend helping moon. Practitioners with credentials are great but are only as good as the service.Not only is this practice filled with combined years of experience, credentialed individuals with different backgrounds, the service provided always exceeds expectations.

For a therapy office I was very disappointed! According to my insurance and multiple other websites you take BCBS, FL blue, and Medicare. One of my friends is a former client of the office and has BCBS. I have FL blue and when I called I was told that you are in network but no therapist are able to take my insurance at this time. Then I heard an entire sales pitch of doing out of network with my insurance/superbill. This is not an option for me because it only cover less than half of the cost. Your website has listed to cost $225 per session. I cannot pay put of pocket at all and need to be in network to be covered.When I explained this to the lady she wanted me to go on a waiting lists. I agree and wait. After 5-6 months of no contact i decide to try again and I was told the same thing.Youre saying that after almost half a year no one was open?! You have over 14 therapist listed and none can see me? WHY DO YOU HAVE LISTED YOU TAKE THIS INSURANCE WHEN THAT IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE! Being in network but not currently taking it is not okay. I was desperate for help and even asked for a referral but was not given any guidance or help to find someone.My friend also stopped seeing you guys because she felt her therapist wasnt listening to her, didnt remember key things from previous sessions, sounded very tired/overworked the entire session.You seem and sounded Very money oriented and manipulative!!!

Luna was born to do what she does best, help people. She loves and enjoy her work and she’s amazing at it.
