I would never trust this company based on all of the unprofessional and borderline illegal activity Ive seen. Employees being underpaid, verbally abused and treated like garbage. Driving his own business into the ground. Even looking at the Google reviews he only replies to good reviews and never addresses client concerns. The facts are out there, do your research before doing business with them.

SAMA is great! I run a 7 Figure business that was featured on Shark Tank, and SAMA has done a great job growing our ROAS and Amazon presence. The team is very nimble and able to deliver multiple projects at once. Ive worked with other marketing agencies and none of them come close to the detail that SAMA provides in their reports and weekly calls.

WARNING!!!! I never take the time to leave reviews. I just wanted to warn others before wasting time and money with SAMA Labs. They have not completed their scope of work as per their contract. Waited 8 months on a project that should have been delivered 30-60 days and is still incomplete. Their Team assigned to us dismantled and employees left the company. I was never notified of this and no one was assigned to take over project. It took them two months for someone to finally respond after leaving voice messages and emailing numerous other employees inside the SAMA lab company to finally get staff member to try to find out what was going on with our project. After waiting two months to try to hold it together they were still unable to deliver scope of work as per their contract and any work that was completed was beyond unprofessional and usable. Please see attached photos of Crushed hats sent to us as completed work for us to use to market our hats. These photos are from a second attempt to try to rectify the first unprofessional photo shoot. PLEASE NOTE the second attempt we waited 60 days for and was only done after asking for our money back for breach of contract. A review on Glassdoor by previous employee seems to sum it up: they seem to be very nice people and have camaraderie amongst each other giving customers a positive vibe when interviewing their company. However, major growing pains that needs leadership to direct and manage. Save your valuable time and money and hire another company.
