Ordered part online from their scagpartsonline.com website. Placed order back on 8/20/21 to find out parts were on backorder (no notification of that at all at the time of the order). Was then lied to multiple times telling my my items shipped, when actually they had just printed the label, and never shipped my parts. When my order FINALLY arrived at my local post office on Saturday morning 9/4/21, these lying, cheating scammers intercepted my package and had it recalled back to them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.... HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place took a warranty job for Briggs and Stratton to fix a $20 water outlet connection on my 2 month old generator that has about 5 hours of use on it. They took off the outlet connection and while doing so, stripped the threading on my water pump that the outlet sits on. Didn’t answer their phone for 3 days, so we showed up instead to see what the delay was. They said the only option was to pay $180 for a new pump before they can replace the water outlet. Brand new pressure washer, perfect threads when the washer was dropped off for a warranty maintenance and in turn, left with $180+ worth of new damage. The managers as well as service team do not want to make this issue right. They said they’re not taking responsibility for it. I don’t recommend this place if you want fair or trustworthy service. By doing business with this place, you’re simply rolling the dice.

I ordered online the clutch for my chainsaw. There was no specific information on the website if the part is in stock or not. After placing the order on 03/12 - I found that the part was back ordered from the manufacturer and ETA is not known. The part was delivered to Pronto Mowers on 03/24. Today is 03/30 and my order wasnt shipped to me yet. They still keep my order in their warehouse. I called, chat and spoke with customer service several times and I explained that I need this part badly but this didnt help. Almost 3 weeks after placing the online order - my order is still waiting in the business warehouse and is not shipped to me. I do not recommend this business.

Did not order parts from these people online! I placed an order 2:19/21 after 2 weeks I call to check the status of my order and was told I will get tracking info if they ship it 3/19/21. Canceled the order and found a local hustler dealer and he was apologetic because it would take him 2 days to get it to me. And...... the local dealer was $20 cheaper no shipping costs. DO NOT make this mistake, I’m sorry if you are like me and already have and that’s why you are here! I’m sure I will get the same generic apology everyone else got but contacting them is no good the lady speaks 30% English and doesn’t care you have them money and you get no parts for months!

I highly recommend Pronto Mowers for all your outdoor lawn/tree equipment and service needs. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and the customer service is great! They have very fair prices, a good selection of products available in the store (Stihl, Echo, etc.) and they can order products that arrive quickly. I also have my equipment serviced there and they are fast and reliable. Andy, Nick and the Pronto team are the best! Highly recommended!

Do not do internet business with these people. Their website says they have parts in stock, and that they ship in two days. They took my money right away, and over a week later they have not shipped. A quick review of their BBB reviews by searching their address reveals multiple company names, all in the small engine business, and all with the same complaint I have. Its not even bait and switch,,, there are no parts to switch too. Piss poor. If I did business this way, Id expect to be fired, promising to come do a yard on the weekend, and not showing up till a month later. OH,, and if they do ship you the wrong part,,, and its their fault,,, you still pay a 20% restocking fee after shipping it back on your dime. SHAMEFUL.

I brought my Craftsman lawn mower under factory warranty to their shop on October 15th 2020. 2 months have passed and I dont even get a decent response with regards of what is going on after several calls and being placed on hold for countless minutes. I also called Craftsman to try to figure out what is going on. Their answer was: go pick the mower up and bring it to another official repair shop in Miramar. I will place a complain in BBB for both Companies since they both havent shown any interest in providing a decent customer service. My advice is DONT EVER USE THIS GUYS!!!!

Brought my pressure washer in to get a $20 part replaced under warranty and they ended up damaging the pump and not replacing it at all. They blamed the damage on me instead of taking actions for their faults. I also think they need to hire another person to answer their phones. I tried getting in touch with them for a week before I decided to just show back up and ask for an update for my pressure washer. Would not recommend them whatsoever.

My review is for BriggsStrattonStore.com which is apparently owned/operated by Pronto Mowers. Website states Ships within 1 business day if in stock. What they do not mention is that the part IS NOT IN STOCK, and it could be weeks or months before the part comes in. None of this is mentioned at checkout or in the order confirmation email. They seem content to waste everyones time with their deceptive business practices. Take a look at their reviews on BBB and you will see many others with a similar experience to mine. Spend a little more money and buy elsewhere rather than dealing with this scummy company.

They are a rip off. I needed a .77 cent cold start/ run sticker for my blower. I went to order 2 of them. They want $6.00 to put it in an envelope and mail it to me. i chatted with a girl on there online site and she said there is nothing they can do, its there policy. it ashamed that they are gouging on shipping.

I emailed small engine pro dealers (owned by Pronto mowers) and asked if they had a part I needed in stock and explained that I had ordered the part from a different business only to find out the part was on backorder and wouldnt be shipped for a month. Maria emailed me back and said they did have the product in stock so I went to their site and placed the order. 4 days passed and I called to see if my part had shipped yet. The woman on the phone said they were waiting to recieve the part from the manufacturer!?! Why lie to me and tell me the part is in stock when it clearly was not??? I dont have time to play games.

I ordered a small item from their website (briggsstrattonstore.com) because it said in stock. They immediately charged my Visa. A few days go by with no word. I email them to get status. The response is that they wont have the item for three months. A good thing that I didnt wait longer. I canceled the order.Now, ten days later, no Visa credit. I called the credit card company to open a dispute. What a waste of time. Hard to believe that they are allowed to use the Briggs and Stratton name on their web site. There is no connection and you are led to think that you are dealing with the Company itself. Far from it.

The online stores for this place are very suspicious, specifically Hustler Lawn Mower Parts. I asked for help with matching a part to my mower (no pictures for their parts online) and a week later the lady sent me the manual for my mower so that I could figure it out on my own, which I did... Then when I placed my order they couldnt tell me anything about my order, and were always in a hurry to get off the phone. Finally a guy named Elvis Contreras called me and said that I was to contact him for further inquiries, but he wouldnt answer my questions directly (like he was using a script). I did finally get my part two weeks after I ordered it and luckily it was the correct part, but only because I did my own cross-referencing of part numbers. It sounds like others were not so fortunate, and I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I ordered a Briggs cylinder head that was out of stock and hard to find. Nobody could get it. I ordered one from these guys and they somehow got me one in a Briggs box brand new for a low price. I emailed them a few times while I was waiting to get lead time updates and they responded immediately. It took a little over a week before the part arrived but I am thankful to them because without the new head I would have been forced to buy a new Engine.

Terrible Service. I ended up ordering the incorrect part (my fault) I called them up and they said No problem, return it for a full refund. I paid for the shipping back and they ended up refunding less then 10% of the invoice. Really shady

Terrible customer service, they know it and dont care, had to threaten to cancel my order to get a response, no phone number on one of the many sites they operate. BEWARE... I would pay triple somewhere else before I would order from them.Unfortunately you cant give them less than one star.

They charged way too much for shipping and didnt offer faster options, parts too way to long to come in, packaging was mangled because they didnt prepare it correctly, and all four filter boxes were crushed inside box. Next time Ill just order from my local Hustler dealer and pick it up. Its a good thing I didnt need these parts in a hurry and dont have a commercial business for my commercial mower.

Taken for a ride. I was called and told that the warranty to my Stihl BG86 leaf blower is about to expire. They offered me a free courtesy check to see if there is anything wrong with it. A day later I was called and told the carburetor is scorned and implied I was running straight fuel in it. Nope. Dont even go there. They said they will try to work something out with the dealer and will call me back. A week and half later, I call them to check on its status and was told it was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and it was returned to me dismantled saying its not worth fixing. I said, okay can you guys put it back to together then. I was the told, sure for $32.00. Reluctantly I agreed and voiced my opinion as I walked back to my car. The employee felt my comments were uncalled for and I gave me back the leaf blower still dismantled, and told to go elsewhere. Detailed version is on the Better Business Bureau website. Dont waste your money with these scammers. FYI, Ive dropped $1,500 in your store over the last two years, but I guess that wasnt enough huh. Nickel & diming shysters.

They are scammers. I brought my lawn mower in for a pull cord and an oil change and some how from my house to their store my carburetor needed rebuilding. The manager said when youre pull cord is broken it usually means your carburetor went bad. I guess thats the scam they use on everyone. Avoid this place at all costs.

It is a garbage place .. I took my machine to sharpen the blades and do an oil change and when I went to pick it up they came out that they had thrown a lot of things on it, something that I did not authorize and they charged me almost 600 dollars.
