I went to this store to get an iPhone upgrade. The Rep Zack B. recommended the phone that would be best for me. He was incredibly nice, patient and knowledgeable. This was the best experience I have ever had at any Verizonwireless store!!

Danielle, the store mgr was absolutely fabulous in every way… helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, genuine… eager to please a Verizon customer purchasing and upgrading my Apple phone. They backed up my phone to iCloud to activate my new phone and lost all my photos, contacts, messages, EVERYTHING. After the fact all they said was that it was “weird” that the backup wasn’t showing and sent me on my way with no further assistance.Update on this issue: my phone is now receiving messages from people under different contact names and other little bugs like this are coming up. almost feels like they put a virus onto my brand new $1000 phone. DO NOT GO HERE. wish i could give 0 stars

Ive dealt with Scott at wireless zone Verizon for all of my phones for many years. Aside from the great products they carry, the servive is fantastic. Scott makes sure that every detail is taken care of and a satisfied customer seems to be more important to him than how much he can make on a given transaction.

This place is improving tremendously. A whole new staff and under new management. Looking to upgrade, add a new line or start new service? This is the place to go! The new staff is great and ready to help anyway possible.

This place was great! No wait and opened right on time. The salesperson gave me a great deal when I got a new phone and a liquid screen protector. Very satisfied with the service and my new Note 8! The only thing is that they dont take cash for activations! Weird!

My take is the data plans they offer are grossly overpriced. And no more reliable than T-Mobile and probably AT&T. Sprint network is just terrible. In terms of speed T-Mobile has the fastest Network. If you buy an unlimited plan from Verizon they tether back at about 25 gigabytes this does not occur with T-Mobile until 50 gigabytes I use a lot of data over a hundred gigabytes I have never encountered tethering back Ive been with T-Mobile for 8 years prior to that I was with Verizon. All the data providers at this point in time are selling the same product the only thing that difference is cost. If you live in a very remote area Verizon probably is your best bet but most people do not live in very remote areas so paying the premium youre really getting nothing for it at least thats my view.

After a particularly unpleasant experience at another Verizon location, my mother, husband and I came here only to have the complete opposite experience. The guys treated us with so much respect and took the time to address each one of our various issues and questions with patience. I now go out of my way to give this store my business. I am always grateful for kind, knowledgeable and personable customer service, (which seems a rarity these days) and the folks at this location do just that!

Having been to a few VERIZON stores, I can say that this store is light years ahead of the rest. Service is EXCELLENT and the guys behind the counter are real pros. If I lived next door to a Verizon store I would still go way out of my way to do business here. Luckily, Im just a few minutes from this location.Outstanding place to buy a phone / plan and they are top shelf when it comes to product knowledge and service. Highly recommended !!!!

I live in Boynton and have t-mobile but came specifically down to Boca after my son threw my brand new iPhone XS in the pool. Scared that my non-insured $1000 investment just became a gold colored paperweight, I desperately searched online on how to dry my phone. Enter redux, I swear I will never stop recommending this amazing service. I took 3 buses which took me 2 hours to arrive but it was worth every single penny of the $100 I paid, which, you only pay if they actually end up fixing your phone, otherwise you only pay $10 at the beginning of the service. It removed 1.5ml of water from my device, suck on that rice believers!! My phone wouldn’t even charge and now everything works exactly as it did the day I took it out of the box! I’m happy to state that I am now a completely loyal fan of redux and therefore, of wireless zone and if I needed a new phone plan, I would definitely come here because the customer service is amazing and they offer a redux membership as well for Verizon customers. Definitely worth the money! I hope I never have to come here again but if I do, I have complete faith redux will save my phone and I cannot say it enough, don’t plug in your phone, don’t put it in rice, go to a redux!!! Thank you Scott for everything!!

Horrible, they are incompetent and looking to scam anyone who comes in. I tried to upgrade to the iPhone7 and the woman didnt even know how much the phone cost. She told me the prices change all the time. Then proceeded to tell me I could not finance the phone because they dont want us to bypass that. Confused, I left and called Verizon customer care, who were mind boggled at my situation with this store. The customer care are now sending me the phone in a few weeks only after paying my upgrade fee. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE; RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS.

I stumble into this store by accident, my phone was having issues. To my surprise its the same staff that was in boca town center next to morton steak house. What a pleasant experience. They listen to my concerns and were able to get me out of my old phone and sold me a new phone and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend this store José, and Josh are very professional and really take the time to listen and find a solution really go out of the way to make things happen.

Horrible. Treated my son badly, was rude to me on the phone. Charged him for battery and two days later said something else was wrong. Apparently they just want to sell another phone. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and its the worst experience I have ever had. Do not go to this store if you need help. There are several other locations close to Boca Raton.

This star the Verizon location is one of the best out of business as Ive ever been in over years and Ive been rescue from any little phone problems because of the guys here.. they have taken care of one of my telephone dates so I highly recommend this place in Boca Raton on federal highway next door to Kinkos and Starbucks

Very disgruntled customer. I had my iPhone 5c screen replaced at a higher cost than Fix it or uBreakiFix the under the premise that they would warranty their work. A few weeks later while I was out of the state, the screen began to separate from the phone casing, and eventually completely popped out. When I applied moderate pressure in an attempt to push the screen back in, it went dark and completely stopped working.When it came down to it, assuming they would replace the screen and warranty their work, they immediately confronted me instead of acting hearing me out, arguing in defense that the phone was dropped and that they will not replace anything, that it was my fault.Whether that is true or not, I have the impression that their customer service philosophy is hardly one of concern for customers, being more to take advantage of a customer in a bind. The way they spoke to me, in a manner that was confrontational, unprofessional, unempathic, and condescending was not acceptable. I will never go to this iPhone store again out of principle. I will also report their poor customer service practices to Verizon, so that hopefully something will be done in response, and they wont get away with deception and generally poor customer service.
