My sessions with the Life Path and Tracy were amazing!First of all, Tracy makes you feel very comfortable and she had the ability to trigger my fears, which helped me understand them and feel the way I do. The moment you sit in her chair she will let you float away from your consciousness. Of course she doesn’t perform miracles, but fighting anxiety and building self confidence is never easy. So I definitely feel much better since I started her program. After each session, I had improvement with my personal struggles, and her soothing voice really helped me fall deep into hypnosis. Thank you Tracy Kim, for such a surreal experience that has truly helped me to cope better and live a more enjoyable life! I highly recommend her and her therapy techniques.

I can not express in words how thankful I am to have found Tracy. She has helped me transform my life and continues to do so. My third session with Tracy was a remote session at home. I was a little skeptical because the first two were in her office and were great.  I found a very private area in my home with a recliner and the session was wonderful. Just as good as being in the office. I would highly recommend at home sessions as it alleviates going out in this new environment of social distancing.

Working with Tracy was very comfortable and positive. I had no idea that hypnosis could be used this way and could achieve such results. She gave me the tools I needed to work on hypnosis outside of our sessions also, and with her help and practicing these techniques, I have been able to get off pain medication that I had taken for years.
