I would like to share my experience with Peachy Cleaned. I just moved from Cooper City, FL to Boynton Beach, FL and downsized from a four bedroom house to a two bedroom villa and I was lost and in quicksand dealing with unpack boxes and so much dust in my new villa. I called Peachy Cleaned and spoke to Debbie, who was unbelievable and she adhered to ALL my needs! Upon Wanda’s timely arrival, reassuring me they will get my villa perfect to my liking. She came today with Lennie and they did a miracle of a job. I wanted to thank them for getting my house in order and I feel settled and organized and they were miraculous! I will be continuing to use their service.

Deb and her team did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment in preparation for a move-out. It looked immaculate and I got my full security deposit back. Very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend for anyone in need of reliable cleaners.

We have been using Peachy Cleaned for several months now for our vacation rental home. Debbie and her manager Carrie are very responsive. The work is very good and they do an excellent job accommodating us even in last minute situations. We have worked with others in the past and I would say their level of service is superior.

Almost hate to brag about how good a company is, as well as the team, because they will get so busy that they dont have time for those who supported them way back when. But my entire life has been successful because of word of mouth testimonials - including letters written by hand and sent to the President of our company. I believe in telling everyone when I am happy & only the owner when I am not. It is rare to find excellent work and this team delivered a 5 Star experience. This team was excellent and will become like family in the future. The Owner came out to oversee the girls but honestly they did not need their boss - they came and asked me to check their work after each room was completed. Spoke to owner before they left and she shared her secret of no turnover and excellent employees. Screen them well, treat them w the respect they deserve and pay them well. Right on! As long as they continue to clean my home like its their own - they will have my business forever.

Peachy Cleaned has been cleaning our homes featured on Style Vacation Homes by Louis Shaw for a year now. When first approached by the owner Debbie, I was relieved to hear that there was a cleaning service that understood what was required to clean a home to a luxury hotel standard. Debbie and her associate went over their cleaning policy and the way in which their cleaners would be in constant contact with the service to assure that there would be no issues in the way the home was to be cleaned. As all new services, SVH was prepared to work with Peachy Cleaned to help in their learning the homes and the owners cleaning policies. It took some time to train the cleaners through trial and error. It became apparent after a while that Peachy Cleaned management was not providing the cleaners with the videos and and guidelines that we had provided. The policies that were promised and the rates were also altered from what was originally presented. The cleaners themselves have tried their best to learn the homes and for the most part, they were eager to please the customer. Peachy Cleaned states that they have supervisors who inspect the work before the cleaners leave the home. This is always something that a cleaning service will lead with when attempting to get your business. Debbie came to the homes only 3 times to check on the cleaners by our request. Our clients homes are under security surveillance in the driveways. There is no evidence that the homes are ever inspected. The scheduling of the cleaning of the homes was acceptable. There were issues with their billing department, but we were willing to work them out. The problem with the company is that the owner is not professional. When we had issues with the cleaning of the homes that were a result of the service sending a new cleaner by herself who did not speak English, the owners response was that she could not guarantee that we would get the same cleaner every time. We can respect not having the same cleaner, but what is not acceptable is sending a new cleaner to a home alone without any instructions or guidance. The other deciding factor for us terminating our service with them was due to the damages that were occurring to the bedding and towels at one of the luxury vacation homes. After an investigation, it was discovered the dryer lint filter was damaged on both ends and the cleaners never reported it to the property manager of the home or Peachy Cleaned management. When approached with the issue, the owner of Peachy Cleaned simply said it was not a cleaning issue. The cleaners use the appliances to service the homes and are the ones who should be responsible to have reported the ravaged linens and not leave them in the bag labeled as Non BuenoThere are too many inconsistencies with Peachy Clean. Too much time managing the cleanings. We are back to our search for a reputable cleaning service that can stand by their service.Style Vacation Homes

Peachy clean was at my home for a 3 hour clean. Not one counter was wiped down and the only thing that got dusted was half of my entertainment center. The floors in both bathrooms were never mopped, and she didnt both to move the scale in the bathroom to sweep under it. I got the excuse that I have animals and that they charge extra for that but that doesnt mean my counters shouldnt be wiped down, shelves dusted, or bathrooms mopped.

Debbie did great work! I wasnt able to be at the house at her arrival or departure and she still was happy work work out the logistics of the visit with me. Will use again!
