I have been wearing hearing aids for about 15 years and have always gotten them from HearUSA. I won’t get my hearing aids from anywhere else. Alexandra is a dream. She is so knowledgeable about hearing aid issues. She is amazing.and Barbra the receptionist is super nice.

Barbara the receptionist is kind and prompt...Alex the odiologist is the best. Ive never had an audiologist as good, knowledgeable and caring as her. I recommend this Boca office to anyone.Both Barbara and Alex are great!!I drive from Hollywood to this Boca office for appointments.

1/15/21 Alexandra was amazing ,friendly, knowledgeable, professional & very honest ! Sorry do not remember the receptionist name but was very nice too .Highly recommend this place & location as they have many. The only negative, if there was one was GPS does not bring you to there location & was not that easy to find !~

Fantastic place. They did a fantastic job at checking my daughters hearing after failing 3 screenings. They were real polite and respectful to answer any questions that I had. Waiting period was short, very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone.

They took care of my 88 year old mother with kindness. They were very patient working with her. George and Barbara are the best!

I am extremely happy with the care given by the audiologist George Modreck, as well as the office staff. My mother and great uncle were both seen by George. He is a competent, dedicated, ethical, and honest health care provider. He evaluated my mother and did not feel that she needs hearing aids at this time. He recommended that my uncle return to the Veterans Administration to have his current hearing aids adjusted before he would recommend the purchase of new hearing aids. He did this while knowing that I was prepared to pay for whatever my uncle needed. In addition, the office manager and staff went out of their way to be of assistance. Remember, that we had not purchased any equipment. I highly recommend the Hear USA office in Boca Raton and their audiologist George Modreck for the honest service given to elderly clients.

If only I could give zero stars. My doctor referred me on June 5th, today is June 17th and I have not heard back from HearUSA. I called and was told by Liza that they have not heard back from my insurance. I called insurance company and was told that no inquiries or authorization requests were made by HearUSA. Dreadful patient service at this place.

Dr Roebuck was very thorough ,attentive, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns, highly recommended !

Staff are helpful just a little slow in getting back to you but for the most part the doctor is fantastic and very informative with helping my child

Do not come to this place one of the receptionist was extremely rude yes I showed up a few minutes and I didnt have referral with me because pediatrician told me they would sent it in. So I offer to call and she tells well you are already late so its not convenient and she tells other receptionists I have the nerve to not bring it I hope she would of told me that yesterday!! While Im sitting there smh
