First time was very very nice, but i dont know what they happened,second time almost three month i dont get paid, i hope if they got sicki want get well soon

Picked up a load 2 stops in Yuma Arizona Sat took approximately 9.5 hrs to get loaded. Delivered in Atlanta on Wed at 7am. Receiver said Bills were clean and no shorts. Got a call after turning in Bills to Cousins Logistics a day later was notified 24 cases missing I was deducted 800.00 with no questions to how it happened. If you do any type of business with any company please make sure you seal trailer before leaving the shipper and have them sign and verify seal call broker and give them the seal number before leaving shipper. This will stop the theft thats taking place no matter if its the broker, Shippers, or receivers maybe they are working together so whatcover your own ASS!

The Office is completely unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend anyone working for them.

The broker and company are irresponsible for their confirmation and carrier, they can not complete a signed confirmation because themselves fault and reject to pay compensation。It is absolutely unfair to our carrier! Their company should be supervised and punished！

Booked 1 pick 1 drop. Broker called our driver direclty and asked him to pick 2nd pick without letting our dispatcher know and without paying any compensation for 2nd pick.When we asked for compensation and after several calls and emails they agreed to pay a very minimal amount which was well below industry standard and does not want to negotiate. We were given option to either take it or leave it.Then we had a 10AM appointment at the receiver and it took 8.5 hours to unload the truck and they refuse to pay detention. When we spoke with the Account Manager we were told this customer does not pay detention and they rate included detention, loading, unloading fees. They want to give you run around so finally you will take what given and move on. They even accused us of double brokering the load and blamed my driver for talking to their dispatcher.Before posting this review we tried to speak with manager but there was no help. When I told them that I will be submitting this review I was offered the full amount if I agree that I wont post a bad review. Please check this brokers review on google before deciding to do business with them.We wont be doing business with this company again. Would you?

Thirty don’t answer the phone to avoid paying me . This company not have money to pay

Very unprofessional from start to finish. Have dealt with many brokers and by far this has been my worst experience to date. Would not use them again or recommend anyone else to them.

2 nd time i did load with cousins. First load took more than 90 days to pay.this load shipper made mistake on bills .sent in original s still no payment .get the run around evertime i call .will never haul another load

Would give -5 if would be possible, extremely rude and unprofessional, booked team load with them , got canceled almost 2 hours after , made 84 miles and they refused to pay TONU, booked with Andrew Thoreson, got canceled Mike Tadlock

Booked load with them, specifically said we have 2 drivers in case if 1 late, load should be picked up by noon Saturday, they call driver directly 5 am in the morning on Saturday asking if he empty, he said no, they remove my company from load without call, and this is Saturday. This is a very bad practice to do business, dont book loads from them, they are not liable people.

These brokers have no money to pay their freight bills. Over 3 months past due on invoice, the typical “my customer this, my customer that” story. Avoid this broker!!!

Had bad experience working with them. They paid short for a load and when asked about it, they say we had damaged cases which is a lie. Will never do business with them.

Liers. They will promise you everything you want as long as you deliver the load and than would deny that they even talked to you. Never again.

They should be wiped out of the logistics business. Very dirty and cheap company. Would use any minimal excuse to put a claim on Carriers.
