I read the foreclosure.com web site often. It has the kind of information I need to be an informed real estate investor. And the email alerts are a great feature.

Very easy to use! I set up an account and found a home in my area very quickly. The site provided me alot of great information on the home and they even had the contact information for the agent selling the home. I was very pleased with the site and would definitely use it again in the future to find another home or investment property!

As a RE agent, I use this site for the preforeclosure leads, it works! I farm my areas weekly and usually get one or two leads per week. Worth it! BTW: Customer service really helped me work the site better. Thanks guys.

Great resource for smart homebuyers who want to save money, as well as the secret sauce for experienced real estate investors in the know. Great deals everyday, but they fall off fast so need to move quick. Definitely worth its weight in gold.

Easy to navigate website with many ways to customize your search. I like being able to choose between a view of the list of properties or see them on the map.
