Captain Nat took us on an awesome trip! He put us on the fish early and they kept biting. Hauled in a 35-40 pound jack crevalle, definitely the fish and fight of a lifetime. We fished inshore and caught plenty of jack and snook. We had a blast, would absolutely recommend Captain Nat to anyone looking for some great Florida fishing!

Would definitely recommend booking here. Our offshore trip got canceled and we decided to do inshore mainly to target Tarpon and figured we would target some snook on the ride back. On Sunday none of the Bates stores had bait. The captain went and caught beat for us just kind of goes to show his willingness to provide a great time versus cancel a trip. 2 1/2 hours we had 16 chances at Tarpon in the 40 to 80 pound range. This was the start of the tarp and run we seen fish bigger than that while there. The tide was perfect timing for the bite which contributed to an outstanding opportunity. He definitely did his part we did not quite do ours. My wife daughter and I went 0 for 16 opportunities. If you are a person that judges your success by catching fish tarpon in fission might not be for you. It is challenging and difficult but one hell of a time. We do a lot of trips hunting and fishing as a former producer of tagging out hunting. For the last hour and a half we went train for extremely finicky snook without success with artificial‘s. We tipped him generously and are very happy even though we did not land any fish. We will come back and fish here again without a doubt because my quest to land a big tarp and has not been fulfilled!!!! Ron

Went on a night time snook trip with my dad and a buddy. All 3 of us caught monsters in the evening and then moved inshore and had some fun with some smaller fish on the lights which was a great time. Capt really knew what we wanted and more than delivered. Great knowledge of the water and spots with a great personality. A lot of fun on the water!

Capt Nat and I had an amazing day together recently. As other reviewers have said, he is a friendly talented fishing guide. We starting catching fish right away and I was delighted. However, in the second half of the day I discovered more about him. The skies got dark and it began to pour. He was undaunted. He had promised me fishing so we kept going. It was harder to net bait fish in Lake Ida, but he kept trying until we got plenty. It was pouring, but we continued casting and catching Peacock bass (what fun). When it rained so hard we were drenched, we retreated under bridges — and we continued fishing. It would have been so easy for him to say let’s give up, but he didn’t. We caught fish under I-95 that day. At the end of my time we headed home. It was pouring so hard he could barely see as the water lashed into his eyes. No complaints. He’s unflappable! We returned to the landing, soaked but happy. He even filleted my sheepshead under the entrance to the men’s washroom so I had dinner to take home. I regard him as the ultimate dedicated fishing guide and intend to go again with him.

At the first spot we had a nice red come to the boat first cast, second spot we tripled up on snook, and ended the day with my first tarpon on the fly rod. This will be a day I never forget and Natalio’s knowledge of the park is invaluable. He runs a beautiful 1802 Action Craft with a brand new motor and knows how to put his clients on the fish. We must have boated over 100 snook that day between the three of us. Capt Nat is great. I work in the fishing industry and meet alot of people. Nobody comes close to having Nats passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the local waters. He also uses nice equipment, no walmart specials here. The boat runs extremely well and Capt Nat keeps it in good shape. Never had a bad day fishing. Hell keep you entertained and slightly tighter than everyone else on the water... also ive gotten most of my PB fish with him.
