Worst experience, I have ever had in my life. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND RUN FAR AWAY !!Staff is professional, courteous and friendly before they sign you into a death trap of a contract.Be-Aware:Auto-Renewing Contracts: there contracts are auto-renewing. If you dont cancel 60 days prior to the ending date, good luck they will trap you for another year or signing term.Repairs: Forget about it! Repairs do not get fixed in this place, bathroom faucet was broken for over a year. A/C units were broken for several days! They have an older a/c unit which constantly breaks down.Management: is incredibly uptight with any spending, so they expect every cent from you with no obligation to withhold of their own. If its working no matter how beaten and broken they fulfilled there obligation on technicalities.ADDITIONAL COSTS: Beware! Read the contact carefully, if you do not add their building onto YOUR insurance its an extra charge monthly. EVERYTHING costs extra, even water bottles in this place is sold.MOST UPSETTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !
