CareersUSA is one of the best staffing agencies that I have ever been a part of. I have been with them for over two years. Ive done multiple jobs with them ranging from room monitoring, banquet serving, and even had an opportunity to work at the luxurious Waldorf-Astoria resort. Each of the agents there have been very courteous and patience with me. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone. Whether you are looking for full time, part time or something temporary because you are a college student, they will definitely be able to help you. Plus the pay is also nice!

Worst job interview experience I have had. Not only was the lady late to interview me because she was on her lunch break upstairs but I spent over 20 minutes filling up paperwork like I was already hired to to discover that the job I was interviewing for was no longer available. She started off by telling me even though the listing online says $18-$19 per hour, the job actually paid $14 and it was just a typo. Then the guy next to her informed her they filled the position yesterday so I was basically there for no reason. If I had at least recieved an email or phone call letting me know the job I actually wanted was no longer available I wouldnt have wasted my time.

The staff that were sent out by CareersUSA were absolute degenerates and broke desks, knocked holes in our walls, scratched paint on almost every door frame, and even smoked cigarets INSIDE of our newly furnished building. When asked what CareersUSA was going to do about the damage, they claimed they were not responsible for any damage done by their workers. They are a nightmare to work with and will send out terrible talent, do not work with these people.

The rep told me that a company was very interested in me. I come for what i though was an interview -- only to fill out lots of forms and give personal info. Browsers on there computers are not up-to-dated. I was given a fax number to fax them my ss card and license. Fax number doesnt work. There are just another waste-of-time staffing co.
