West Glades Dental, changed my life. I had implants done and I am just over 50 and neglected my teeth all my life because of a deep seeded fear of the dentist. I wouldnt even go for regular cleaning. Last year at the height of covid I got a toothache and was in so much pain. Dr.. Soto did a zoom visit with me and eased my discomfort with medication. Once the office opened my journey began. They made me feel comfortable, and it was all pain free. I am so happy I found this office. They are a friendly, professional office and I would recommend West Glades Dental to anyone and everyone, especially if you have a FEAR of dentists.

West Glades Dental is highly recommended from routine cleaning to smile design. I’ve visited a couple times for cleanings and minor work, then decided to join the Invisalign program - and I have not been disappointed. About halfway through my journey and it’s incredible the difference and change. The staff has been very helpful along the way and answering any questions I’ve had. The office is very clean and follows all rules and protocol.

The West Glades Dental Team is by far the best Dental Group I have ever had. Their compassion and understanding for the anxious dental patient is tremendous. I feel completely safe in their chairs - they set my mind at ease and the quality of dental work is beyond reproach. I count myself blessed to have found them and to have them take care of me. One other thing to note is the immense dedication to health and safety they have specifically during COVID. I needed some rather intense procedures that had to be postponed at the beginning of the lock down but as soon as we were allowed to go back out their offices were not only prepared they went over and above the requirements to make us feel safe. I highly recommend them for all your dental health needs.

I was terrified of the dentist my entire life, over 50 years. The ONLY time I visited a dentist was when I was in pain. So, in the beginning of this pandemic I get a tooth ache, my worst nightmare. Just moving to sunny Florida I have to find a dentist. I search the web and I land on West Glades Dental, thank God. Dr. Soto via zoom addressed my pain with an antibiotic and shortly after no more pain. Whew dodged a bullet but deep down I knew I had to deal with my dental issues, missing molars, loose teeth. So I mustered the courage to see her. She made me feel comfortable, supported and most of all calm. I have had a lot of work done, implants, extractions and I never never felt pain before, during, or after. Dr. Soto and the WGD team are a professional, kind, thorough team. My dentist I used for over 25 years retired and sold his business to another dentist which I did not have much confidence in, so I started to look for another dentist. My neighbor suggested West Glads Dental. I made an appointment and had an evaluation and decided to use them. Dr Soto and her staff are very comforting and professional. They took care of my dental work and I am very satisfied with results. I will continue to use them going forward with my dental care.

Martha the hygienist is amazing!

For someone that is terrified of going to the dentist, my experience with this team of professionals were way above my expectations. The attentive care and genuine concern was transparent with each individual-from the front desk employee to the dental assistant, hygenist and Dr. I am so thankful to have been referred to this dental office. The warmth and caring attitude that I experienced help take the edge off of my anxiety.

Very good and detailed explanations of dental hygiene and general dental health. The dentist really spent some quality time trying to educate me and she was very knowledgeable and thorough.

AMAZING Dentist!I am a VERY anxious patient...I have many medical issues and have had a difficult time finding a dentist that is truly compassionate...I used to see another dentist downtown...for many years...but she was impatient with me and seemed annoyed at my nervousness...this made me pretty uncomfortable and I absolutely dreaded going to her...well...I decided after many years to switch and found Dr. Molero...she is close to my house and has good reviews so that was why I chose her...well...let me tell you ...her entire staff is SUPER nice...they go above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcome...I went in today to have 2 cavities filled...I was very anxious...Dr. Molero and Mercedes put me at ease immediately...it was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist...I actually gave them both a hug when it was over...I cannot recommend her enough!!!

I didnt have a single cavity before I went to this office and I went there and they claimed I had 12. I got another opinion and as it turns out they were trying to swindle me. Unfortunately I didnt figure that out until I got a few filled and the daughter of this mother/daughter team gave me such a painful filling it honestly felt like I was getting work done in a back alley. ABSOLUTELY awful. On top of it my husband couldnt stand them because theyre constantly pushing Invisalign (even if you have straight teeth and dont need it), their teeth whitening procedures, and more expensive thorough cleanings (just do the cleaning we all get with our dental insurance thoroughly in the first place, which they dont). Very bad experience. The office is serene and the office staff is kind but theres definitely some obvious attempts to make money at the expense of their patients going on here.

The staff at WGD is very warm and friendly (all women, by the way). The Dental Assistant, Jenny, is always very pleasant and even ensures that your favorite music is played while youre sitting in the patient chair. The Hygienist, Mercedes, is also very pleasant and genuinely cares about the patients comfort.Dr. Karla Soto is not only very pleasant, but very meticulous as well which means a lot to me.The only bad experience I had there was with someone that is no longer with WGD, but Im still feeling the brunt of it as of today. I agreed to a total price for Invisalign treatment and after months of treatment was told that my insurance didnt cover the treatment, therefore they had to charge me an additional $1,000. :-(

Really disappointing that they cancel your appointments on you... Especially since they are only open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. If you work and need a reliable office to keep your appointments then I would not recommend this place.

From the moment you enter the office you feel welcome, the cleanliness is extremely clean, the cordiality is unmatched, I recommend it to anyone who wants a first class treatment. They work in my mouth and I have never felt discomfort. I give it 200%. The best !!!!!
