Had a sudden toothache, needed prompt service . This was my former dentists’, Doctor Newman’s former locale. Dr. Newman retired. Now SEDA dental. They understood my urgency and did their best to schedule me in. During my visit they went straight to point. Super timely on their scheduling . Young group of professionals. Everyone attentive and friendly . So far , so good. Going back next Tuesday for proper procedure.

Unfortunately we have left this office due to the new dentist. We loved this office until this new dentist who tried selling each one of dental work that was not warranted or necessary. It started with my son who was told he had 12 cavities (keep in mind my son is 18 yo and has had regular doctor visits every 6 months) and I could not believe this to be true. I took my son back to his pediatric dentist who filled 5 small cavities and said there was no evidence of 7 additional cavities. I also was told that I needed 2 crowns and 1 older crown to be replaced. I opted to only have one crown done as the X-ray supported a possible cavity under the silver crown. The other tooth was just a silver filling that the dentist thought was best to replace. I refused to have that one crowned but when the dentist did the work on the agreed upon tooth he still tried selling the other crown because it was next to the tooth I was have work done on. I told him no. I have since had a consultation with w new dentist who isn’t trying to sell unneeded dental work and said there is no reason to crown the tooth with the silver filling and the old crown he wanted to replace was in perfect condition. My husband and father in law had similar experiences. The dentist never speaks directly to the patient only dictates what needs to be done to the dental hygienist to take notes. My husband who has very good teeth got up and walked up when the dentist got up to 6 cavities. He has also changed dentists and was told he has one area of concern that isn’t causing any sensitivity that ain’t quite a cavity yet NOT 6. We are no longer interested in the five of us working with Seda Dental Boca Raton because they are more concerned with making money than honest dental care. I would not recommend this office.

This is the right place to go.July 13, I woke up with a tooth pain. Seda Dental got me in within a few hours after my call. Scheduled root canal at 9:00 a.m. the following morning before the crack tooth could get infected. After my root canal was finished, the temp crown installed and I will soon have a new color matched zircon crown.Dr. Perlstein and his assistant worked quickly, efficiently and with great care.I write this with great appreciation!!!!!!!! I lost a filing recently chewing a jelly bean and as a recent transplant from NJ didnt have a dentist down here. After a local recommendation, I decided to reach out to SEDA and cant believe how great their team was. Turned out I needed a crown and had the temporary one done this afternoon. I told the Dr. that on a scale of 1-10 (ten being the worst), the discomfort never got above a one. They were that good.

Everything went well. Dr Peterson was very cordial and also his assistant. On my way to a healthier mouth.

They take good care of you and fees are affordable with or without insurance. Staff is professional, polite & caring.

I had a great experience here last week. The office is conveniently located with lots of parking and a nice waiting area. The dental assistant who did my x-rays and cleaning was very sweet--talkative enough to keep my mind off of things, but very thorough, attentive, and gentle, and let me know everything she was doing and what her recommendations were. The dentist only came in for a cursory second look at the end of my exam, but he was very nice too. The entire visit only took about 45 minutes, and told Id be sent a reminder card for my next cleaning if I didnt want to schedule an appointment right away.

This is the best dentist hands down! My experience was exceptional. My hygienist and assistant was so friendly and she kept me smiling ! I am definitely looking forward to my next visit! SEDA rules!

I had a dental issue and couldnt get to an office during work hours. Fortunately Tower Dental has hours until 8 a couple times a week so I was able to go after work and get my Roth fixed. Its nice that they are not open 9-5 like everyone else and understand that people work and still need dental work done. If you have a job and need a dentist after 5 in the Boca area look no further!

I had an appointment and called and cancelled it which was accepted. Then I had to cancel my new appointment due to having spinal surgery, and they accepted it and now I got a bill for $207 saying I never cancelled after writing the persons name down. My husband went there for a regular cleaning and was told it costs $122.40 which he paid in full. He was out of the office in 30 minutes and then they bill him for $334 saying it was a deep cleaning which he has had before and only one tooth the put medicine in and there was no deep cleaning. I reported their office to our dental plan and I hope you never go to that office because the lie to the insurance company and expect you to pay after being told it is a much lower price.AVOID GOING TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE.

I am so glad I found this place. I am not a fan of dentists and this fear has kept me from getting dental care for a number of years. At Tower Dentistry, the staff are professional and very punctual but Dr. Newman has a true gift of distracting me from what he is doing while doing an amazing job. I have been very impressed and I love their holistic approach to care.

The doctor is very nice and did a great job, but the male dental assistant almost drown me by forgetting suction for 50% of the procedure. I was waving and pointing to try and get attention but was ignored. I was planning on getting more work done there but wont be anymore. The doctor called him out for not doing the suction, and he said sorry and just giggled like it was cute. Im sorry that isnt cute at all. So inappropriate and unprofessional. Literally not going back to that office because of him. Ill be finishing the rest of my dental work elsewhere b/c Id rather not drown at a dentist due to them not paying attention to the patient.

Dr. Ribeiro was very professional, she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything upfront which put my mind at ease. I like knowing that if I have a dental emergency that she is there. I am very happy that I found this office.

Dr. Emily Andrade and her assistants were highly professional and provided excellent service and so were the front staff, Dawn and company went out of their way to provide excellent service in making my appointments and with the billing.I highly recommend them and even though I am moving out of Boca to Delray Beach, I plan to continue the Boca Raton office.

This office has been secretly owned by Dr. Ernest Orphanos. IF you come in there and look like you need any surgery or possible implants they bait and switch you by telling you only Orphanos is good enough to fix your issue and then ship you off to his office for more money and potential problems. They never mention or show he owns or owned the place. I feel this is fraud and bait and switch and if it is not illegal then I believe it should be! The worst of them was Dr. Newman who is now retired from there. He completely lied to me. Read their good reviews. Do any of them seem real to you or do they all sound like ads that someone has written for them???

When I got married to my husband and I asked him when he went to the denist, he couldnt remember (it had been 10 years). I was a student at FAU (6 years ago) and saw his ad in my FAU planner. I got an appointment for myself and my husband. WE LOVED HIM and the staff is amazing. Very helpful and accomodating. It is a 50 minute drive for us but its is worth it! Dr. Newman is a great dentist with a gentle hand. Both hygienists are also very professional and the difference is VISIBLE when we finish with our cleaning. I highly recommend Tower Dental Group to everybody! :)

Ever since they got bought out a few weeks ago it has been a nightmare dealing with them.I took my business else where.Even to get the xrays that were taken a few weeks ago sent to the new dentist took 6 PHONE CALLS before they did it.Your customer service has gone down the tubes since you guys got bought out.
