This company is a total scam! If you’re a brand that has been approached by one of their many ‘employees’ please ignore and don’t waste your time. They start by asking if you want to launch in the US, then get you a call with their CEO who basically asks for £20k as a launch fee. They got very aggressive when I asked which other brands they work with. Please save yourself the hassle!!!

I recently had the opportunity to interview with NPI prior to the pandemic. I found the experience to be nothing more than positive the CEO Mitch Gould and his team where professional, friendly, and encouraging. Unfortunately I was not able to take the position however I would definitely seek the opportunity for future employment with NPI should the opportunity arise.

Seeing reviews from NPIs employees makes me want to come forward with my experience with this company. I interviewed with NPI over four years ago but did not end up taking the job because it seemed to me at the time that they were a sham, or a front for something else, but I could not be certain. A friend just now brought the google reviews to my attention to tell me I was right. The office was very sparse and cheaply decorated, one one really inquired about my professional experience when I applied, and when the current employees demonstrated the type of data entry I would be doing, the information just didnt seem to add up. Everyone was very dismissive and hush, hush. I left feeling like I had dodged a bullet by not accepting the job. Listen to your instincts and dont trust this company.

Was really unhappy with the response. There are no requirements mentioned on the website, but when I contacted them, the response I got was that as I am dealing with only one product, that is the reason they wont be able to work with me. Very unprofessional.
