$5000 stolen. I wish I could give them lower than one star. Mr. Checkout is a scam entity. They steal a retainer and then do nothing to help you grow your business. They didnt communicate with me the entire year and then when I asked for some communication they abruptly ended our relationship without giving my retainer back. The leads they provide that they claim are very interested suddenly ignore you when you reach out. I wonder why. LOL Absolutely no business came out of this. None.

This company is a scam and Mr. Goldstein runs it in a fraudulent manner. Mr. Checkout requests a $5,000 retainer to be paid upfront which sales commissions are initially billed against. Mr. Checkout then sends out a blast email with your company product information to a number of distributors and then dumps it on you to do all the work - which we did. You then have 5 days to confirm to Mr. Checkout that you’ve received the list of interested distributors. We followed up via phone to Mr. Checkout within 1 day after reaching out to the distributors, and we reached out immediately and continually. We then provided an excel image showing our progress within 8 days of the initial introduction. We sent out a number of samples, got great feedback, then the distributors strung us along and didn’t do anything. Mr. Checkout failed to update our dashboard properly, claiming we didn’t confirm receipt of the initial distributor list, which records indicate we certainly did. He then claims we didn’t report back sales within 30 days of the end of the quarter. That’s because there were no sales! His team was not very responsive to phone calls and e-mails, and when we did finally reach someone via phone, she was cold and uninterested.Mr. Checkout’s team failed to list our progress properly, then refused to return our retainer money, stating that our failure to report (no sales!?!) was a breach of contract!Stay far away from this company as others have made similar claims. We will be taking the Mr. Checkout to arbitration.Please note, this is not a product failure situation, as our products have sold over a million dollars annually and continue to gain interest.Mr. Checkout’s premise is to collect retainers and then sit back and do nothing.

If I could give 0 star or - I definitively would!! And thats the reason: after the agreement was signed, they took a while to send the 1st list of the potential customers. Part of this small list was inaccurate, wrong number, but tks for Google, I could find them and no one was aware about the referral that was suppose to have received about our company. We did a follow up with Mr. Checkout one by one, and from this day that theyre suppose to send a new list, they never did! Excuses after excuses, ... So if you need to have your brand into the small market, you dont need them. If you are new and want to be in the big market, theyll tell you to start with the small, and theyll not do it! I hope I could help you with this review to not be scammed as we were... Ow, about the refund? Which lawyer wanna work for a small amount? Good luck!
