I have been with ACCI for over 3 years now and I am down to the last 3 payments. The sign up process is a little weird at first, they record your voice to confirm all of your information. But once the account is all set up it is really easy. One of the things that means the most to me is the customer service. Every time I have had to call there is a real person and they have been helpful each every time, even when I did not have my account number handy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a solid plan to get out of debt, and it is credit counseling as opposed to debt settlement, it does not negatively affect your credit, it will simply lower the interest rates of the debt you owe, so happy to be at the end!
