Horrible customer service! I called and a girl Jessica answered the phone and not only was she extremely rude, she ended up hanging up on me out of her frustration! And my conpany is their customer!!I work for a company that hired their services to help us, employees, with IT issues. She has no manners, she was frustrated bc I wanted to speak to a specific person and she couldn’t handle it and hung up on me.I hope you guys record the calls. It was today Monday March 15th, 2021 at around 1pm.Please , Supervisors, look into the call.

We have worked with them since January of 2017 and they have been great in supporting our remote office. They did have a staffing change that put us back a little but they have a team engineers that they quickly reassigned resources and was able to continue with the projects. They are very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. They came in and learn about our process and was able to be affective from day one. I highly recommend them.

(revised) While they take care of most problems they lack efficient communication.I have requested call backs and sent e-mails with no response. I have entered trouble tickets which have taken more than 24 hours to get a responce to and then have to send a second just to get a responce to the first. When they do respond they can help with most problems but the lack of urgency to respond in a timley manner is extreamly troubling.

They came and and re-set us up fast and they had there work cut out for them with the way our system had been set up. Thanks Guys!
