Left my wife Lenovo Yoga at the Boca Raton drop off location ( computer would not turn on ) . After few days and calls , a tech person called to inform that :on and off button connected to main board was the problem and to fix would be close to 500 dollars.Last phone call exchanged I request that I would like to return the computer to my wife and explain to her what happened.So far more than a month went by and I have no computer or a call from Computer Express .Very frustrated

Called in for a quick fix -- the track pad wasnt as reactive as before. Melvin was professional, honest, patient, and a straight shooter. He ran some tests and inspections to figure out the track pads screw needed some re-adjustment. He also recommended to change the battery within 3-6 months time frame, but did not pressure to purchase a new battery. Highly recommend and will return for all future repairs!

Anyone with an energetic Toddler knows they do not mix well with pricey electronics. Well one time is all it took. I dived as I watched in slow motion my MacBook fall to the floor.
