This company is completely dishonest. They lied and said my husband called to reschedule and he never called them. They kept rescheduling the day of and pushing our apt. I had to call 5 times to get ahold of someone on the phone and when I did they kept changing their story. Super unprofessional! Do not waste your time even bothering to set up an appointment because they will not show!!!

I had the girls come and clean and they were so very nice and did exactly what I asked them to do. I have now signed up for a monthly cleaning because I enjoyed working with this company and very happy with the job they did on my house. I recommend them highly

Terrible! They cleaned out new house before we moved in so we were not there. When they left the house was still dirty and I had to pay another cleaner to come the next day! 3 women came for 4 hours and the place was still dirty! The worst part was the dishonesty. The owner Angelica lied about how long they cleaned for. I guess she figured that since we weren’t there she could rip us off. Well we live in a gated community where we get a text whenever someone enters so we know exactly what times they came and left! My husband was very upset and didn’t want to pay until the house was cleaned. So she just charged our card unauthorized! Extremely dishonest.

The best! Highly professional, efficient, diligent, they leave the place spotless and smelling amazing! They even go above and beyond to wash the outside of my doors, windows, they dust above door frames, fans, behind furniture. Maybe her name is Giselle or Angel or whomever books the appointments is rude and unprofessional. The ladies were nice but they milked the clock because that was NOT a deep cleaning and they paid ZERO attention to detail. Wouldn’t use them again.Update: After taking the time to walk through my property I wish I had not even paid them. They did not clean the refrigerator inside. They did not wipe the inside of the stove. There is dirt around the back of the toilet floor. There’s dirt in EVERY corner of EVERY window. They tried to charge me for an extra hour and they didn’t even clean well. The base boards are still dirty. I will have to clean myself before moving a tenant in. The worst service EVER!

Good Experience with Angelic Maids Cleaning Service. After months of trying various cleaning services, whether independent or franchise. They have been the most consistent by far. My house is fresh and clean after the cleaners come! I highly recommend them.

I have used Angelic maid services for years. I have always had a great experience with scheduling and with the cleaning team showing up promptly and finishing the job quickly and before the estimated time.

I have been working with Angelic Maid Cleaning service for a several years. At beginning, Cesar was the manager leading the business, he is very professional, and the service was very good. However, after Angelic took over the business, you can tell immanently that she is so unprofessional, even during the normal communications. I thought it is okay if their service is still good, I should be still staying their business. Recently, I have used their service again. Sadly, I was so disappointed. It was an empty 2/2 apartment (around 840 SQFT); the bath tub is very clean, and it is tiled floor through the apartment. The apartment is in a good condition. I only want to make it perfect before moving in. Before starting the job, I shown the property and ensured that 2 hrs. work is more than enough. They all agreed and no issues to get all done in 2 hrs. Then I left the apartment and told them that I will be back in 1 1/2hrs..... when I got back to the apartment, they have locked inside, my key cannot open the door from the outside. I knocked the door, and they opened after a couple of minutes. I have questioned them why you looked the door from the inside”? One girl said scared. It was 6:15pm, is still a date time, and the property is in a nice neighborhood! Scared??? Then I saw that they have not done much work yet. I questioned them what have you done in past 1 1/2hrs?. Surely, they rushed back to work, speed up the job.... I was so disappointed to them, they took the advantage of my trust....When the clock marked 2 hrs 15 minutes, they have done the job. One of girl was talking on the phone, she connected their boss Angelic who is the owner of the business and she wanted to talk to me. I told her my concerns and my disappointment. But Angelic doesnt want to hear anything from the customer side at all, she insists me to pay them 2 1/2 hrs service. I refused. I paid them 2hrs of their service. They don’t deserve more! Then Angelic was threatening me that I will not get her service again if I refuse to pay the overtime.... Are you expecting me go back to your service again? No!!!By the way, the girls left the trash at the door, didn’t take it away. The team leader said she is coming back to take it after they put the cleaning tools into the car, but they never back... This is an unexpected poor service and the business owner is so unprofessional. She has no idea how to maintain her business and her customer…so sad.In case if you are still using their service, make sure you are around while they are working on the job....

I used to love Angelic Maids. When they show up, they clean very well but the problem is they dont show up. Scheduled a cleaning weeks in advance. Received a call today about me scheduled cleaning that is scheduled a week in advance that they will be short-handed and cannot make the appointment. To know a week in advance and cancel is garbage and have lost a client and all of my referrals.

First week was perfect. The second week no one spoke English and it was very difficult. I called the office, said I had to have SOMEONE who spoke English, and the man on the phone said Luisa (Team A) did NOT have a day off and would be there today to guide the team. They came at 11AM instead of 12, no one spoke English and I sent them away.

Excellent maid and cleaning service. The cleaners did a wonderful job in my home. I had found them on the internet and called them for a trial cleaning. I was pleased with their work. Will use again and highly recommend.

I requested specifically that they wash the windows and also wipe the kitchen cabinets. I got home and they were already packing up. They told me they had done the windows when I ask them. They charged me $210 for a 2,300sq ft house for 3 hours. It was poorly cleaned and the whole experience not satisfactory at all. Will never use them again!

Absolutely awful!!! Didnt do what I had requested and I was very specific when I booked them. The owner is extremely rude. This was a total waste of time and money and I wouldnt recommend them if I was paid to. Disgusted and disappointed to say the least. Dont use them!! Also, the girls did not speak or understand English.

Horrible company with no customer service or management style. Hired them to come at noon. They show up at 10. I ask them to come back at 12 as that was my appointment time. They dont show up at 12 and when I call customer service says they went to clean another house. I never had them clean however based on lack of competence to follow through with an appointment time, I can assume the cleaning isnt great either.

Hired them after we had a lot of company over for my sons birthday. They did a great job of cleaning and I must say it was pretty affordable.

I really enjoyed using this company because you know what you are getting. A terrific cleaning service!
