I made reservations on a car rental. I called to make a cancellation since I didnt need it. The representative I called explained that the only way to cancel is to send an email to them and wait for a reply back via email. This is unheard of! so I did what she had asked, and NOBODY replied back. I was charge $400 for a car i never drove! 2 months later Im still having to dispute with my credit card. I would never recommend this company for car rentals!!!

Was charged more than I was supposed to be, keep reaching out to them and nobody answers. I never even received an invoice when I returned the car. The car’s trunk didnt even work, I had to open manually (mot even from inside the car) in the middle of the rain.

Absolutely worst car rental experience. Paid $1300+ for a 2020 Volvo S60 Turbo. Received a dirty car with a broken windshield and a blown out speaker. As well as a service light coming on for maintenance while I was driving on the first day of a two week rental. I spoke with customer service and all they were willing to do was to have me drive over an hour to an airport to exchange the car or charge me to have someone deliver a new car. Well here’s a wonderful update. Since my sound system was broken I had to drive the car back alone and pay for a hotel and sleep in the car. The other members of my party were forced to rent a real luxury vehicle from a reputable car company and incur thousands of more expenses. Drove the car to JFK where I was supposed to drop the car off and the SIXT location closed without giving any notice too me or the roadside assistance department. The new address they have listed for drop off is 340 Federal Circle which is the middle of the road. Spent a half hour on hold and having the automated phone system drop my calls. The road side assistance department had no idea of this and couldn’t help me with finding the new drop off location so I changed my flight and headed to Newark airport SIXT drop off that I was told was a 24hr drop off location. I dropped off the keys in the box and ordered a Uber. My Uber drive then picked me up and we got stuck in the unattended rental car lot for over and hour in the cold at 3am!!! And now I’ve missed the last flight out for today and I am livid!!! And on top of it all it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received any sort of rental agreement!!! !

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will screw you over somehow. There is no customer service agents available to talk to on the phone. The staff in the store are totally unhelpful. Avoid this company, save yourself the stress, go to a real business like Enterprise or Hertz.

Fraud...they took $1400 and didnt have a car for me then they said the money would be refunded but it never was and I had to reach out to my bank ..ruined vacation and incompetent Manger and rude employees. Save yourself and your family the trouble and go elsewhere.

The rented car was not available. They offered an upgrade however I had to pay the incremental cost, and I had to go and pick it up at another Sixt location. I believe this is NOT the kind of service to expect. This is the second time it occurred. Not for a third chance.

This was my first experience with Sixt Rent a car in Boca Raton. I reserved a vehicle and when i arrived they did not have the vehicle. They attempted to upgrade me and charge me $58 a day extra. The bathroom was filthy with no paper towels left to dry my hands. The manager and customer agent were the rudest people I ever encountered. I will go back to using professional companies such as Enterprise, Alamo, and Budget. I will be a one and done customer! If i could give them a zero star it would be appropriate!

Horrible, you would think that being a loyal customer and renting full-time since 2016 with my business partner and I spending over 200k with Sixt, they would not walk all over you and lie to youre face, and most importantly waste your time! They told me my 11 day rental was actually 12 days cause the British company bases it on the UK calendar. Huh, did I somehow cross the international date line.Anyhow, after 20 minutes of computer entry and price haggling they admitted they didnt have my reserved car anyhow . What a waste of time and energy.

Beware of this rental car company. This rental car company will not ask or walk the rental car with you before leaving, which will make you liable for anything they find as a damage once return. The vehicle I rented had viewable damaged on it before I left the location but because it was not noticed by their employee and documented they are asking me for payment on damages that did not occur during my rental time. I did walk the vehicle myself and quickly reviewed the sheet provided to me but I did not do my due diligence and match the remarks on the sheet with the actual damage that was on the car. I simply trusted the rental car agency would have the correct remarks on the sheet with what I was viewing. I think this is surely a way for them to make money from customers due to the pandemic and slow business. I question how come the damages that were recorded on the sheet provided to me was not fix before rented to me but now they are seeking some type of compensation for this damage. If you rent with this business I would encourage you to make sure the employee walks the vehicle and you take pictures of all damages outside and inside the vehicle with them present. I also question how does the rental company know if their employee has cause damage to the vehicle when cleaning or moving the vehicle, when there is viewable damage but was not recorded by any employee? I will never rent from them again. I now know why people stick with Enterprise Rental car because before you leave their lot, they are going to make sure the customer and the vehicle is taking care.

I booked an SUV and got an SUV. A lot better then I can say for other rental companies in the area like Hertz and Enterprise. Only thing is the car smelled like marijuana smoke. I would suggest better air freshener next time guys. I don’t need to get pulled over and searched because the previous customer used the car as an ashtray. Good Customer service.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE WORST. SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE I BOOKED. MOST ARE TERRIBLE! My family decided to come in to town at the last minute with a 5 month old baby. I reserved a 7 seat SUV from this company. Pre paid online and got my resv. number. I went to pick it up and was told by Lisa (who was SO RUDE) that they didnt have it. I said but I have a reservation. Her response was basically too bad. She actually told me that when you rent a car from them it takes 24 to 48 hours to get your car. Didnt say that anywhere online when I prepaid and got a conf number! Told to come back tomorrow. Went back still no SUV. They told me to take a car that seats 5 people. Said that wasnt going to work. Then told I should drive to Ft Lauderdale Airport and pick up the SUV. If I wanted to pick up the car there I wouldnt have reserved it in BOCA! Told them I wanted my money back. Told I had to email company. I did that. Just got an email back saying because I cancelled the car I will be charged a THREE day penalty. I pre paid $1885.41 and they want to take $949.52 from me! Called my American Express Company. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF. GO TO A REPUTABLE CAR COMPANY!!!!

Clean and inviting location. The staff enforced social distancing in the lobby. Fast and courteous service both checking in and out the vehicle. The vehicle we rested was in good working order and the entire prices was fast and easy.

Called to confirm our reserved car was ready to be told that they were out of cars. And awaiting delivery of several cars.4 hours later we called again and were told that our car was being cleaned and that it would be ready in 40 minutes.We drove over. Cars not ready. No compensation or discount for our wasted time. We were told they couldnt discount the price because we prepaid.

The car I originally rented wasnt there when I got there. They offered a replacement vehicle but the required deposit was $1000 and the original rental car only required a $200 deposit. I ended up getting a smaller vehicle for a higher price. I was promised a discount and upon returning the vehicle I was charged more than the rental of the 7 passenger vehicle that I had originally rented. I tried to call the branch location and was just constantly looped around to an automated message. I have now been on hold with customer service for almost an hour. The lady in billing was very nice and did her best to help as much as she could. Now it is a waiting game for the branch to finish up their end of the adjustments so that I can be refunded my money. Its just a hassle for the customer and it is all because of a lack of communication between the reservation agents and what is available at a particular branch. The branch should not have vehicles available to rent if they do not have keys, etc

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company is the most unprofessional and completely unhelpful. They don’t stand behind their word at all. Since the pandemic took place this company had done everything they could to ensure i will never rent from them again. First off, they refused to issue a refund and forced me to accept a voucher for half of the amount paid in the initial rental that was not taken because travel was restricted. I then used the voucher to rent a vehicle from them. The entire process was an ordeal. I called them to set the rental up so there would be no issues with the rental. They repeatedly messed up the rental and their own voucher. The excuse always being that customer service has to address it but they were never available. After it was all supposedly fixed, they went ahead and charged my card the entire amount with no regard to the voucher at all. Called and again spent over an hour on hold until someone picked up just to tell me the same old tired line. Customer service isn’t available. I was told I had to email someone to address their mistake. I told them no I’m done and called my credit card company to dispute. This company is garbage and so many of their reviews show this is a trend. Do yourself a favor and never rent from them. I know they will never get my business again.

Needed a last minute car rental during Christmas Holiday. Big companies were sold out. These guys had 1 small SUV available .... base model Land Rover. I was told the rate for a 1-day rental was $870. No lie ... I confirmed in person as that didnt make sense. I explained it was only for a day, not a week. The nice young lady at the front explained that when all the competition is sold out, this company raises rates like this. I agree with supply and demand but that was a bit over the top. Had they been reasonable, I would use them again in the future. Now I will never rent from them. BTW, you can tell their positive reviews are written by them or friends ... pretty obvious. Pass on this unethical company.

I had the worst experience ever. I booked a car on December 3rd and payed for it so all I had to do was pick it up. On December 31st, I get there and Jabib the gentlemen at the desk wanted to charge me an additional $200 dollars plus an additional day. This was not part of the rental agreement. I had payed for my car with my debit card so he called someone while we were at the desk and started speaking a different language (very rude). And told me that I needed a credit card and he would refund me the payment from December 3rd in full. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable so I told him that I wanted to cancel the reservation, his attitude completely changed, hands me a booklet and tells me to call the tool free number, he can’t help me at this time. This place is a rip off, the tool free number representatives its have zero interest in helping you out, they want you to send an email with your reservation number explaining what happened and they will get back to you within 24 hours. I have yet received a response from anyone via email nor haven’t been able to resolve this matter after speaking to four different representatives. All they do is they keep giving me the run around. I would never rent from this place ever again and I would never recommend anyone to come here. Just look at all the poor reviews from all different people that have had bad experiences at this place.

Reserved a van months in advance for trip to Tennessee. Everything went fine until I get to location. Not sure if you park in front or back. Very small location that you will miss if you are not looking hard for it. Lady at desk tells me I can not go to Tennessee only Florida, Georgia and Alabama. I read all small print and didnt see that limit. We were leaving out of town the same day. I drove over a half hour to go to this Sixt location! The lady pretty much just said bye and that was it from her. So I drive back to West Palm Beach and go to Budget on Okeechobee Blvd where I should have went the first time because they gave great service in the past with a great rate and walked out with a brand Pacifica with no pain. Sixt really should let people know you can only go to two other states when you rent. Will stick with Budget for now on.

NEVER EVER rent from these people. I reserved a car to be picked up on May 31st at 7 AM through Booking.com. Now I understand we are under a pandemic 100% so Booking.com wasnt aware they didnt open that day till 9 AM so I wasnt able to pick up the car, ok not a big deal. Here is the problem, I paid for the insurance the car the day I reserved the car, well when I called Booking.com they said I had to reach out to their insurance company they work with so I called the insurance company who said they had to reach out to Sixt via email to confirm that the vehicle was never picked up, completely understandable as people like to try and play games and lie but when I tried reaching out to the customer service department a week later (to give them time to get the email and review it) to inquire about who I needed to speak to confirm receipt of the email and to request they reply the customer service department said they only handle when you need to schedule a reservation or if you have a vehicle and the car broke down and that I had to email the company to get a response. Needless to say I emailed customer service on 6/8/20, the reply I got was from an automated email saying they received my email but that I dont matter because the people who need to schedule a rental or having problems with their rental are the only ones who matter needless to say I havent heard from Sixt since and I will never use them ever, it has been nothing but a waste of time and money.

I just love Sixt. I like to shop around in travel sites and apps looking for the best deal. The one thing I find is that I almost always find a way better vehicle for the same price, or even most importantly for a lower rate.One last thing, when I went on a trip and the vehicle it needed an oil change the one thing I liked is that not only did they switch the car in a timely fashion but they also discounted the entire with out me having to ask. This is customer service at it finest. Their customer service reminds me of Amazon. Superb.

Came to South Florida several times and each time this happens: when I select a vehicle on the app the pictures are extremely misleading. Theyll say its the same car class but you still get stuck with a much more disappointing car than youd expect. Most of the time youll end up with a Toyota or Hyundai even though the vibrant looking car in the picture may be the latest models of Ford, Chevy or Mini Cooper.They should change the pictures and be more honest if they dont have the cars pictured on their app. Switched to their competition for that reason. Be more upfront about your car availability because this is duping your customers and you know it!

I had a reservation for this place. I cancelled it and reserved with one of the reputable companies because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE!!! The reviews didnt help. You need to forward your phone to a cell phone answered by a charming, customer service natural. There is NO parking here and apparently no one is actually working here.

Just got to location to pick up a car I reserved. I’ve rented from this location 5 times with same debit card. This rude person at front desk tells me i can’t rent this particular car with this card. I tell him I will show you emails and receipts of me renting this car with this same card in the last few months. Comes to find out the car wasn’t even available. No available cars. The parking lot looks like junk yard/ and the dude was a complete clown

Overcharged for rental and fuel I rented a car for four weeks. I wanted to extended it, and they said I just had to come in and re-sign the paperwork. When I got there, the price went from $155 per week to $360 per week, which was never mentioned. I told them Id bring the vehicle back the following day so I could make arrangements for another vehicle since I didnt know about the increase. The following day, I called to see if they had another vehicle I could rent from them (which they didnt) so I told them I was bringing the vehicle back. They told me not to come that day because they close at 5pm (this was at approximately 4pm) and asked me to come back the next day. They charged me for the extra day after the bait and switch, the extra day they asked me to keep the vehicle, and approximately $40 for fuel (the tank was returned full).

Contract said I had to have car back to location by 6pm. Brought car back at 5:45 only to find that location had changed their hours due to covid and closed at 5pm. Called customer service. they agreed to let me return car at airport the next morning without extra charge but then they charged me anyway. Called the customer service number but they werent operating so I filled out a complaint on their websited 3 days ago and havent gotten a response. Why would they agree to let me return a car at a time when they are closed?

Simply put they are a mess... after this rental I’m done... never again.. I should have learned my lesson from a few years ago... it took me 1hour & 30 minutes to get my car... I showed up early, they claim the Yukon I rented couldn’t be given to me because “ outstanding recalls” , so I waited for a XL that had just been returned to be cleaned, yet the car they wouldn’t give me went on it’s way with someone else.. several customers came and went, customer service is atrocious

Fantastic place to rent a vehicle. To refer to a previous review. Myself not any of my relatives are related to anyone affiliated with this company. The car we had rented was not available so surprise, we were upgraded at no additional charge.For a small location they are extremely busy. We rented 4 days prior to the Holidays and there was some waiting involved but it was worth the wait.Sorry others had horrible experiences. We will be back to rent again.

Ive always preferred Sixt over any other Car Rental Company, but I’ve never had a customer service as good as the location in Boca Raton. I was helped by Abdullah which also goes with the name Abe i believe. He was so attentive and willing to help with every single detail. Highly recommended

Scam Scam Scam! Stay away from this place! All they want to do is take your money and make your life complicated. The guy who works the front desk kept calling someone in the back office and speaking a different language in front of me because I wanted to upgrade my vehicle. I have never felt so awkward before and I have never been treated so poorly either I was told that I was asking too many questions and that I should have read the email that was sent to me. I will never rent from this place again.

Picking up the car took only 10 minutes. The car was in perfect condition and was brand new. The price was perfect and they didnt surprise me with any hidden fees. The drop off also went smoothly. Dont purchase their USD O financial liability waiver. Its not covering you like the name would suggest. There is also no fine prints available through the app to explain what their definition of 0 financial liability waiver is.In fact I would suggest you rent anywhere but Sixt.

Nice cars, nice prices and a very nice staff. Anze was very nice at check-in and the other lady who was helping someone else was very sweet as well. I’m from NY and I have 0 patience but the process of my check-in was quick and painless. I even upgraded and had to wait for them to clean the car and it wasn’t that bad of a wait.I will take off a star because the car I requested wasn’t available so I had to pay more for (what I believe is in) the same class (requested E-class Benz, but got 4-series BMW). I had even called their main reservations line days before to secure the Benz. Just something for others to be aware of for their first time. Maybe find a place that guarantees your vehicle if you are looking to be in the EXACT model they show you on your reservation.When it’s all said and done- after reading tons of bad reviews from other locations- I believe this was a good place to rent from and I wouldn’t think twice about doing business with them in the future. Friendly staff and nice cars with better prices than the competitors.

Instead of writing a review, I’m just going to copy and paste the email I wrote to sixt last night in desperation (no response yet btw).—————Hello,I am writing this email as a last resort attempt to get a fully-functioning car from your “car rental company.” As of now I am not fully convinced this is a real company. Here’s how my experience has gone thus far:1. Car that we chose online was not available at dealership (expected but not big deal) - there was only one other terrible option available so I upgraded to a Ford Mustang (that had to be brought in from another location). No big deal so far.2. The Ford Mustang does not start the first time we try turning it on - my gf and my dinner plans are ruined on our first day of vacation, and when we get to the dealership the only other car available in any other class is ANOTHER Ford Mustang that smells like a strip-club and has a back window that does not close fully - starting to get irritated. I am told by a representative that there are more cars at the Miami airport that I can check out the next day. Ok.3. At least an hour on the phone later and not a single person in your company can get a hold of the airport - and now I must drive to see if there are any options for me there. Would you guess what happened? No other available luxury car of any kind, and no manager on staff to attend to my questions and the very long line behind us (that looked as upset as we did). Lines too long to just switch companies right there (wanted to).4. Almost 2 days now and countless hours of aggravation on the phone trying to get someone at a car rental company to give me a location, date, time, and guaranteed car that I would be picking up... still nothing. I have been told at least 3 separate times that I would receive a call back in the next few hours - never happens.There were no other ways your company could have provided a worse service so far on our trip. I travel often, and have rented cars probably 100 times... this is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced.I don’t want a response to this email - I want a human being to call my cell phone (***-***-****) with a dealership in boca Raton or close that has an equivalent car that is not a damn Ford Mustang. First time was good, second time they held over $500 on the credit card for deposit which it might be a very high amount for some tourists. On top of that they double charged on a PREPAID reservation! After explaining to the manager when the car was returned, she said not to worry that they would fix it... A month later, nothing. Their customer service is only by email which is frustrating when you just want to call, explain, fix it and get it done. So, another 2 weeks until they finally resolve the issue and some extra days til the money is back on my account...

The man at the counter told me not I cannot rent in the same class I just rented for two weeks, I explained I am literally turning in a car from the class he says he cant have.. using the exact same card and information..when I ask him what my options are he says to get a refund, but i will be charged still for three days?! This branch needs to be retrained or re staffed as they are setting a terrible reputation for Sixt. After calling for a vehicle exchange the man said he can’t help me, I called twice after and they person answered and immediately hung up. You lost my business and I will never recommend this location again.

I made my booking online and paid in advance. I arrived there on the day to be told they did not accept my card, that they had already charged, and I would have to pay with a different card at a higher rate. I didnt have time to shop around. When I returned the car I filled the tank up at the station down the street. After the attendant took it, I was informed that the tank was half empty and Id be charged $9 per absent gallon.

Made online reservation about 2 months in advance with ease. They had the best online deal on the market, at the branch the prices were higher. Had to pay in advance to get the deal price, cancellation fee, if necessary is very high (3 days rental fee).Two days before pickup, received an email about my upcoming rental and to provide additional information to speed up time at the counter which it was very practical.Went the day before the rental to confirm all the information and even got the chance to pickup the vehicle then, no need to drive back again the next day. This was a time saver!!We made reservation for a minivan but upgraded it for an 8 passenger vehicle.The difference was noticeable on comfort, space and ride. We really enjoyed every second of the GMC Yukon with all the luxuries that comes with it.We were able to use our on Sunpass transponder on the vehicle and our car insurance. We installed our dashcam just to play safe.Checkout was a breeze and without any hassle.First time renting from Sixt and were not disappointed!!Thanks.

I have used the same two car rental companies for the past 18 years since Ive been a Florida resident. One does not allow out of state travel and the other obligated me to pick up my 15 passenger van at the airport. I dont do airports since my 65th birthday. I found Sixt and booked online. Too advantage of the small savings by paying in advance. The pick up location was a couple of miles from my office and the sign in process was smooth. Everything was up to par and the return was smooth as well. I was most impressed by the way I was treated over the phone and in person by everyone at this company. I am definitely renting again from Sixt and would recommend them to my family. Good job Sixt!

Couldnt get the car that I reserved and ended up with a totally different one after going through a long and unpleasant experience. Not sure if it was the employees, company culture, branch, misaligned stars or something else but I would expect to have my car ready with key on injection when I provide all the information in advance and be there on reasonable time to allow them to ready my ride.

I just moved to Florida and still have a Michigan drivers license ....my car broke down and I needed a rental this place would not rent to me because I have a Michigan drivers license living in Florida. The lady stated I needed a return flight... I’m not going anywhere lady I’m staying in Florida... I just haven’t gone to the DMV to get my Florida license yet absolutely absurd!!!

I visit Boca once a year and have been renting from this Sixt branch for the last 3. I previously used Enterprise, where the staff was friendly, but the standard of the vehicles was unpredictable. At Sixt every car Ive rented has been in excellent condition inside and out, barring some minor scrapes by former renters. The staff is always polite and considerate, and the pick up and return simple and hassle free. On a more superficial (but important) note - all the cars Ive rented and have seen in the parking lot are neutral colors - black, white, grey (except for the red VW beetle, of course). Other places Ive used have given me an awful green, maroon or weird blue grey vehicles with cheap interiors and felt like driving in a tin can. My experience with Sixt cars are that they are solid and give a definite sense of security and style.

Extremely disappointed in this company and this location in particular. First they didn’t even walk me to the car because there is only one rep at a time. Then they charged me incorrectly, charging me 2 days when I only had the car one day. Then comes the next problem where they put in a claim against me, insinuating that I caused damages to the car when in fact the damages were on the car before I even got in the car. Because the rep. Never came outside and did a walk through of the car, I personally took a picture of the scratches on the car, now I am being told that I scratched the car. Lastly when I arrived to drop off the car, the one and only rep available was busy with other customers and couldn’t check me out. He told me to turn in the keys and that I could leave. The invoice would be send via email. This location lacks good customer service. I will definitely not be renting here again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to either.

Anze from the Boca Raton location took such wonderful care of my boyfriend and I. He helped us all the way from China! As soon as we showed up in person and met him, we were even more impressed. He is so helpful and sweet. He searched everywhere for the car we wanted and made it happen after searching long and hard. Thanks to him our vacation is going to be a breeze. He called us right when we landed to confirm the car is ready and we came straight to him. Such a professional guy and will definitely be working with him again.

Rate was good, but there is a lack of reaching a live person on the customer service number. Response emails called me mister. THEN, everything changed. I was treated with kindness and respect by manager Natalie, at Boca Raton location. She answered all questions and gave us a complimentary upgrade.

I’ve never had such horrible rental service in my life and I’ve been renting cars since I was old enough to rent.I received a much smaller car, which I had to squeeze 2 kids car seats bags and luggage in, a ridiculous explination of why I did not receive the larger car as booked, conflicting information from 2 different employees, promise of a discount we never received, 3 different charges to my bank account that were insanely confusing, horrible cancellation policy that robs you of a lot of pre-paid money. Needless to say I won’t be renting from Sixt again and my advice to all, DO NOT per-pay, you’ll be left very unhappy with no resolve.

Wasnt informed I needed two credit cards to rent a Luxury car..and when I was ask for proof ..they indicated for selected branches....really! Wasted so much time ..need to do better. Once I presented the second card than I was ask to put down 2500 deposit which was never indicated on my reservation which I booked two weeks in advance. I left will tears and disappointment. I had to ask the people who check the car before I took it for the week to do their damn job and check for pre damages .... finally got them to do their job ! Glad I did . There were several Unnoted damages that they would have happily seen me drive off with and charge me for !! There was not one decent employee there. Absolutely disgusted . Im a sixt platinum member who spent more than 20 000 usd for a previous two years in sixt rent a car. Today they blocked my account because of 40 usd debt, which they didnt charged from my account (or my card).I find out this only then I came to the branch to change a rented car for a new one and going to spend 500 more for a next reservation... Nobody can help me with this problem and they doesnt want to charge this 40 usd... They have just suggested me to go away and solve my problem by myself...I was highly dissapointed with my young daughter we should to go home by a taxi...Sixt doesnt like his clients, if it is important for you, than find another rent service companyand.... they did it again....Never use sixt, they dont care about you... even if you are a platinum member... be prepare to have a lot of problems🤬I have a problem with my account, but solved it... And an accounter confirmed me by phone, that this problem is solved... few days later I saw engine check lamp and at 10 pm drove to FLL location to make a vechile exchange... on sunday... because I have a long term rental... but in the system manager saw, that my account is blocked... still... And the account department is closed (works only from 9am-5pm) and he cant give me a new car instead of brocken one... I had phone confirmation that this issue is solved.... and as a result I stayed without a car, without any help... and have to go home(which is about hour away, because this branch near my house is usualy closed at this time) by myself... How can I know that something wrong in the system if by the phone call accounter confirm me that she unblocked it... and after that I received a new extanded contract for a current car... I spent about 2 hours of my time, $$$ and was sooo desapointed... please if you can, use another company, with LOVE to you and with hate to sixt service...
