I’ve been going to this car wash for a few years now. It’s very convenient, staff is nice and it’s never a long wait. However, recently I feel like they have not been paying enough attention to details. Good car wash but hope it reverts back to great!

They must have a great business that they could be so unbelievably rude on the phone. First call asking about a hand wash they hung up on me. Second call I just asked if you could suggest a good time to come. He told me we are always busy there’s 30 cars ahead. It must be good to have such a successful business you can be so cavalier on the phone.Just got your response. You did NOT offer to make me an appointment for tomorrow. Good answer if was true. You only said that you are always busy. And how about your employee who hung up on me? I know you guys are busy so your low price must trump quality and professionalism. I’ll pay more to do business with good people. Have a nice day!

Went to this car wash for the first time today. Was very pleased with the results of the waxing for my vehicle. Will for sure be bringing other car for same treatment next week. Thank you!

For many years I have been coming here bi-weekly leaving very satisfied for most of the time, in case something was forgotten or missed it was fixed right away.Lately they appear very understaffed and rush your car through without paying attention to details. They don’t even wipe the car doors on the insides, mirrors, pay no attention to wiping the rims and at times forget to shine the tires with an A1A $11.95 wash including Wheel Brite.Manager was very rude and told me to upgrade to a hand wash.....??? The rims were still wet so I wiped them myself.Hope they get their act back together.

For $39 I received the best clean I’ve ever had in my entire life. I had so much dirt on the outside of my car from parking under trees and from taking the auto train, and the inside had an unbelievable amount of dust, dirt and even melted chocolate in the cup holder. After a thorough cleaning it looks brand new. I cannot believe how much detail they put into cleaning it.Be patient and give them space and they will do an incredible job. My car took almost an hour to do because it was so dirty, but if you want something to be done properly it certainly takes time!! Thank you so much!!!!

I’ve been going here for 6 years and my car is literally not even that dirty. I get it washed and detailed so the paint stay looking good. However, recently they have not been doing a great job especially when you pay for a more detailed service.The min the told me my car was ready I could already spot stuff that I paid for that wasn’t done. Asked for a trunk vacuum and they didn’t do it.Opened my front seat and there was still sand on the floor and on the sides. Paid to get interior cleaned and coffee that I spilled in my cup holder earlier in the week was still there.Paid for bug removal and still had bugs on my car. I even added an extra tip when I went in to pay but the quality of service here has really gone down. They get a lot of cars daily so they are always busy but if they just take a little extra time to clean, it will really make customers like me happy who pay for a full detail every time when my car is barely even that dirty.

Owner is a great guy and washed my car very nicely.

Total disappointment recently. Ive been going there for years but the last few months its been a poor experience at best. They use dirty towels that leave streaks all over the car and they do not clean the wheels well anymore. When I asked the manager to have them wipe the dirt off the wheels because they didnt spray them properly before it was washed he told me I needed to do a hand wash for $15 more. Very bad service for a regular customer who does regular hand washes and waxes. I paid for full service which includes the wheels and they wouldn’t take the extra few minutes to wipe them off properly when I pointed it out. I wiped the wheels myself when I got home and it took me less than 2 minutes to do.

I paid for boca wash. They did not condition my dash board, fragrance the inside, did my windows twice, they are still all streaky, left my center console dirty, they had to redo it. I thought if I paid for the more expensive one it would get done right. Not!!!! Never again!!!!

Each and every time I go there they continue to do a great job with whatever service I choose

Pompous manager created fictitious price of 250 dollars for detail of my SUV. EXCUSE ME? I saw nothing indicated but when i asked how much to get dog hair removed that was his price.I laughed, And I said well I’m not going to do that so he said OK it’s 15.99. Huh????None the less I was not impressed. I got it done somewhere else for $70 which is reasonable

Attention to detail. They clean even the cup holders. Its not the fastest but they do a great car cleaning. The line may be long but the wait is worth it.

I got the works for $28 when the car was finish. The tires was dirty the center console was dirty sticky the top of the hood was dirty the top of the hood was dirty I would not waste my time to go there its my time to go there you better off using my youd better off using a car detailing business

They are the best! I have been going here for years. I have a SLC 300 Mercedes and they are the only ones I would trust with my car. I also had a sticker stain on my windshield that no one else was able to get rid of except for them; they got rid of the stain perfectly and you would never guess there was ever a stain there. They are very hard-working and kind and take care of all the cars really well. My car looks so good :-) I’m very happy with their service

Great customer service only down side was top wasnt clean all the way. Probably cause suv is kinda big not picky but since I am tall I can see it. Overall besides that car looked good for 16 bucks.

Went in for a hand wash. Only 4 cars at entire car wash. Supposed to take 20 minutes 50 minutes later car was 50% done. 5 employees on cell phones standing around while one person kind of washed car. I had to take car without it being vacuumed and rush to an appointment. Will never go back. Shame as it’s so close to house. Never get a hand wash here.

Went to 4-95 Boca Car Wash today with the primary purpose of having salt cleaned off of rims from travel. I told the associate who checked me in this was my biggest priority was addressing cleaning of the rims as they are chrome and chrome and salt do not mix. The associate said which package would best tackle what I wanted done and I said let’s do it! Truck came back to me 5 minutes later another associate quickly did a half-done job and then had his manager tell me the truck was ready. I looked at the manager and said is it really as I see water dripping on back tailgate and soap marks still on sides of truck. I then proceeded to hand dry it MYSELF and the manager noticing I was doing this did NOTHING. I told him my concern with the rims barely even being touched and he told me I’d have to UPGRADE to another package in order to have them done better, when I already addressed with the first associate my wants and he said he had given me the best package they offer. Overall terrible experience, no value for your dollar here. I recommend checking your other options or highly emphasizing what you want, cause clearly my clear as day request wasn’t good enough and then they look to take advantage of your money if you call them out on what they failed to do. Hope this helps and hope to have a response from 4-95 Boca Car Wash on how they would like to address my situation.

Best bang for your buck as far as car washes in East Boca Raton, and just in general I mean after all $4.95 not many places you can get anything for under $10 let alone $5! Also love the reward system they have to get free washes!

I thought this place would be good, and the prices looked great. However, they rush to get it done and missed many spots vacuuming. As soon as i got in the car i had to ask them to vacuum the front again, and they missed the trunk completely. When i got home they still missed dirt spots in my trunk and in my back seat too. If they would have taken the extra few minutes, my car would have looked fantastic. Not coming back since it was a waste of $30

Wait time is way to long, plus car wash itself needs to updated, you pay extra for tire shine but not much of a SHINE!

First time at 4-95 car wash. Expected more given the price. It wasnt until I got home that I saw that they never cleaned the back area of the SUV. Left beach sand there. and trash. Which was the reason I went there to clean up after a beach trip. Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there.Ill give them one more shot...maybe.

This place is amazing! The owner, Andre, really cares about his customers and quality of their work. I always come here, but this time, it was after a road trip with my kids and my car was nasty. Mold spots on the roof, kid’s garbage in the back. Not only did they get the spots out, and clean my car so nicely, but they fully sanitized it. This is huge with COVID!!! I can’t believe the negative reviews. They’re not true. This is one of the last family owned car wash businesses in our area. Go show them some love and leave with a clean car!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!Just one star because Google do not allow zero!!!! If you are looking for a INTERIOR DETAILING CLEANING and you dont want to waste your money go somewhere else. I was reading reviews(complains) of many people that most of them paid between $4.95 and $26...I thought...ok...you cant really expect that you can be totally cleaned for that amount of money...so I paid $110 for DETAILING SERVICE...I though that it will worth...but for my surprise...when I arrived to pickup my car after 4 hours...the nightmare started....the trunk wasnt even vacuumed, was a dirty car...everywhere...the charged me 10 extra dollars for the pet hair...for my surprise...they have a very different concept of what a Detailing cleaning means....the worse part? I showed to the manager Tony(who is not a kind person at all, is definitely not a person that will help you or be nice at all) they looked at me like I was crazy...the boy that was cleaning my car (even if he didnt do a good job, he was very nice, polite and respectful, different than the manager) explained about the pet hair..he said that always the hair will come out after they vacuumed...I was sceptical, but I said ok...but what about the dirthy that is on every corner? I SHOWED THEM on their faces( I also took some pictures)..I am beyond mad...this is a scam I paid for DETAILED service and they gave a 40 dollars service and also the manager was rude. He told me with a sarcastic tone what do you see that arent happy with????? I said, nothing, IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE GOOD FOR YOU...I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I went here for a minor coffee stain on one of my seats and the manager quoted me $39.99 to shampoo it out. Not only is this highway robbery but I’ve been there before for literally the same thing and was charged $15! I bought a stain remover and it worked like a charm for $7! The manager who told me what he’d charge is either a moron a wannabe scam artist.

The worst car wash I’ve ever had. Despite the bad reviews I took my white Mercedes for a wash paid for the “works plus”, very unpleased with the service I called made a complaint as I do not feel I received the service I paid for as my car was poor vacuumed which is the basic you would expect, stains on door, dirty rims, and dead bugs on the car. The manager asked me to bring the car back in. Second time around I thought now they will do a better job for sure. Needless to say I left disappointed again. I could’ve done a better job cleaning it myself. I have to say second time around the bugs were removed however inside of the car still dirty and I am going to a gas station to vacuum the car myself. Don’t take your car here.

For me, I needed an off-menu option of waxing and interior cleaning.I dropped off the car, and I hung out in the waiting room until the car was ready. Space is limited in there, and most folks tend to sit outside in the heat to watch as their car gets polished. It’s really cool that the car wash has been here for decades and has lines leading all the way back towards the street. The only minor issues was that there isn’t customer wifi(I’ve been spoiled at other car washes), some of the premium services can be a bit price. Fortunately, they do have a frequent customer rewards program that can mitigate the costs.

They did not give me the proper attention I paid for cleaning the chairs and for the wax of the car plus the washing and vacuum it, and the manager told me that it was something basic that was what I paid, and really nowhere did he say that. There is no professionalism to do a job where those, the wax was passed super fast and not all over the car. very disagree with the work. I do not recommend it.

I had the worst experience today I came in today to get my wife’s car washed. I asked the guys in front three times to repeat the vacuum cleaning they don’t do professional work they said I have to pay extra to takeoff the sand from the car. It takes very easy to blow everything out to the front and clean it once with the vacuum. I recommend everyone not to use the service they’re not professional at all. Plus when the car came out of the wash I had to show 10 times to takeoff the bird poop to make sure everything is spotless. I paid $30 and that’s a waste of money. I spoke to the regular manager and the general manager and they did not want to help me out !!!

Came by the other day with my wrangler, came for a hand wash/ clean inside. I was always curious getting my car done here (it’s always packed with ppl). The price was about 45 excluding tip. Honestly thought it would be more, waited about an hour (takes me like 3 hours to clean it myself) so mad props. Jeep came out great! The inside was spotless, the body was shiny as were the wheels/rims. Will be coming back to this place, the guy who helped me initially was very nice

Just had my car outside detailed. It looks new and is 6 yrs old! I believe they went above and beyond! And for those of you who expect them to remove your trash, that,s inconsiderate and downright dangerous.

My car is 3 weeks old....bern to the car wash every week...Had the deluxe outside only...windshield dirty as were several places on the car....Not going back....must have changed ownership.....never had such a bad wash

Was extremely disappointed after paying for an interior AND exterior hand wash and wax ($60) to see my wheels and interior of my car still dirty. Pointed the spots on the seats to the car washer and he said we dont touch the seats.. youd think for $60 they would.

Usually a really great place to get your car done. I see they are down quite a few men, and they dont have their regular staff. Im guessing no one wants to forgo their covid-19 unemployment check for this pay. It wasnt until I got home that I saw the tires were not clean, and there was trash left inside. Something I have never encountered here before.

Decent job on specialty hand wash. Wax job was decent too, but vacuum job was weak, and they didnt even sweep the trunk at all!I dont use brush car washes because they scratch the paint -- always hand wash.

I went because someone recommended me the place. Personally I prefer to pay for details, but they are expensive if you want the company come over your place, I am sure they didn’t clean the windows, the vacuum was not the best. I know they want to offer quick service, but come on?? Spend at least 20 min cleaning the car..: $24 dollars that honestly they got in 15 min. Bad experience

I got a car wash here and it was one of the worst experiences yet. I payed 40 dollars to get my car cleaned and after about 50 minutes when they finished there wash smudges all over the inside and outside, on top of that dirt marks all over the bottom too. they left a scratch in the side of my car along with that. I was then denied service and told they will not clean it off unless I upgrade for an extra 20 dollars. Wont be coming back here, youre better off hosing your car down yourself.

Cecil did an absolute FANTASTIC job cleaning the interior of my car. He went above and beyond and paid close attention to detail. He got all my dog hair up and that is truly amazing!

You never get what you paid for. I paid $64 and change to remove tar in my car they didnt revove them, they dont have anybody over there that you can talk to. They all are a big liars and that not the first time took my money for no reason. I dont know how they sitll in business. I dont recommend anyone wash car there. They are not polite or nice .
