NOPE NOPE NOPE! Everything that I would’ve gotten fired for at a dealership is basically what they want you to do. You are essentially harassing customers for a smoke appointment. The pay is commission based only, which was red flag for any bdc because we all know it’s hourly. They’re expectations for calls are unrealistic. The favoritism isn’t even discrete. I was ignored for days before anyone noticed me. I was never paid my final check. Don’t waste your time, made me go back to the dealership.

A woman name Stephanie had reached out to me bc they found my resume online, she said I would be a good fit for the job. We set up a time to talk almost a week ago now, I joined the zoom meeting and no one ever got on, after waiting for almost an hour I gave up. I have sense called her, emailed her and reached out to another customer service email and number I found… still silence. Not a way to conduct interviews, analog extremely unprofessional she never responded.

Their over-the-top attitudes and how they present themselves set them apart from any other BDC. But, the way they treat their employees is not optimal. The work they demand for what you are paid is literally insane. Just take some time to think before you get involved here.

THE JOB I EVER HAD!!!!

This place is a complete joke. They try to promote positivity just to cover up the real scams and lies that are taking place. They set fake appointments for dealerships and praise the individuals that do it. Fake scream when they have owners or guests come in to act like they are being over productive. Making employees work close to 70 hours a week for the hope of more money that they will never get. Dealerships, do not waste your money on such a fake place. This is nothing but a get rich quick scam. People interested in a job, you can find much much much better out there. The owner will eventually sell soon because he knows that everyone will eventually find out the truth about the company while scrapping every penny he can until then.
