Made a reservation Wednesday night for Friday. I been calling since Thursday morning to get info about weather and no one answered me. Send an email canceling yesterday because k couldn’t get any answers. Today Friday someone called me and tell me I can’t get my money back. This is a joke, not a serious company and they will keep your money evenIf you try to cancel for the right reasons, they will just not answer the phone!! Horrible service and not professional at all

The girl working Saturday morning was horrible!!!She does not know what customer service is about!! I am not going to get into the details. I would fire her if I was her employer. Beware of anything these people tell you!!

Make it very hard to rent anything being on vacation have to walk inside hotel use there computer to book something when u where just speaking to the person who rents to u

Flying Fish water sports was an excellent experience!! The service was amazing and the activities/atmosphere were a blast, can’t wait to go back !!

Great experience, had a fantastic time on the Stand Ups and I can not believe the clarity of the water and variety of fish we saw all around the Waterstone Resort! Great service! Well be back!
