I have used KitchenAid Appliance Repair for years as my various older and newer appliances have come up here and there for repairs. Before I found KitchenAid Appliance Repair I used various vendors, looking for a good match and there is just not a more sincere, fair person out there, that I have found. He has not only repaired my items to my satisfaction but on more than one occasion has talked me through simple repairs over the phone and showed me how to do a simply fix on my own. He also has a network of people that he can offer about other home improvement items, like when I got a new dishwasher and needed plumbing work, he found me a very good, reasonable plumber (hard to find). He is good and prices are reasonable and fair.

Im really late with this review for which I apologize for now. My stoves electric starter went bust, Andy came out on Friday and diagnosed the problem immediately, like seriously within a half hour of me calling him. Explained that there might be an issue because of the holiday but said he would try to come back on the next day. Called and said there was nothing available but he would be there at 12 on Monday. He was. Nice guy and very reliable. Highly highly recommend him!

Worth going out of the way to buy from!Bought a dishwasher in the spring and came back for an induction range after our old oven spontaneously died. Pricier appliances make me a bit wary, but with the service guarantee I felt a lot more comfortable to go for it!

I agree, this is a very good company. Very professional and courteous. The service tech (Claudio) was a true gentleman - he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our freezer. The rates are very reasonable and theyre very prompt. I will definitely call them for any other appliance repairs.

This service is extremely honest! I am renting a house and the fridge is very old and has stopped working. I called several service people and they would charge $60 to $85 to come to take a look. Sam, the owner of this service, asked me about the model of the fridge, and immediately told me the trick to self-correct the problem. I followed his instruction, and the fridge works perfectly right now. He didnt charge me, and didnt hesitate to share his knowledge.

We had an issue with our years-old KitchenAid dishwasher where the draining motor would not shut off, and water dripping was forming puddles in our kitchen. My husband did what most do-it-yourselfers do and after pulling out the dishwasher, checked out YouTube! Unfortunately, this was one problem that she could not resolve. After searching on google for appliance repairs, KitchenAid Appliance Repair was local, had multiple 5-star reviews, and I used Yelps messaging to contact the business along with making a call.Alex returned the message back with an approximate price very quickly, but then also called. I explained the issue and we came up with a day and time for him to come and diagnose the problem. He said that if he can fix it, the price for the visit will be included in the fix price.Alex came on time, and was able to diagnose the broken part within a few seconds. But, he did not have the part in the truck and would have to order it. He did and again came back when he said he would a couple of days later and fixed the dishwasher in under a half hour.The total price of $135 which included the initial visit, part, and installation I thought was very reasonable.Have again saved the day by helping me guide my decision as to who to use for appliance repairs. Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Wed use his services again if necessary. You should, too.

I tried diagnosing/fixing the problem with my KitchenAid refrigerator myself ... and then called KitchenAid Appliance Repair. Technician was great! He came on time, was very respectful and fixed the problem in the first visit. He explained the problem in a way that I might be able to avoid it in the future, but I would not hesitate to call him again. Thanks!

Excellent customer service from KitchenAid Appliance Repair. He was communicative and proactive about finding a solution. He was also honest and didnt charge me an arm and a leg even after determining that the fridge at my tenants apartment was unfixable. Im keeping his contact for any future help with appliances, and definitely recommend him!!!

The best rating for the best all-round service, etc. Finally a honest man, who is knowledgeable and fairly priced. You can depend on him doing what and when he says. I had 3 different service companies in for repair on my KitchenAid Regrigerator - after a couple of guesses and repairs that lasted just over the 90 days, I found someone who found the problem and fixed it in orderly, competent manner.
