The team was very professional and more than welcoming. They provided me with policies to fit my personal needs. Lori Schwingel was very helpful and provided great customer service. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. Overall was a easy and pleasant experience.

They steal your money after they bind false coverage. My boyfriend referred me to this company and I feel really bad putting him in the middle of this. However, I feel that everyone should know how this company operates. My family has had an antique car that’s been in the family over 60 years and we’ve always had it insured with an insurance company specializing in Antique cars. My boyfriend suggested Rick Limegrover / State Farm saying they did several of his cars and I should switch over to a more well-known company like State Farm. He assisted me with the paperwork and made the introductions. They agreed to bind the coverage for the value of the car, which is over $100,000.00. We went with State Farm under my boyfriend’s advice, even though they were $100.00 more per year than the previous company. They agreed to the same terms and conditions that we had on our previous insurance policy for many years. They took our money and cashed our check.The first problem, was they listed my boyfriend’s name on the policy and the car has NOTHING to do with him. He was simply the middle man, who put us in touch with each other. My boyfriend once again got involved and called and emailed them multiple times and they told us they could not fix it at this point and to let it stay on. This makes absolutely no sense, and my family and I were very upset.Then to top it off...about 2 months later State Farm / Rick Limegrover wrote me a letter saying State Farm only valued the car at $23,000 and if I wanted it to be valued higher, I would have to pay a hefty price for an appraisal. I immediately refused and requested to cancel the policy and return my money. This was not what was agreed upon. Typical bait and switch. Once again I had to ask my boyfriend to get involved. He contacted State Farm and they asked him to start emailing all kinds of documents and to have my family (which lives in a very rural area of central Florida and does not use email) to send documents from the original insurance policy. I advised my boyfriend this was a problem for my family and they were not able to just hop on a computer and send documents. There are no computers in their home, they still use US mail. He placed calls to State Farm and said he even sent both the rep and the owner of the company emails and left messages for the owner to call him to fix the situation. No one EVER called him back.He became so frustrated that he offered to pay me back the money I wasted on State Farm’s bogus policy out of his own pocket. He deeply regrets recommending Rick Limegrover and State Farm to me and my family. So I hope it was worth it for you, Rick Limegrover, to steal my family’s $500.00 and manipulate us. We trusted you and I will make sure I let everyone know how you operate your business. You steal money from people and refuse to make good on your word. You really need to rethink your slogan, because you’re more like a NIGHTMARE neighbor.

Staff is great but I had my State Farm policy with them for 15 years without ever filing a claim.About a month ago I scraped my car........no damage to anything or anyone...and filed my first claim.Now I have my new policy which increased substantially and I was told that its on my record for 3 years. I met with staff member and the owner who was pleasant but said there is nothing they can do. Its almost immoral and unethical to pay for 15 years for insurance and when you need it, they penalize you. I am 72 and feel very vulnerable and taken advantage of. State Farm should be investigated for unfair practices.

Rick Limegrover and his office are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Not only does my agent, Rick Limegrover, not return my calls but when he has other people speak to me on his behalf, specifically Patricia Lucas, she is rude, indignant and completely ignorant. When I asked her to help me with a problem she told me that there was no helping. However, she was more than happy to cash my checks that I paid promptly. My advice... Find ANY other agents if you need insurance as Rick Limegrover and his team is useless.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company and specifically this office is the most incompetent and unprofessional that I have ever dealt with. I called on May 17th to cancel my insurance since their rates were exceedingly high. I was told I would be issued a refund check within 5-7 days. To keep this story short I will say that’s it is now July 12th and still no check! After numerous calls and extensive hold times over the process of a few weeks and several supposed check issuances, I was told today that the check was being reissued (for the 4th time) and would take another 5-7 days to be received. I requested this check be overnighted or sent priority mail to me and they said they could not do that. After all I have gone through just to get my money back and they could not make right on their part what they had screwed up. I would advice anyone to stay away from this office. It’s not their money or time taken to call and track down the check therefore they do not care.

Hands down the best State Farm office in Boca Raton. Delt with another office before finding this one, took them 3 days to return my quote. Mrs Patricia Lucas is AMAZING. In 15 minutes had me in and out. Very kind, funny and made me feel at home. Telling all my friends, customet service on fleek!! Thanks for everything!

Really bad experience with them. If you miss a payment they call non-stop. If you have a problem forget about it. Never got reinbursed for the last payment after I switched... Its a complete blaming game between them an corporate State Farm.
