Whew. Poor communication from this agency. They provided a homeowners quote missing all of the credits provided in my current declaration documentation while at the same time stating it was an apples-to-apples comparison to my current policy. Asking simply to correct the quote resulted in lots of back and forth with no rational explanation for the error. Accuracy and communication are so important in an insurance agent. This was unnecessarily exhausting for me so had to take my business elsewhere.

The staff are very genuine and friendly; the mascot, Beau, is adorable; and you cant beat the free Lavazza cappuccinos! All combined, this makes the work culture phenomenal. Once the interview was over, the owner/manager informed me that I was Hired, introduced me to the staff team and we agreed on a Start Date and Salary. I put my notice in with my current job, based on the agreement we made.One week before my start date, I emailed the owner/manager what was to be expected of me on my first day.The Owner/manager didn’t respond until the end of the week explaining that they didn’t want to wait until my start date and went ahead and filled my position.This put me in a tough situation, because they waited the very last minute to inform me that the position was already filled. So I was left jobless because by the time they decided to reply to my email, it was my last day at my current job I quit for the job I was promised.-Extremely Poor Communication Skills-Management is Unprofessional-Cannot Trust their Word-Treats People with No Respect-Handles Situations Unprofessionally-Management is Very Rude & Inconsiderate.Extremely Disappointed with this Insurance Company

While researching quotes for Commercial Auto Policies, I encountered Toshiko of Blue Sky Insurance. She was professional, asked questions that other agents did not, had a rapid response time and clear communication. The office building at Mizner Park in Boca Raton was very clean and elegant. I could tell I was going to get great service when I walked in.
