Last year I shipped a 2000 Honda S2000 with a little over 37 k miles from Ny and was looking for an excellent place to have the car serviced. I also knew there was a potential issue with the check engine light and would need a sensor replaced, I knew of one other place I used for oil changes for a leased Infiniti q 60. The reviews were not as good as this establishment. The light was not on when the car was shipped or even whenI brought it for service. The initial service was thorough , complete , with great communication with any work needed that I did not anticipate. The work is always quality and good value. I shortly thereafter needed a new sensor for the check engine light and on another visit had 2 rear led lights installed that I ordered. Every time I have serviced the vehicle, it has been positive , including the recent synthetic oil change . I recommended my daughter to them for work on a preowned 2009 Cadillac DTS she bought from a relative and she also was very pleased

Prompt. Efficient. Knowledgeable. They replaced the ABS speed sensors. Paul diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained it to me. They had to order parts and I had my car back the next day. I will definitely call them again

I was referred to BBA & I am VERY happy that I was. They are honest, professional & completed the work quickly! I had brought our company truck in for repair as it kept stalling out. They quickly found the throttle sensor needed to be replaced. They did not try to upsell me on other repairs just told me what I needed. AAA kept saying I needed an alternator and battery was shorting out due to Alternator. I had one month left on the battery warranty-- Joey was amazing. So many shops would have sold me the alternator as I thought this was the issue- Joey said it was the battery- got AAA to come by and give him a new one for the car. I picked up and he did not charge me a penny at all- I am doing all my future work for cars at this place... Honest/ Timely communications.. Thought I needed a new headlight on my Volvo, so Brinks ordered the bulb and scheduled the work. Turned out it was an unplugged tail light that shorted the system. They plugged it in and all was well. These super folks not only figured out the problem, they wouldnt let me pay them for it! Thats why they have been a staple in downtown Boca for so long, and will continue to be. Thanks! Ill be back !!

I spoke with Joey several times regarding my repair and had my car towed to their location. I ended up finding out I was still under warranty and needed to tow my car to the dealership -the shop was so friendly and understanding when I shared my situation and offered to pass along my keys to the new tow truck vs having me come in. Although I didn’t end up using their services, their phone demeanor, customer service and friendly approach definitely impressed me - if I do need anything in the future, I’ll definitely try them out !

I recently took in my 2007 H3 Hummer for some minor repairs and and oil change. This is the second time I have gone to Bocas Best and I experienced the same high level of customer service as I did the first time. Communication was clear throughout the entire process with pricing that was fair. I have referred Bocas Best to other friends and co-workers and will continue to use this location as my choice for service down the road. Not often to you get consistency with different levels of employees, here at Bocas Best I received it from the young lady working the front desk and Joe calling me a couple of times to check in and let me know the status of the repairs. Looking for the absolute best auto repair around, LOOK NO FURTHER. My car was towed to this shop from AAA and someone must have been looking out for me. From the first time I spoke with Brittany the director of hospitality I knew that this was a different kind of auto repair shop. I was treated with fairness and respect. The owner of the shop Joe, is warm, friendly, honest and a great diagnostician and mechanic. I am embarrassed to say that my daughters car had no oil in it (thankfully we caught it in time) and that is what caused it to need to be towed. Joe took the time to teach my daughter how to check her oil and make sure that the car was ready for the trip to and from Tallahassee (Go Noles). When the car continued to burn through oil, he fought with the warranty company to get authorization to fix it correctly and safely. When he couldnt get the parts in a timely manner he helped my under 25 year old daughter get a rental. When my daughter called him from the road because her car was making strange noises he took the time to speak with her and confirm that it was safe to drive it home. When asked if it was time to sell the car he gave me an honest answer that did NOT benefit him monetarily. I have without a doubt found my mechanic for life.

Excellent service. Lived in FL for 4yrs and tried a few auto repair shops before finding this one. Unlike many auto repair shops that try to up sell or rip off customers (especially young women who they assume know nothing), this place tells you what’s really necessary and gives you a reasonable rate and time estimate (usually impressively fast). Accepts AAA discounts and regularly goes above and beyond for customers.

FINALLY! An auto service center I can trust (and believe me, Ive been looking a LONG time). When my 2005 Santa Fe had trouble starting I brought it to the dealer. Six hours later they couldnt figure out the problem. SOLUTION - bought a new starter on Amazon, took the car to Bocas Best and in 45 minutes they installed it for just over $100 - including a AAA discount.This week something broke loose in the engine compartment and I lost the power steering. Brought it back to Bocas Best; they IMMEDIATELY brought the car into the service bay and diagnosed the problem to be a broken power steering pump. Repairs to the pump and attached items were estimated at just over $600 (not bad; I thought it was going to be something more catastrophic). BUT - they were able to salvage the original supply lines, bringing the total to $461. I have never had a repair shop that brought in the job under the original estimate (especially $150 under the original estimate). The car is running better than ever, I am extremely pleased with the service and staff at Bocas Best Auto Repair and will use them as my go-to service center from now on.

My car broke down on I95 South last week Bocas Best auto repair had my car towed and repaired all within 24 hours! So impressed!!!!! Great customer service and friendly staff.. I cannot say enough....

Absolutely horrible experience with Bocas Best. They repaired my daughters car or so they said. The total cost was more than $2K. We had to take it back less than a week later. We continued to have to take it back more than 6 times over the next few months. It kept over heating and loosing compression. It was supposed to be covered under warranty, however the owner said the warranty was voided because my daughter drove it while it overheated. When I confronted the owner he denied the car ever came back in after the repairs were completed. I ended up taking it to 2 other mechanics. They BOTH said the repairs were never done. It cost me another $2K to have it repaired. I have no idea what these guys did to my daughters car, but it never worked right. I wish I had gotten a 2nd opinion from the start. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Highly unethical!

This place scammed my elderly mother. My mother contacted AAA to tow a car to a shop for repair. When the tow company arrived (interstate towing) they driver pressured her to take it to a different auto shop, Bocas Best Auto. Later I figured out that both companies, interstate towing and Bocas best auto are owned by the same guy. She asked them to diagnose the car and tell her what itll take to get it running. They diagnosed it and she paid almost $2,000. Now here we are two months later and the car still doesnt work. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, brought it back almost 10 times to try to fix it but they cant so now they say too bad and my mother is out all that money. They refused to refund her even though the car still doesnt work. What a shame that they can take advantage of a senior citizen like that. If they werent confident they could fix the car, they shouldnt have taken her money. If you want to get taken advantage of then this is the place to go.

AAA took me to Joe and Pauls repair shop in 2015 and I have been going to them ever since. I have a 22 year old Volkswagen Passat and they keep my car running! They are very HONEST which is so hard to find today. Dave and the other mechanics are great. I will always go to them for all my cars needs. I live in Delray but make the trip because I trust them.

Joey at Boca Best is a great asset to the company. We had two triple A service calls and no one could diagnose the problem. Joey had the car for 10 min, diagnosed, fixed and we were out the door.

Ive had three repairs now at Bocas Best. All three experiences have been very good. The repairs were done quickly and cheaply. They offer AAA discounts and coupons are printed right on the repair receipt.

I had to replace an engine. It longer for the warranty company to approve the replacement than putting in the engine. You belong to AAA you get a 10% discount on parts. They will pick up and deliver the car also. Excellent work and very honest

They are an honest business. I trust them not to over charge. Took my SUV because it stalled several times but they couldnt find anything wrong so they they never charged me.

I do not recommend Bocas Best Auto Repair. My mom took her car here because Triple A reccomends them. They charged my mom for a transmission replacement. Only 1 day after she got her car back it was acting up worse then when she brought it in. So she brought it back. They kept her car for almost 2 weeks giving my mom the run around and hiring 3rd party to work on her car from a storage facility. After 2 weeks they finally told my mom that there is nothing they can do and we must take it to Nissan because it is an electrical issue. After taking it to Nissan they said the transmission needs to be replaced. So we called Bocas best letting them know what Nissan said they told me that Nissan was only trying to get money out of me and they will not be doing anything about the faulty transmission they put in her car. So we decided to get a 2nd opinion and took it to a transmission specialist. The specialist also confirmed the transmission was bad. I have still yet to hear back from bocas best after spending almost $3000.00 on a faulty transmission, car rental, and diagnostic testing. I have given the owner all the paperwork from the other mechanics and he hasnt even called me to rectify the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOCAS BEST!!!! They are scammers and sub contract work to what I believe are unlicensed mechanics!!!!

My boyfriends car was towed here on recommendation by the AAA driver, and we were impressed on the professionalism and the reasonable rates they offer.

I have gone here for a few years now. The staff are fantastic and the service is excellent. They are always up front about the issues they did or did not find and the work that could get done or needs to be done.

Warning!!!!!! That give you refurbished parts and charge full price!!!!! And of course they die as soon as the warranty expires!!!I was told from an employee, “we go through a guy that remakes them”. I moved out of state and I was also told that to get my part fixed I would have to ship it 1200 miles to them, then they would “fix” it and ship it back.

Horrible service from The blonde lady at the front is rude as heck and the two big guys one with scruffy beard and the other with the short beard werent knowledgeable or nice. I cant wait to write an article on this company. I would change the bocas best to something that fits your quality of service

2011 Jaguar XJ. Recommended from AAA tow truck(that they own)I was skeptical but I know taking it to the Dealer would be A lot more expensive but at least the dealer knows their cars and you dont have to trusting an unknown shop. Especially with performance foreign car.I was pleasantly surprised how neat and clean the shop was. It took a couple of days to finish my car but the BBAR kept me in the loop of the whole process. Finding me the best part at a good price. Not adding extra uneccesarry parts. Detail explanation of whats wrong and plan of attack.I drove it over the weekend car drives great, responds better than when I got it. Other things started working better.*updated*Following this review, 2 days later I had to take it back because of the same problem. They tried to save me money by cleaning on of my injector heads. When I brought it back I need to replace it. Plus they charge me for doing the same labor as the first fix.Fast forward (5/24/18)Having the same issue different mechanic that actually let me come in the back to see everything showed me one of the new injectors BBA replaced that was glued back together. Now I have to replace them all.Also, asking them to please make sure my interior dont have grease on it or my brand new rim that they installed had skuff Marks on it. Prompted the owner to go into this bullshyt tirade about how long hes been in the biz, satisfied customers. Doesnt matter when I just got my interior sprayed and I have a Brand New Rim!!
