If you enjoy being TORTURED this is the company for you. After spending around $200k with this company and being patient thinking they simply took on too much work; I had to endure chasing them to try and complete the simplest of tasks, never receiving equipment that was ordered despite being billed 45% “on delivery”, chasing them weekly to schedule for 8+ months, having to bring in someone else to finish the job (still ongoing), dealing with still not working or broken equipment. And I’m far from the only one with this problem, just ask my GC who has had many clients with bad experiences also. I’m still working to complete this job with others to quantify my damages so I can file suit against them (hopefully soon). Control4 corporate has even gotten involved and had to force them to return to close up my lighting panels since they were a fire and injury risk! (They weren’t even a distributor when they took me on and worked through someone else improperly without telling me.)This is literally one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I generally don’t post but feel it necessary to caution anyone considering doing business. In fact my experience was so miserable I would happily take my own time to speak to anyone personally who is even considering working with Skip Dangler and Extended AV to share my experience to hopefully save anyone else the absolute HELL these people have put me through.

Extended is The most knowledgeable company that I have dealt with on our lighting throughout the house and outside and numerous switches Skip and Company handled it very very well I would highly recommend them. The system we have here is almost 20 yrs old and they have us working like it was new.
