When I moved into my home I noticed some creatures moving around in the shrubs and I knew I needed a rat exterminator. I immediately called Rat Busters. Not only were they out that day but they were they were quick clean and effective! They closed up all the holes in and around my home so the rats could not get it and we have had no problem since then. I would highly recommend Rat Busters for any rat control!

Called rat busters for Service to see if there was any animal, bird or duck on my roof. I was charged 99 $ for the visit and they said “ nothing found” . Exactly 27 days later I was helping remove FROM MY ROOF12 baby ducks. I called the company to let them know what happened and to do the right thing and give me back my money... They basically said “not going to happen”. I won’t use them again. It’s under new management. Don’t go there.

They were great and really helpful and accommodating. The guy who came steamed and sprayed everything I asked for and put things back for me as I have disabilities. Reasonably priced and no long wait to get it done. This is the second time I have had to use them and if heaven help me I need them again I wouldnt hesitate to call them !

We had termites detected in out apartment block. Rat Busters were prompt in coming out to do the initial investigation and then installing the traps. Subsequent inspection of the traps was always on time and efficient. The friendly technicians know their job and are always willing to accommodate.

Did a great job with our rat issue while we were renovating our building. Worked quickly, did a good job and were reasonably priced. We need some more work completed as were now complete renovations and well using snap again!

When my attempts to poison the rats in my home with red chili peppers failed I called rat busters. Mr. Rus came and was able to take care of the problem. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 do not recommend trying to use red chili peppers

They can have 1 star because they were friendly and fast. On the phone I was never informed that I would be the one to remove the traps with the dead rats and that setting the traps are the ONLY thing actually covered for the fee. He made it sound like I was getting some full blown service. They don’t make a single trip back to check the traps or remove them. I have a newborn and health issues, them coming to trap and remove was the whole point in calling them to come out!!!! I was told I would start to smell them when they were caught and dead!! Each potential opening found is an additional $100 to seal and let me tell you, my lazy teenager would have made it look nicer than that. I wish I could post a picture of all the crappy looking foam exploding out of the front of my house. And let me tell you, the rats are not going to touch the traps they set bc i had one in the garage set the same way and never caught them. They use the $2 traps (16 of them) from Home depot and Slim Jim’s so do yourself a favor and save yourself the money!!! I didn’t find out about the limit of their service until after they had set the traps, naturally. If i had known otherwise I would have told them to leave and called someone that would have set AND removed.

WHAT A RIP OFF. They were supposed to seal all the holes and never did. I guess thats how they make money. They never listened as to where I said the noise was coming from. Hired a new pest control company who sealed the hole and the traps are now working. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.In response to your reply...……….I do not have a landlord, I am the owner and yes my homeowners fees do pay for your crappy services. As I told the person on the phone if you couldnt do the job properly why would I have you come back and do another crappy job. Rather pay someone who will listen and can do it effectively. 9 trips and 3 traps and not all the traps were full on the visits as I used to go up and check. Honest business gets business and from what I have been told our community is no longer using your services.

Rat Busters was very helpful with my possum problem I have small children and this needed to be taken care of in a timely manner. They were very quick to respond, workers came and set traps 2 hours after the initial call. I would recommend this company to anyone with a rodent problem. Ok- so we were loyal customers using ratbusters for monthly service for the past year- this morning things changed. I got a call from the gate that ratbusters were here. My husband waited in the yard and after a few minutes of waiting for the service man to appear my husband went out front to check on his whereabouts- his whereabouts were in the truck on the phone. My husband went back in the yard and when a few more minutes passed he looked again and the truck was gone. We called immediately and no answer - when the guy finally calls back its with a sorry excuse that he had to return to the front gate because he couldnt find his id- then another excuse that he ran our card ( which is in file for monthly service ) and it was declined so he didnt service us. Complete lie and makes no sense anyway...why run our card before the sevice and if that was true why wouldnt you call - we have no rat problem but pay for monthly preventative maintenance for the past year so a professional approach would have been to call and say there was a problem with our card so I know this too was a lie because ratbusters is a professional company- obviously the service man is lying - now here is where the bigger problem lies- when my husband calls the office- the manager is defensive of the service man. We own a business so I do understand the importance of being loyal to our employees but at the same time if a customer has a valid complaint it is addressed. My husband cancelled our monthly service and told them to come pick up the boxes. The service man returns with a big attitude and accuses my husband of lying. For what? Why would we lie that you didnt provide us with service? Ridiculous! Then proceeds to call my husband a punk and challenges him to step out from behind your doors RIDICULOUS! By the way my husband did step out and the guy gets in the truck gives him the middle finger and takes off. This is south florida and pest control companies are plentiful. We were always satisfied with rat busters up until today. Arthur was the best and he can vouch for us being good customers, not annoying and never having a complaint. Today ended our business with ratbusters. It could have ended a different way with a simple apology for the misunderstanding and a promise to send out another service man. Sorry but no service + bad customer service = lost a customer.

Beware that Ratbusters’ “guarantee” is that rats will no longer enter the house after they seal the holes on the outside of the home... apparently there is no guarantee that they will actually eliminate the current problem. 2 months and multiple rat encounters later, I am still terrified to go into my own garage to do laundry because the rat has NO interest in their traps. I guess the seals around the house are good.. because the rat definitely can’t get OUT. With the insane amount of money we blew, I expected the problem to be resolved. I have small children and am completely beside myself that we are still dealing with this. 🤷🏻‍♀️😭😭😭🤯

The employees at Rat Busters did an excellent job! I saw droppings around my house and I thought I had a rat problem. I heard rustling one evening and I discovered that a racoon had managed to find its way into my home...I then discovered a family of 3 raccoons in my attic. Rat Busters was very responsive.
