This is the definition of customer service as it should be! Called the company last week when we desperately needed to get our daughter from one side of Florida to the other due the pending hurricane. Spoke with Debra who ensured this would happen. It happened on time and was a perfect trip. Eliot the driver was on time and courteous to our daughter and friend. Could not have asked for a better experience. Then when I called yesterday to get our daughter back to school, we once again got the pick-up time we needed. And I write this our daughter and friend are heading back to Boca Raton with Eliot at the wheel. Incredible! Thank you so very much. Will use your service whenever we are in Boca Raton every time we come.
