Absolutely terrible company! They have full access to my Google business page and have denied me any rights to it after I submitted a request to reclaim it on Google. I have tried for 2 weeks now to get in contact with them regarding my service. Tried emailing Rubi and Michael at the addresses they sent to me from, left over 10 voicemails and have gotten nothing. All this and I am still getting charged $600 per month. On top of all of this, their website is littered with links to virus websites and pornography pop-ups linked to almost everywhere you click.

I should’ve cancelled when I had the chance. From the very first phone call, I asked for an afternoon meeting. They set it up for a morning when I asked them not too. Asked them to change it and they did. Then no one called into the meeting. They called again the following week and I told them I didn’t want to work with them anymore if they can’t set up a simple meeting. The owner or big boss guy (Andy I believe, it’s been so long I can’t remember) convinced me to give them another try. I toldhim I was going to call back in a month if I wasn’t happy and he said he would give me my money back. I’ve been calling every month since trying to get it. Sometimes several times a day.Waste of $300 that was supposed to be a deal.Jeffrey, supposed to be my helper, never calls me back.Been trying to get a refund for a year. Only process refunds one day a week and no one answers the phone that day.Never got my google page listed. Tried to get a new pin several times and I would never receive the pin in the mail.Overall, a zero star experience.

I must say That I spent some time close to two hours with Ruby today the 25th day of September and, she was courteous and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the task at hand. I am very satisfy with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. HARD WORKER.

I am a realtor in Spokane. Online Local Search first initiated a sales call to me 4 months ago. During that call they made many promises about their lead generation service and the results they would drive. They promised to deliver at least 10 quality leads of potential buyers or sellers of real estate every month. They charged me an $1800 set-up fee and a monthly $500 charge. The program delivered ZERO quality leads over the next 3 months. It did NOT work as it was sold. I have repeatedly asked for a refund for the past 2 months with no resolution. Be wary of the service.

This is my first review. I feel I was mislead when I got a phone call promising I would be on all 5 Home Assistants. Alexa was the first that came out of the salespersons mouth so it peaked my interest. I was led to believe this was a Google company. The woman said Google Online Local Search. So, I took the bait. 2 weeks later, still not on Alexa. Then, I was told its because my company does not have enough reviews. I was not told it was review-dependent. After this call, I get another call from Nathan. Nathan was there to upsell my $49.99 a month promise. Once again, I was given the impression it was a Google company. Nathan was nice and I feel he promised the world, so far, and nothing has been delivered. I was told I would start getting calls the first week. No phone calls. Nothing. Alot, alot, alot of robocalls that I never received prior. I dont even know what I am paying for, at this point. Rubi (very nice) was supposed to call yesterday at 7 p.m. No phone call. Nathan apologized. Rubi called today and dealt with the brunt of my anger. Kudos Rubi. I am still not happy, though. I told Rubi if I dont see any results by our next call (December 3, 2020) I am canceling services. I do feel I was mislead, alot. But, I will wait and see what this next month brings. Nobody has been rude (only me) so they get a 5-star for good customer service. I will leave another review in a month. Hopefully, that one will be more positive. Until then....

I am writing on behalf of “Marcus Bohler Painting Company” for your records. If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled calls but no one calls. Was told the 1 and only person who can authorize my business account to actually get it started, was on vacation for the next week and would get back to me, never did. Mind you they already charged me the starting fee and first month of $49.97 totaling $246.97. And I do have receipts so do not reply and tell me you don’t have an account associated with Marcus Bohler Painting Company. Had two other cancelled conference calls. So I called to cancel everything asked for a refund the man was very rude/ kept talking over me. I was then transferred to a “supervisor” who told me I would get a refund on 3/13/2020 of $246.97. Still no refund and now today 3/24/2020 I am being charged the monthly fee again of 49.97. Should of looked up reviews before deciding to go with this company. They referred to themselves under a different name when I first had contact but now I see it is a scam! Had I of known and read reviews I would have never signed up. Do not trust this company! I am filing complaint with BBB today where they do have an F rating.

When I originally decided to use these guys, they told me my neighbors business has just signed up which I found out was a lie after talking to him, then they were over an hour late calling me for my scheduled call so I decided to cancel. They told me it would take a week to get my money back. Its been over a week and I have not seen my money. I would not trust these guys if I were you. Update, had to use a different number to get through to them, they were obviously screening my call, and then had the rudest experience I have ever had dealing with any business.
