Jordan was the absolute best. He heard what I needed, and was really great with getting me set up as quickly as possible. The woman who was there with Jordan was helping him along the way, and she was also awesome! They obviously work very well together and as a team there! We needed a new phone for my husband and I asked questions on my phone. Wes (I think his name was) greeted us and explained the phones and what we could do before we sat with Austin to complete the transaction. Austin worked with my phone, but I need more that he can offer. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their service is commendable and we will be back. Thank you.I came back on 9-24 to upgrade my phone and Christopher S waited on me. Excellent! He set everything up for me and I am now a 5g. Thank you Christopher. This service was beyond what I expected. Awesome.

In December of 2020 I switched from Sprint (after 15yrs.) to AT & T. My fiancé had been with AT & T and we thought we would save money being on the same plan. Boy were we wrong! We actually pay more now then we did separately. We were promised savings that we never received, our bill never reflected what we were told, and our 700.00 credit for our phone we traded in got lost. After 7 months of being billed incorrectly I finally went into the store and met Renee. She sat down with me and thoroughly went over my bill making the changes that needed to be made and explaining everything very thoroughly. The only thing that Renee could not credit was the 700.00 refund of the phone that they couldnt track. Her and the manager Nicole got me a few numbers to call on my own to try and locate the phone so I could receive the credit. Will no luck I called back in the morning and Nicole the manger answered the phone. She had remembered me from the night before and pretty much told me that I was not going to get the 700 credit. She said she had dealt with this same issue with another customer and there was nothing she could do for me. I literally hung up the phone in tears. An hour later my phone rang and it was Renee. She had called me back when she got in to work because she had seen I called. She apologized for what I had gone through and gave me the number of the office of the president. Within 24 hrs. my issue was resolved! Credit will be applied to my next bill. This would literally be a 1 star review if it wasnt for Renee and I would have switched companies once my new phone was paid off. Thank you Renee for going out of your way making me feel like you valued me as a customer! You should be recognized for your excellent service!!

Barb was awesome. Completely helped with all of my issues. Very honest and would not sell me stuff I didn’t need. I made the mistake of trying the store by Mark’s in Boardman first. Big mistake. Sold me stuff I didn’t need, would not honor promos, and completely understaffed. Waited 2 hours for bad service at the Poland office. Do yourself a favor and go see Barb at the office by Camelot Lanes.

JORDAN worked with us to transfer files from a very old platform and explained clearly what we needed to do from home once we knew our passwords to finalize the set up. He had excellent communication skills and patience. He is an employee to be valued. His explanation of various products made us feel we made the right choice.

Chris is an excellent employee. I went in to buy a new phone cord. He greeted me instantly. After I chose my cord I decided I wanted to buy a case. Chris told me about the two for one special and suggested Bodyguardz front protectors. He then put the case and front protector on my phone. Chris is a knowledgeable and friendly employee.Thank you Chris for a great experience.

My biggest and by far reason would be that I was immediately acknowledged and approached by an employee. I knew it was roughly 30 mins to close so the best I hoped for was some questions answered about upgrading my current phone. Michael (employee/ Rep) not only had a great attitude and customer service, he was able to get me upgraded in less than 30 mins. We finished before close of business. I did not feel rushed. It just went that smoothly. As someone with strong back round in customer service, I really appreciate people with those skills. This isnt my local AT&T store but will be now. I would recommend this store to others. Thank you.

I walked in about 20 minutes before they were closing...(Yeah I was that guy) and Laura helped me transfer my service over to AT&T and also set up a business line. She was very patient and easy to work with. If you want something done the boardman branch is the place to be!

Sales lady Barb ordered the wrong phone for us and it was supposed to get sent to the store but it got sent to our house instead. Sales staff was not accommodating at all when we then needed to return the phone and get the correct one ordered. First they tried to upsell us to get a more expensive phone that they had in stock in the store. Then they told us to come In the next day at 11 and they would take care of us. No appointment or note was made about it so we were going to have to wait for god knows how long just to give them the phone back. THEN they told us that we would still have to pay a restocking fee even tho they’re the ones who messed up! I then had to call ATT customer service who waved the restocking fee so that we could then bring the phone back to the store AGAIN and get the right one ordered. Very frustrating !!! The only good thing I will say is that everyone was very nice albeit extremely unhelpful. We will be getting our phones thru apple from now on.UPDATE: after bringing the wrong phone back AGAIN the male sales associate was aggressive and rude to my mother. (Who by the way gives chemo to covid patients and is a saint) Tried telling her she was wrong that they didn’t make a mistake...I was there when we ordered her phone and she clearly said she wanted the 12proMAX and Barb confirmed it several times with us....then he said she should just keep it because a lot of people want this phone. THEN once again tried to upsell her to get the 256G phone. She declined and just wants the phone she ordered. He made a fuss and said they didn’t have any in stock of the 128G max but then went in the back and, what do you know, has a black one. He had attitude about saying this was the only color they had but and my mother told him she no longer cared about the color she just wants her phone. The treatment we’ve received at this store is absolutely disgusting. He told her that the ATT customer service rep (who we were told to call) had no right waving the restocking fee?!?! And argued with her. And then, almost 4 hours later! Told her she needed to bring in the old phones of my brother and dad for their trade in but that they must be wiped first. She asked him how to wipe the phones and he told her to google it. Atrocious and rude behavior. The store manager Emily was at least nice to her but her niceness does not make up for rudeness of the male associate. Extremely upset with this store we’ve been loyal ATT customers for years and just bought 4 brand new phones.The only good thing I will say is that Barb was extremely helpful and friendly to us our first two visits and manager Emily was very kind. The Inadequate problem resolution here is what I am having an issue with!

The customer service in this store is awful. I went in to get a new iPhone, a simple request. I was met at the door with a woman staring at an iPad who told me I couldn’t be helped and needed to make an appointment because there weren’t enough staff members. Fine. I came back at my appointment time but was told to go back to my car because they weren’t ready for me yet. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. When I was finally called in and got my new phone, I was told their wifi wasn’t strong enough to complete the phone update and that I’d have to wait an hour and a half in the store, or I could take both phones home and finish the phone set up there. However, if I did that I’d have to come back to the store to return the old phone. I chose to go home. My husband took the old phone to be dropped off back to the store. He was told he couldn’t be helped needed to make an appointment. Even for the simple task of handing a phone in. He came back at the appointment time and was also told to wait in his car. He was called in for his appointment 23 minutes past the appointment time. He was met with a snarky, condescending employee who told him he couldn’t be helped because the phone wasn’t charged (no one told me the phone had to be charged and of course it was dead because no one had been using it) and also because he wasn’t an authorized user on the account. My husband and I have the same last name, he had the PIN for the account, AND all he was trying to do was hand a phone to someone. Not make any changes, not order anything, simply to hand a phone to someone. When he got home I attempted to call the store to complain. The phone rang through twice with no answer by the store (surprise surprise) and I was asked by the recording to make an appointment. I now have an appointment for a few DAYS from now due to lack of availability. This will be our 5th trip into the store. All just simply to get a new phone. Something that should be an easy task. I understand limiting the number of people in the store due to COVID, but they’re not taking any other measures to stop the spread as I saw no sanitizing, no wiping down of chairs, and most of the employees sat on the same side of the plexiglass as the customers they were helping. Limiting the amount of people in the store is just a nice way for them to do less work and COVID is the perfect excuse.

I went to this store May 14,2020 and had the pleasure of getting Barb as my Att consultant. She was very patient with me and gave me several new options to get a new phone. She went above and beyond with her service today and I was very pleased with just the little things she did to make my experience comfortable. She even had to go out to the car several times in the rain to ring up a credit card because only one person per car could be in the store during covid. That’s service for sure and doing everything you can to make a experience enjoyable. Thank you

Yesterday I was put in charge of getting a new SIM card for hubby’s new phone. The greeting was very welcoming. The service was super and I went home with a new SIM card. However, after 5 hours of trying to activate it, no use. So, today I returned to have them activate the phone. There was a new issue, but Jennifer Burke attacked it head on and an hour later phone was activated and I was thrilled!! She went way above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I am dedicated to her now when I need help. Highly recommend her. The overall attitude at this store was fabulous. They truly are there for the customer! Thank you so much Jennifer.

I have to say, Im extremely impressed! I have had some horrible experiences with cell phone companies, particularly the retail stores in general. I recently switched from Verizon to At&t and couldnt be more happy. The talk/data service is as good as if not better than Verizon (at least where Ive used it).I walked in about a half hour before closing on 10/14. I work in retail also and know it can be extremely frustrating when someone walks in shortly before closing but It was the only time I had before my 14 day return period expired. Expecting to be greeted at the door with a very unhappy employee, I was honestly shocked that the welcome I received. A very tall man who was the manager (I wish I could remember his name) greeted us with a smile and made us feel totally welcome. Told him what we wanted and he went back and checked to see if what we wanted was available. After returning to tell us about his findings he then told us that a representative would be with us soon and invited us to look around while we waited.Not too long after we were greeted by Nick. We explained what we wanted and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Engaging in conversation about sports while we waited for our phones to finish the activation process. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this store and its employees to anyone who needs the assistance!

But Brian at this store went above and beyond to get things straightened out, remembered me the moment I walked in after almost two weeks!! Walk into the store there are 4 workers and no one wants to look at me or really want to help. They sat there just talking to each other and on their devices. No other customers were in there seemed liked a big burden walking into the place of business and wanted to send me to another store

Can be slow. It also depends on the time of year you go. Ive never had an issue with service, though. When my Note 7 was recalled, they helped me through the process of getting an interim device and getting my new Note 7 quickly and easily. Love the staff.

Its a nice store, I just dont like how theyre always trying to coerce you into spending more money on your bill. New features are nice, but the bill is expensive enough. Long story short we switched cell providers. But in general, this is a rather large store with plenty of inventory.

Very poor customer service. On Saturday, December 2, 2017 I was acknowledged by one sales associate who said I will be with you in a minute, then another sales person took my name and number in his tablet. He then went to wait on someone else. The three remaining sales associated stood at the back of the store talking about football. This included the one that said he would be with me in a minute. As I continued to wait, finally one of them broke away from football to asked if I had a question. I told him I was waiting to replace a phone that had been washed, and they taken my name and number a while ago. He said he was unaware and the next available person would take care of me. As I watched him walk away from me into the back room and the other available associate take the next customer that walked in the door, I left.

3 yes 3 trips to this store....no help at all. Take your brand new phone that costs a few hundred bucks with one hand and plays with their THUMB for a few seconds..hands it back and says it is okay. THREE TIMES. Then we call the support on the few hundred dollar phone and a beautiful YOUNG LADY spent 25 minutes and fixed both phones for they were getting each others texts. I will NEVER go into that store again. make your stores PRETTY and REMODLE who the hell cares......TRAIN YOUR STAFF now THAT WOULD BE MORE PURDENT AND MUCH MORE HELPFUL to your customers. And...give the attitude an adjustment. My husband knows more about computers than you have in one of your pinkies...all of you combined. Get with it or go get another job.
