Drivers always in good mood. Always seem to get here in a timely manner. Will use them whenever I need a ride around youngstown area.

**DO NOT USE** I called for a ride to the airport, and a couple minutes after I got into the car the driver informed me he would only take cash and forced me to stop at an ATM while he watched my type in my PIN number. I called the company after I was safely out of his car and the manager informed me the driver had been fired so she didnt really care what happened on the trip, then hung up on me. TERRIBLE

I was extremely pleased with this service. The driverwas was there quickly with a nice clean newer model van. The driver was very friendly and accommodating and it wasnt expensive. I will definitely use fabcab again thanks

Very friendly on the phone, and timely however minimum ride cost will always be 15 bucks, they dont take any other form of payment other than cash and fail to tell you that on the phone. So I was screwed by the time I got to my destination. I had to ask a friend to pay my fair. How embarrassing. My recommendation for FabCab is to pls be more Informative on the phone to potential clients, let them know the payment methods you accept. Entrapment isnt nice. Good luck yall. Your better off taking an uber or a Lyft
