My move could not have gone any better. Luke, DJ, and Christian were just outstanding, polite, professional, and a delight to work with. The move was quick and painless. They took excellent care of my belongings and got everything to the new place safely. They helped me arrange the furniture the way I wanted it. This was the third strike and final out! This company really doesnt employ customer service representatives. They did not have appropriate tools to remove a door, sent me to the store to purchase a tool for them to use. What????? In addition, 2 of the 3 men did not really know what they were doing. They charged me a 30 minute drive so they could stop and get gas, the total distance between their office and the move was a 6 minute drive! I did phone the office, I asked to speak to management, that was 7 days ago!!! This was such a small move, they failed epically!

My wife and I just availed ourselves of Two Men and a Truck for the second time. We were happy enough with them after our first move 5 years ago to call upon them again. Well this time was even better than the first. The movers were so professional and friendly. Mostly they were helpful. Since we are in our 70s they did many things we might have been able to do if we were younger. We thank them sincerely. We do not plan to ever move again but if it happens we know where to go for help.

Was charged significantly more than the quote, told 4 people only 3 showed, charged for 4, told 3 or 4 is the same price (LOL), told weekdays were less than Friday and Saturday, so I picked Monday and was charged for Weekend rate (LOL). Owner will not call me, so I guess it is what it is. Quote is not binding, it is only a quote, 25% more for less people and a weekday seems fair to me, the did take 25 minutes more than quoted, bet that would not have happened with a 4th person. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FRANCHISE the 1 in BOARDMAN, ON KARAGO. Sincerely MIKE ELLIS by the way, I never wrote 1 of these before.

Two Men And A Truck movers were outstanding during our recent in-state move. Being in our late 60’s, moving our entire household at our age seemed like an impossible task. I decided to go with Two Men and a Truck because of their word of mouth reputation. Their crew showed up on time, was careful with sensitive and delicate items, and were generally a pleasant crew.However, upon unpacking items it became apparent that a very obvious item was no longer in my possession. After calling the company to inquire if the item was left on the truck, mistakes do happen after all, I was told that they would check but never got back to me. After waiting a week I again inquired about this situation and was bluntly told that there will be no reimbursement, no compensation but feel free to file a police report.I am sadly disappointed with how this situation turned out but hope that my experience can be a warning to others to thoroughly check your belongings before they leave.

Good moving company but price seem really high and a potential for a lot of add on cost.

We needed to move my grandmothers things from her assisted living facility during COVID today. The facility had no active cases and required a rapid test, which their nurse provided, free of charge, to anyone entering the building. This was agreed upon beforehand with the manager at Two Men and a Truck in Boardman. The employees arrived and refused the testing. They then drove off without saying anything further leaving us without any help and two days left to find movers. We were lucky enough to find someone else, same day, even though it’s Saturday, with much better pricing and attitudes. These “Men” were extremely lacking in human decency. Very unprofessional and disappointing. DO NOT USE!!!!

TM&aT performed my move a few months ago. The movers were helpful, professional, and efficient! I would absolutely use them again.

We had to change our move date several times and Kayla in the office was most helpful. On our moving date the 3 movers, Dan, Steve and Corey were wonderful. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They used an abundance of care with our possessions and set everything up to our specifications with ease. My coworkers told me their great experience with Two men and a truck.Also their online reviews tell how great they are.Price is fixed, so no surprise unlike other companies who suddenly increase price once they loaded your stuff on the truck.Excellent, quick, professional customer service by both office staff and drivers .I have to mention our wonderful experience with Kayla, customer service representative as well as the the two awesome drivers David and Brandon.

This has to be the best experience I have ever had moving my home. The moving team were incredibly professional, took great care of my items, moved quickly, but safely. They told me when they took a break and when they took lunch, asked me questions about my items and organized everything in the best way for packing and unloading. The unloading experience was just as great, I tried marking as much as I could, they were awesome about putting things away and making it easy to find things after they left. I will never use another company, these guys were awesome!

I had the team place the items moved in our garage until we could move them into our home. My husband and son found a cherry television stand in two pieces. When I called Two Men and a Truck, Kayla instructed me to send photos and then I would be contacted after review. Kayla had the woodworker review the f]photos and I was told that we pick up the piece incorrectly. This is hard to do when we did not even move the piece of furniture. Kayla stated, the team of movers are trained to move furniture properly. Just because they are trained properly doesnt mean they actually do it. Kayla create a story that I did not even relay to her! I even stated the this story was inaccurate. This was very unprofessional of her.The representative (woodworker), from Two Men and a Truck did come to my home and repair the beautiful piece of furniture that is a keepsake from my Mother. But---after the way I was treated by Kayla, I will never use this company again!

This move went from a decent professional service to nothing but lies. I moved 5 houses down the street in Boardman only ten minutes from their office. My move was made easy for them with all the furniture being in one room (and again, moving only 5 houses down). The move was made in a little more than an hour. Understandably with COVID their prices have increased. I went from paying an hourly rate, insurance package (which I accepted to take), and fuel fee I was up to an astronomical $437. I paid it no questions asked, but the charging me for more than two hours when it was significantly less than that is robbery. Not to mention additional charges were never prefaced in the beginning. I had two pieces of furniture that would not fit down the stairs and I was told I had to dissemble myself (fine, no problem). Interestingly enough, my office was moved by this very same location one year prior, and they dissembled the furniture for my office and moved everything 30 minutes from the old location.Received a followup call the next day, and was told if I dissemble the furniture myself they would make time to move me because they did it so quickly and I was right around the corner as they put it. Again, the movers I had no problem with - very professional. The people running the office I have an issue with. Kayla who answers the phone had nothing but attitude the two times I spoke with her. When I asked about getting back out there to get the furniture I dissembled liked they asked me to do, another $150 to move me... again, 5 houses down the street 10 minutes from their office. So a total of $600 to move my 7 pieces of furniture a 30 second drive away. The Boardman location is a joke.

After a death in the family, we needed someone who was in town to help my father and I move the belongings of our family member. Being 1,000 miles away and it being around the holidays, we couldnt get a flight to Ohio to move things ourselves. Cindy in the office was very helpful to get movers scheduled in a timely manner. Brandon and Nick were very great at updating me on progress and the timeline of the move. My father and I are so relieved that this went smoothly and they treated everything with care!

Filled out the item/ box list for my upcoming move, selected the place that was closest to my current house. But since I dont have any required stops in Ohio (which is only 30 min from my current residence in PA) I was instructed I had to contact pittsburgh office and resubmit all the information. They want to use the location further away and pass the fuel surcharge on... Ill find someone else. Might be better to redesign the website to have it automatically redirect to the center that is capable of doing the move.

From scheduling and an estimate with Julie in the office to Paul delivering boxes and an estimate on additional packing and moving quotes; they were friendly and efficient. On the day of my move, the men were dressed in company uniforms, on time, and courteous. They were very careful but moved quickly. Arranging our sofa move was handled very efficiently by Nikki in the office. The gentlemen arrived on time and were very courteous and friendly. They had a very steep set of stairs to maneuver with a heavy sleeper sofa. They handled these efficiently and with no complaints. We appreciated the respect in the way our sofa was moved by these gentlemen. We definitely would use 2 Men and a Truck again if the need would arise.

Two Men and A Truck moved my family and I into our first house. We could not have asked for a better moving crew. The 2 men that moved us worked so hard and were very professional. They made this process a lot less stressful for us, we would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family.

We used them 3 weeks ago when we moved. We had 3 men and they did a fantastic job. They worked non stop except for a 1/2 hour break for lunch and that’s the only break they took. Our move took about 4 1/2 hours and that included them ridding our new basement of a mess of furniture that the previous owners left for us to dispose of. They piled it all in our back yard and I lit a huge bonfire. They enjoyed it and we didn’t mind them taking the time for a few pictures. I would highly recommend them. Nothing was lost or damaged and they were very courteous.

Everything from scheduling to a visit from a company manager for an estimate to the actual move went smoothly. Our moving team ended up being 4 men (Victor, Chris, Cornelius, and Matt) who were all personable and efficient. Each member of the team introduced himself upon arrival and treated our belongings with care. Cornelius even offered some furniture arranging advice at our destination which was much appreciated. A starting price of a $9,000 to move my mother from Ohio to an independent living in Florida is ridiculous. With only two rooms of furniture to be transported, Im sure there are less expensive companies out there.

I contacted several moving companies for quotes prior to moving. Two men and a Truck were one of the few to respond and followed through on the quote. They were very thorough with questions and even came out to the house to see first hand so they could be accurate. They were not the cheapest but I believe they were the best for my move. I have used Two Men and a Truck twice from this location. Both experiences have been excellent in the quality of service. The pricing is fair and extremely competitive. (I know. I have moved households 12 times) In particular, my latest move with Cornelius and Victor was exceptional. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and treated my belongings with care. My situation was a difficult one because I moved my very elderly Mom from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment at an assisted living facility in another, distant town. The two of them acted with true compassion and concern. They interacted with my Mom well and place items where she wanted them. They also delivered items to a 2nd location at a storage facility close by and I appreciate that added service. These two guys were like angels to me and my Mom and I appreciate so much the work they did. I could not have gotten better service from anyone else. We chose Two Men and a Truck simply because they could give us a guarantee delivery date. All of the other van carriers/movers gave us a week estimate and that did not sit well with me. I first inquired about their services online. Someone from the office contacted me within a couple of days and was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. During our in home estimate, the gentleman, more than once, suggested we go with a van line moving company because it was going to take TWO trucks. While I appreciate his honesty, I didnt think that was good business. Another thing I like about 2MAAT is that their estimate was what we paid for the service. There were no surprise fees. About the workers-they were awesome! We moved a couple of days after Christmas which is a downer for everyone, but their spirits were eager and hard working. It was cold. No, it was FRIGID. But I never once heard a complain from any of them. We moved over 300 miles away which meant pick up was one day and drop off was the next day. The next day was just as cold. But again no complaints. They worked HARD, FAST and TOGETHER. There was no quarreling amongst them and no hard words towards each other. There were a few of our furniture pieces that had some slight damage to them and I think there may have been some walls scraped in the moving process. These things are minor in my eyes, but to others it may be of concern. All in all, I was/am very happy that we chose Two Men and a Truck and I would recommend their services and use them again if needed.

Sorry to be the nay sayer on here but here is my review. No, I didnt use them but being on disability and the fact they tack on fees for just about everything I cant recommend them unless you have a good paying job. My area I am moving from is high in crime (most companies wont even bother coming here) I had no choice but to use 3 men instead of 2 (and it is roughly $259) for security concerns. Plus they fee you $15 for gas (not sure if you pay per trip or if it is $15 for every town/city they go through) plus you pay for boxes and on top of all of that they charge you by the hour. I personally was looking at roughly between $500 to $800. Thankfully they couldnt move me on the day I needed. Plus $2 security deposit to hold the day you choose. I am sure they are a good company but not for those who live on SSI or have a low paying job.

800 dollars for 4 hours work!

They say you can password your account with them but the manager doesnt bother asking. If you cancel, they dont send you anything to confirm and its hell getting your deposit back from these people.
