Scheduled an appointment for myself, 2 bridesmaids, and my mom the day before my wedding. Appointment time was scheduled for the time they open. Waited 15 min. For only one person to arrive. Never again. Ended up going to Star Nails about two minutes away & they were awesome

I love that they are open on Sunday. I got my nails done for a wedding but I’ll definitely be back soon. Ashley did exactly what I asked for. Good prices too!

The owner Ashley is awesome!! She is kind and welcoming and takes pride in making her work meticulous. We call and she got us in working a few hours.She stayed late to finish out nails up and we are great full to have found this hidden jem of a shop! If you ever need your nails done and want them perfect and exactly how you would like them... this is the place. Nirvana nails has great hours. 10/10 would recommend. This shop is very low key and felt very comfortable walking though the doors.

On Friday evening I typed into Google, Nail Salons in Boardman. I found Nirvana Nails and read some of the reviews. I decided to message to see if there were any appointments available on Saturday. I received a quick reply with a suggested time. I made the appointment. The salon was easy to find, and Ashley was very welcoming when I arrived. When I found a nail polish that I liked, Ashley was very upfront about the added charge for it. I was happy I wasn’t going to face an unexpected charge later when I checked out. Kristy did my pedicure and gel fingernail polish. She was even so kind as to choose a coordinating toenail polish when I felt “stressed” by all of the choices. My nails looked great and I felt pampered when I left. I definitely plan to come again!

Pretty sure the young man who did my pedi was a first timer. He took 20 minutes to trim my toenails. Polish looks sloppy. Didnt do very good at removing dead skin from my feet. I ended up here because I had to cancel with my normal person at another location. Wont go back

Ashley is so o incredible. She made time for my daughter to get here nails done for her first prom, and she did a fantastic job!! They look amazing, thank you too Ashley, you are incredible!!!!

I had called and was thrilled that they were open on a Sunday. I went in for my scheduled appointment and it took them 40 minuets to get my nails started and the TV was not receiving signal behind her so it was blinking on and off the whole time. when they started i told her i never used gel nail polish before and she said that is what your wearing. I decided not to argue knowing i bought the nail polish and painted them myself. She did a good job on my nails. i really did love them, but she charged me 48$ for a acrylic fill !!! i Gave her a 6$ tip before i knew she was going to charge me so much. I seen the sign out front saying they were price gauging 5$ for service because of COVID, which is illegal. It said on the sign inside its 20$ for a fill and i paid 54$ I was expecting to pay 30$ at the most. NOT HAPPY!! Will not be going back. My nails were not that good.

Ashley was kind, but very deceitful. Her children, however, were beyond sweet :-). I told her I wanted gel nails. There was a $25 up charge from regular acrylic nails. Then she added another $5 at the register. The thing is, she never did gel nails on me. I am a former licensed manicurist, and when she pulled out the acrylic, I began to question her. I told her I have never heard of gel coming in the form of powder. I couldn’t fathom how that was even possible, scientifically. I did my research before ever going to the shop, so that I would know what I wanted to get, and every gel application I saw was never with powder. She told me, “remember how acrylic was cloudy?” I said, “like this stuff you’re putting on now?” She told me that I was wrong, because acrylic was more cloudy than that. I also asked for ballerina nails, and she made them so square that it reminded me of my high school days. Oh, and she charged an extra $10 for the shape she never gave me. I figured she was trying to recover from being closed during the pandemic. So even though I was completely skeptical, I paid my overly priced bill and left.Oh, and I forgot to mention, there were so many flies there, that my daughter was crying. They kept landing on our heads, our items, swarming around the nail tables, just everywhere. She said she didn’t know how they got in, and that it wasn’t like that the previous day, but I find that hard to believe.Fast forward…I decided I would not be getting my fill there. I didn’t have the patience for the flies and the tolerance for the lies. So I started with a new tech and I decided to ask her, while she was doing my nails (that I decided to completely remove), if gel came in the form of a powder. She told me that it absolutely did NOT and it CANNOT. She then, so kindly, took out her gel and showed me what it would have looked like if it was gel I got. I was furious!!! This Ashley charged me $75 for some square acrylic nails with gel polish! And they were super short and the shapes were not consistent with one another. I had been saying I was gonna go back and tell her about herself, but I’m sure she’ll just deny it. So I decided to let everyone else know to beware of her scamming you. She doesn’t have all those Mercedes Benz vehicles for nothing.I pray she stops this and starts to have integrity and treat her clients right. My new nail tech charges half her price, the work is immaculate, she’s open and honest, she educates you about your nails and she isn’t patronizing her clients, trying to get rich off them. I’ve been with her for almost a year now, and my nails are beautiful. I would share her info, but she’s booked into like August.Moral of this review: Don’t let Ashley take advantage of you. Know your stuff and challenge her on it if she is overcharging you. Stay if you like her work, just don’t get robbed.

Nirvana nails was able to fit me in on short notice which was amazing. I am not much of a talker so it was nice that I wasnt pushed to speak. My nails look lovely and it was a nice luxurious experience!

I was highly impressed. I was looking to get my nails done and every place had a wait. I called nirvana nails and she didnt have any openings until later that day so I figured I just wasnt going to get them done that day. She happened to have a cancellation and called me back which I definitely took. She was quick and well priced and I was so appeciative that she actually called me back!

The only place I will go! Ashley does a FANTASTIC job and I am never disappointed. My nails will usually last me around 3 weeks and she is always accommodating when I need my next appointment. I used to drive 2 hours home just to get my nails done, thats how much I love her.

The lady scrubbed my heels and painted my toes and charged me $45 after I watched the other lady give another lady a pedicure and she gave her foot rubs and treated her very well meanwhile the one tall skinny lady treated me and my mother very disrespectfully. I would never recommend this place

Ashley is the best nail tech I have gone to. Shes very professional. Shes fast but not sloppy at all. Shes great at free handing designs and does my nails exactly as I want them. She has been known to stay open for me especially if its a nail emergency. Shes very reliable and great at getting you in. Be patient with her as she is the only tech that works here so she has to do one person at a time. I definitely recommend her to anyone. Im constantly getting compliments on my nails when Im out. Go see Ashley!

Thought i was getting ashley then got pawned off to somone else discused one orice was chared a duffeent one nail lifted after a week she said she will fix but at 48 dollars for a fill not a happy girl here

Best nails ever. The shaping came out all even and symmetrical despite my very unever nails, and my cuticles are groomed perfectly. But most importantly Ashley is a nail art wizard. I came from Cleveland to get my nails done for my wedding because I had seen examples of her nail art and loved it, and it was well worth the drive to get incredible custom nails. Watching her work is like magic and the finished nails are exactly what I wanted. She managed to do amazing detail super fast and I got nail art on every finger in under 20min. Shop was very clean and has some really cool fish tanks. Highly reccomend if you want a simple relaxing manicure or pedicure and/or some incredible nail art.

I always come here when Im in town for my manicure and pedi. It seems one if my nails always needs repair and its taken care on at no extra charge. Place is clean and friendly. The business has grown, so call for an appointment. Take your chance just walking in.

Ashley is incredible. Theyve only been open for a year and the atmosphere and level of professionalism and kindness from the staff is so above par Im shocked they have not been in business for much longer. I am from out of town and needed a place to get pampered for my birthday. They make their own organic pedicure scrub and this was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. You must book an appointment first. Also, their polish selection is on point. Go see Ashley! Im a snob and I love them. Lol.

I paid $59 for a full set with one nail on each hand with a design which is way more than I usually pay. After four days of having the nails on they began falling off like they were nails from Walmart. I went back today to try to get a refund and she would only give me $25 back. Im disappointed because I have had my nails done numerous times and that has never happened before. My nails were beautifully done too. Sad to say I wont be going back.

OMG! Totally awesome experience! All the employees were sooooo nice and my nail tech did a fantastic job! Got a pedicure while I sat in a massage chair! Only $30 for a pedi? Cant beat it! I highly recommend this salon!
