Why on earth would you require your patients to see counselors but only keep the counselors in Warren then have to also make appointments in Boardman to see the doctor? He sees you for a few minutes then says, “goodbye.” It seems like it’s super tough to do your job. You can’t even act like you are listening to your patients? As far as the nurse- she will argue with you all day that there’s refills on scripts and make you call your pharmacy yourself and they will tell you there’s nothing there but she will insist their is but won’t even lift up the phone to call the pharmacy to confirm it. Doesn’t seem like it’s really hard work. You can’t just push people to the side, and if you think that’s okay then you don’t need to be in that profession. No one should have to jump through this many hoops just cause they want some kind of help. There’s no way this place deserves one star.

Doctor was nice but it was a hassle when I wentThere. They said I could not go there if I didn’t pay some medical bill from three years ago and the one lady In the front was very rude to me about it. Even said we can’t schedule until you pay I have since went somewhere else !

I have seen plenty of psychiatrists and therapists. It always ending me up leaving for various reasons.I am so so happy to have randomly come across Travco for mental health. I have struggled with psychiatrists not listening to me or not prescribing me meds ive taken for 10+ years. It was exhausting (im on 2 controlled & 2 non-controlled substances)Dr. Yendrek is a lifesaver and finally gave me relief and actually understood my situation. Merideth is probably the best therapist I ever had. She really digs deep into situations and feelings. Thank You, Travco! :) AND also the staff is extremely nice and always fixes issues that day!

I think travco is a great place with amazing people behind it. I know that when you have people who understand what you are going through and where you have been. They are completely down to earth and very comfortable to talk to. I am so happy I chose TRAVCO as my recovery. I know that I am going to make it.

I had a great experience at Travco after having depression. I can’t speak for every therapist since there are some negative reviews, but Angie did a terrific job helping me overcome my problems.

I would not recommend this place. You may get a friendly person to speak to once and awhile- but other than that they treat everyone the same and disregard any real issues they have.

Im never one to makes reviews especially to leave a negative response but I struggled to get rides to iop as I have no reliable transportation and made a mistake and they kicked me to the curb unless I go to a rehab facility ive managed to wean from the subs Im not actively in addiction and paid my dues but this aint what its about its the fact that I am on antidepressants, anxiety meds and other psyche meds and dangerously low and Im scared of what could happen when I run out and they refuse help me now this isnt a game this is my life and suddenly stopping these medications is very dangerous I dont know what Im gonna do now

I wouldn’t recommend Trevco the staff is awful and very unprofessional. They seem to never have any type of structure and there very unorganized. I’ve had the worst experience there and hopefully can find a true professional to help me stay clean.

I called Travco on a Thursday after getting fed up with my drinking. I knew I needed help to safely detox. I thought Travco would be best since they advertise outpatient services, and going into an inpatient center was not only not feasible for me (job, college, kids), its also unnecessary. I made an appointment with them for the following Monday. After going through the assessment, I asked what do I do about safely detoxing right now? (I had my last drink the Friday before so I was into my 3rd day and feeling awful). Benzodiazepines are the typical treatment for acute detox. I was pretty much told that I would not get anything at all (I didnt care if it was a benzodiazepine or not, I just wanted something to help prevent anxiety/seizures). Alcohol withdrawal is potentially fatal! If I had been on heroin, getting suboxone would be no problem, but I cant get 10 Benzodiazepine pills to get me through the acute stages of alcohol withdrawal? I had been prescribed them off and on in the past with great success in treating my anxiety symptoms. I also brought a 3 year history of drug test results that show zero detection of ANY illegal drugs whatsoever. The drug tests includes benzodiazepines. Ive never even taken enough to register on a drug test. Another thing that bothered me is a form I didnt sign and was told I had to. The form was to give consent to give my information to the Ohio Mental Health Board. The form stated that if I did not wish to sign it would not be held against me or effect my treatment. I didnt sign because the less the Government is in my personal business, the better. The woman at the front desk told me I had to sign it. At that point I became a bit agitated and decided this was not the place for me. I simply said I am detoxing and afraid Im going to have seizures and youre just sending me on my way, I appreciate your time but this isnt the place for me. I then went to reach for the door handle to let myself out when the woman who did my assessment jumped in front of the door and blocked me from getting out of the office! She was trying to talk to me, but I was frustrated and done. It is,after all, my choice to continue to be their patient or not. I had to reach around to open the door and finally be able to leave. I suppose this is another suboxone promoting office who can care less about everyone.
