Unfortunately, I received a package delivered from this store in which some of the contents were damaged. It was very hard to get ahold of someone from customer service at the national UPS phone number. I finally talked to someone and they directed me to call the store. When I called the store I talked to, I believe his name was Brent (Bret?). He was apologetic and was quick to make it right. It is hard to find good customer service these days, and it is always a pleasure to see a business such as this that still sees this as important. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

Older skinny gray haired gentleman is the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. While bringing in boxes today I saw him carrying the one I just gave him across the room over to a cart. I began walking that way with the 2 boxes in my arms in attempt to save him from carrying them or having to make a few extra steps. As I began walking that way he said very rudely in front of other customers and his workers just because you see me walking over there doesnt mean you need to just walk over here, I need to scan those. It almost completely took me by surprise the ignorance and lack of customer service he had! I replied Im sorry, I was trying to save you some steps. He grabs the boxes aggressively and I had to get out of there quickly before I did something i regret. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from this gentleman!

The people are beyond amazing. I had so many issues mailing something that was sensitive and they worked with me to get it done. They went above and beyond, even when they were busy.

Just had an absolutely horrible experience here. Dont know the name of the Csr that just assisted me but his last name was Bartholomew. I put an Amazon return label on wrong and he threw my box on the counter. Whipped out a knife and proceeded to cut and remove the misplaced label. Then he yelled at another employee for conversing with me. Ill be using another method of shipping from now on as that type of behavior is indecent and completely unprofessional.

Brent helped us with our mountain of paperwork this morning. The store is very busy there were customers coming in every few minutes the whole time we were there. He was very professional and able to multi-task with no problem. We got everything done in a timely manner even though he was very busy. The store was very clean and offers many services. There is also plenty of parking there. The price was very reasonable for the work we had done today.

I’ve used them on 5 different occasions & their employees have been cheerful, speedy, helpful, professional & kind. Maybe it’s just the individuals working there now—but I hope their same great high quality of service continues.

These guys work hard and are extremely nice.

Ive shipped from this location several times with ease. I usually pack it up myself bring out in give the shipping information, and does of shipment. There have been things it awkward sizes and shapes that needs to have both good insulation and proper sizing. The cost was reasonable so it is worth it if you aunt have the right material to ship it in. If you cannot be home for delivery you can have it shipped to an authorized facility like UPS Store. Bring your shipping number and id and they will retrieve and scan out you packages.I have made use of the full service notary on several occasions. Show your id, sign and the notary stamps and signs it.

I had a bad experience here in the past with a specific employee, JB. Today, I returned and he was working and my experience was 180° different. Good job.

Dishonest When I signed up for a mailbox rental the worker explicitly and totally on his own (I didnt ask) told me that mail forwarding would be free if I was out of town. Since I travel on business I thought that would be nice to have so I signed up.A few weeks later I tried to make avail of the service. However the guy that answered the phone denied it was free and accused me of lying. When I called the manager the next day told me I was given incorrect information by the man that signed me up.The whole experience was a hassle, I do not aporeciate being give incorrect or dishonest information. I felt they could have been considerate and at least given me a discount if they didnt want to make an exception. They do not take responsibility for what they say.

I deal with them regularly and have only had pleasant experiences with them.
