I could not recommend John and his crew at Mr.Sandless enough. I called hoping to have the sandless refinishing done on a home I recently purchased but my floors were too damaged for the sandless refinishing. So John and his crew came out to resand my floors and Im stunned by the result. Not only were they able to completely remake my floors but they added hardwood to my hallway where it didnt have any. I was so impressed by their workmanship and professionalism I had them come out to install vinyl flooring where I didnt have hardwood. The whole process from the quote, communication, and service could not be any better plus they are super responsible!

It looks...okay. The crew was very professional and on time. I think it is a matter of miscommunication or unrealistic expectations, but I have a sun-faded portion of the floor and my hope was that the sandless repair would make the fading less apparent. It did not. The sun-faded portion of the room still looks very different than the other portion. Ill have to a full sanding refinish I guess.

Thinking that we would have to replace a 50 year-old wooden floor we took a chance and called Mr Sandless Youngstown. The thought of having a mess throughout the rest of the house from the dust of either ripping it out or sanding it down was what sold us on this process. Jon and Christy performed a real miracle on our office oak floors. Jon was super helpful in telling us how to prepare for their arrival. They arrived when they said they would and even worked on Saturday so as not to disrupt our business. The Mr Sandless chemical process is very effective and actually has a nice orange-like smell to it.The finished product looks amazing and was 1/3 the cost of having the floors sanded and finished. My kitchen floors never looked better! The gloss makes it look like I just mopped all the time. They got right to work and were done in 6 hours. The best part..NO DUST/NO MESS! Highly recommended.

Extremely dissatisfied! They promised a service that they did not provide. My floors were suppose to be gray. They look like milk is spilt on them The finish is super shiny in some spots and very dull in others Absolutely horrible! I hate them! They looked better before. He said he was going to give me money back and never did. He was very hard to communicate with. He seemed to get mad if you didn’t like what he said. He was not open to fixing anything he just wanted to argue and place blame on others . He broke my ceiling fan and door twice ! The third time I just had him drop it off even though I already PAID him to do the door. I could not risk him breaking it AGAIN! He said to me that it should not have been this bad however he never followed though with his word. I told him I was going to leave a bad review to warn other people. He did not care. I will never recommend him or his company to anyone! They lie and do horrible work. They cause more work to be done with their careless actions and no regard for others.

Less than a week ago I was crying! Literally in tears because my dogs were sick all over the carpet (which I wasnt fond of to begin with, but it was better than the mess underneath) in the living room.
