Absolutely terrible. Left our computers in shambles after months of having them. Kept our computers for 6 months. Would not answer texts / calls. Kept pushing off the dates that they would be ready. Owner was extremely rude & not helpful. Actually ignored our phone calls to the main store after awhile. I mean, when someone’s had your computers for 6 months & nobody will answer/call you back, what are you supposed to do?? Tech guy would lie & say he changed his phone number numerous times or that “Comcast wasn’t working”. Police had to be involved in order for us to get our computers back. Then lied and said that the company was closing & that he hasn’t been paid in months due to the owners “health?” Promised a replacement computer, never happened, of course. I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYBODY!

Recent;y needed computer help immediately. Called and David Gillespie saved the day. Professional, friendly, down to earth. I highly recommend them for your computer needs.

I was up early in the morning building a new computer when I ran to some trouble. I quickly checked Google for a local repair shop and this was the first result. I contacted the number that was listed and was able to make an appointment to come into their office and under an hour. I spent some time with a gentleman who explains more than what was just wrong with my computer but how to handle certain circumstances if anything else were to go wrong. The staff was very friendly and very respectful. After a short while, the problems with my PC were fixed and because it was a simple problem they only charge me $20 for the whole deal. If I could rate higher than five stars then I would this place is great!

They were very courteous.They came immediately to repair my computer and replace my WiFi router. Dell was not successful in helping me.They were very knowledgeable and explained things to me in laymen terns. I would recommend them to my friends and call them whenever I need help.

Had a great experience with an employee of Admin Net Tech, David G., who answered my call at 6 pm, then went way out of his way to return to the office well after business hours to help me with a laptop emergency. He did a fantastic job fixing my laptop and taught me a great deal of useful computer basics. He completely exceeded all my expectations with his talent, customer service, work ethic and kindness. I highly recommend this company and specifically, David.

Down to earth people. No sugar coating. Not going to give you a bunch of stuff you dont need. Very affordable and willing to work for it. Customer service was very decent, it didnt take them long to get out and trouble shoot issues I had with a previous company.

Admin Net Tech, has been servicing Western Reserve Orthotics and Prosthetics since 2005. When we call them they can fix the problem remotely or they are at our door the same day usually within the hour if its critical. .They are extremely knowledgeable.We dont have to worry about our network, they are always available! !

OMG a breath of fresh air in the world of IT services. Have you ever had a tech come out to provide IT services to find out that they are learning? To add insult to injury they charge you! NOT SO with Admin Net Tech. David calls accesses the problem, solves for a solution and quotes a price that is in concrete. They have never charged above the price that was quoted. Better yet David solves the problem and sends an invoice via e mail!!!!!My only fear is that they are too good and they become hard to hire.
