I was in the middle of a 20 hour drive when my car had a mechanical issue with the engine. After speaking with the service manager, Brady, he got my car in on 30 minutes notice so I could make it the last 7 hours back home. Within a couple of hours, they had the issue fixed and I was back on the road. Brady went above and beyond to help me even though I was just passing through. I cannot thank him and Preston BMW enough!

I leased my last BMW at Preston but I live in Columbus so when my lease was coming due I started working with a dealership in central Ohio. I found the sales team in Columbus to be more interested in pushing me to a specific car that they had on their lot rather than finding the car that I wanted. I decided to connect with Al at Preston and he was able to find an X3 with nearly all the features I was looking for. The price he quoted me was also more competitive than a quote I received for a car with a lower MSRP in Columbus. Al and the whole team were very nice and professional and my leasing process was pleasant and efficient. Im glad I made the drive up from Columbus and I love my new car!

As an out of state buyer, I appreciated the customer service, quick response, and professionalism I received at Preston BMW. From initial contact to signing, I was able to complete my purchase in just a few days because of the prompt communication of the Sales Manager I was working with, Mike W. I was working with other BMW dealers in my area and started seeking out of state when I felt like I was not getting the customer service I deserved nor could not get what I felt was a good deal. Preston BMW also arranged the logistics to get me from the airport to the dealer. Once I arrived at the dealer, I had signed my paperwork and was on my way in about one hour – the last time I purchased a vehicle, the sales manager was working multiple deals at the same time and it took hours. I feel like this is how every BMW dealership should be ran.I would certainly recommend Preston to anyone looking to purchase a BMW in the Ohio/Pennsylvania area or further.

Mike went out of his way to send walk around videos of two different options and at 2pm we made the three hour drive. Al Schwartz helped me from the beginning to the end of the process and he was extremely professional! I drove over 1.5 hours to do business with Preston BMW. The value for my vehicle was tremendous, even verbally expressing how appreciative they were for my trade in (A Jeep) and my business. Late on a Saturday afternoon, I found a BMW M6 that was intriguing enough to reach out to Preston BMW. I reached Al in sales. Because it was closing time, Al offered to send me the information that I requested on Monday. Before 9:00am on Monday, Al had indeed sent the documents. After we agreed on a price, I sent Al the financing offer that I’d obtained. The finance manager was able to find a lender with better terms within a few hours. The process was the smoothest I’ve ever had in buying a car. When the car was picked up, it was in better condition than expected. All in all, I’ve been extremely impressed by Al at Preston BMW. Even buying a used car, they treated me like I was their most important customer. Al from sales was willing to re-arrange his schedule, and even stay late to make sure I was able to drive the car. Terrible experience. They sold a car out from under me after committing to holding it until I could get into the dealership (I live 4hrs away)I was looking at a used car they had and had a lot of back & forth to iron out a deal. I finally committed to pulling the trigger with them and had setup an appointment to pick up the car. Since I was coming from out of state (4hrs away) Mike the sales manager had said they would hold the car for me.After renting a 1-way rental the day before I was scheduled to pick the car up, I received an email that they had sold the car out from under me. No call or effort on their part to live up to there word of holding the vehicle.Absolutely terrible experience. Not only did I lose a car that I was really excited about, I lost over $150 in getting a rental lined up. At no point did they even call to let me know. I couldve not only wasted money on the rental car, but wasted 8hrs driving out there with no heads up other than an email.Super disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealer at all because they dont live up to their word.

Recently had a visit to Preston BMW in Boardman for a service on my ‘13 BMW. After a vehicle check, an issue with my CV axle boot was discovered. I was provided with an up front cost to fix, I scheduled it, dropped it off, was given a brand new loaner car to get back and forth to work, then called with a perfectly repaired vehicle! Excellent service and car purchasing experience. We fell in love with one of their BMW X3 models, and decided to trade in our Land Rover. They worked closely with us to make sure our needs and expecations during the trade-in and then purchasing of their BMW X3 was to our satisfaction. They accomodated us on my schedule, as I had to leave to attend a few meetings myself during the process, and made sure everything was done as efficiently as possible. After purchasing, they even set up my phone for me, preffered lighting adjustments, and other customized dashboard features so there was literally nothing left for me to do or figure out. Tried to purchase a 5series from this dealership. 1st I was profiled then the dealer drove the car for me.Last time I went the a BMW dealer, if I liked the car they gave me the key to go home with the car.I understand as people of color we are all judged by ones action but that was very rude and disrespectful.I have made sure to notify BMW. In fact, we didnt even have our trade with us but were able to work out a tentative deal that was honored the next day when we returned to finalize the deal.. Follow-up (1/21): Amazing customer service!I had a issue with the rain sensor on my 2017 X5 that I purchased from Preston last year. Since I live in the Pittsburgh area I went to my local BMW dealership to have the part replaced as part of the CPO warranty. That dealership tells me that it is not covered (after already verifying it is covered with BMW of NA) since the windshield is not OEM glass. Despite discussions and numerous phone calls they refused to budge.I sent a message to Kyle Whelan and within a couple of hours he had contacted their BMW rep and agreed that this is a covered part under the CPO warranty. I call back my local dealership with this information and again they refuse. Kyle follows up with me and offers to come the 1.5 hours out to my workplace to have the item fixed and give a loaner. They have already ordered the part so that more time is not wasted.This experience with Kyle and Preston was above and beyond what I have would expected. Within 2 hours they addressed, solved, and had a solution for me. I will gladly drive the 1.5 hours for our next BMW purchase or service. What an exceptional display of customer service!(3/20): Al Schwartz was exceptional for my out of state X5 purchase. He responded to texts and emails quickly. I had the option of choosing a number of different dealerships in PA, OH, NY and VA but Al helped make Preston BMW the clear choice. I highly recommend him. Clear communication, great prices, honest!

Mike Westcott at Preston BMW was extremely helpful in quickly locating and obtaining a new BMW for my spouse, whose previous vehicle was demolished in an accident. Agreeable pricing and lease deal were done very easily through e-mail and phone, with no hassles or needless back-and-forth. Mike also made special delivery and paperwork arrangements for my spouse, who was still recovering from accident injuries at the time of delivery. The ppl were cool when I got the car, but 3 weeks off the lot I had a $1,200 dollar fix bc they sold me a car with a messed up circuit board. Also, I brought it back to the location I purchased it from a few weeks prior and they tell me I need new brakes, as well. I should mention I went alone as a female who knows little about cars, and this would be the reason I had such an unfair experience in my opinion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Great dealer. I had purchased my BMW pre owned out of state-but being local to our area, I have my BMW serviced at Preston . Jason, the service writer is extremely knowledgeable and great to speak with. Straight forward and knows BMW extremely well. Ive had a few Porsches and many Audi vehicles and am very familiar with all the German brands. (Recently got into the BMW for my daily). Jason not only knows BMW, but also knows the other German brands well too- after speaking in detail with him. Furthermore, my family members purchased a brand new X1 from the Preston team-Al from sales was terrific and did an exceptionally wonderful job compared to the deal offered by another BMW dealer, somewhat close--in our market. Buyer beware. Dishonest, scare tactics, lack of knowledge from sales, only interested in making a quick sale.My husband and I purchased a used Toyota Highlander. We test drove and asked many questions all to which sales (Joe Beike) had a quick response in favor of the car. Sales reiterated several times the vehicle had been inspected by their certified technicians and everything was properly functioning.After reading reviews we were set on a highlander and the dealership was conveniently located close to my husbands place of employment. After purchase, watching videos on YouTube and reading the owners manual we learned how to properly work all the features in our limited edition, 3 days after purchase, only to find out that some features were not working. For example, the back liftgate arm had been disconnected and hidden inside the side panel. We contacted the general manager, who never responded. Our salesperson contacted us, reminded us we purchased as is and that their technicians had inspected the vehicle and missed this very common feature which causes concern. Overall, very unhappy with the dealership and lack of customer service. Hoping that since it is a Toyota, despite the dealership, it will be a safe, reliable car for our family of 6.Update 5/6/20The salesman contacted us to apologize for the lie he told and stated he doesnt sale or know Toyota. The manager contacted us after I requested an estimate from Toyota of Boardman. The manager asked what the estimate was and after explaining to him what I was told he said they would fix it if it was a lose screw. I did not realize Toyota of Boardman, Preston BMW and Preston Volkswagen were connected. Toyota of Boardman and Preston BMW have been helpful in trying to get the Volkswagen dealership to respond. Overall, still very dissatisfied in the lack of customer service.

Best people out there...- I purchased CPO X3 over there last week, it was great and best car purchase experience i ever did in past 15 years ..Mike was great and his manager was awesome people they were very clear and did not try to up sell the car but instead told the facts and that made easy for decision. I have dealt with a lot of different dealerships in my 62 years but I will never come back to Preston BMW. As far as taking care of my vehicle that was done well and proper but the site as a whole is the least friendly dealership Ive ever been to. I mean my husband takes his F-150 to one of 100 dealers in the area and they at least greet him with a friendly smile and a good morning as he walks through the door. I would think after spending twice the amount on my BMW than his truck that a friendly good morning would be a given. Instead I was greeted by an angry looking individual who barely spoke, the first words being do you have scheduled service here. Like I drove in a Toyota through the gate. I understand its Saturday and I am the first customer of the day but if you dont want to be there then dont show up for work.When I take our Infiniti to Beachwood the service is incredible. They even go as far as opening the car door for us to get out and showing us into the office by opening the door. Whatever service manager was on duty literally sat and watched us like we were aliens. On top of that I dont fully understand your process of servicing vehicles that take longer than an hour. When we take our car to Infiniti they call us before hand letting us know this service may take over 3 hours. They then ask us which vehicle in the fleet we would want as a loaner and allow us to even return the loaner the next business day. At Preston we arent allowed a loaner so our options are drive two cars or sit and wait for 4 hours in an uncomfortable lobby, and they mention taking some non-existing shuttle to the mall. The shuttle doesnt even run on the weekends. If you are going to do service over the weekend provide the same level of quality that would be received during the week its simple common sense. I practically paid cash for my 5-series and I cant bother to get a hello or even a loaner. If anything loaning a newer vehicle is great marketing, at least other dealers understand that aspect of sales. I am glad this service trip will be the end of the vehicle maintenance package here because I will not be back. And Ill take my money and vehicle elsewhere. I should have known from when I first purchased the vehicle the customer service would be lacking because even the manners of your sales team is poor. Unfortunately, you had the only loaded 5-series in Imperial Blue, with tan interior within 200 miles. Thank you for the service on my vehicle it was done properly but your customer service is complete trash.

The service at Preston BMW is excellent, Joseph Beike is an outstanding salesman. He is knowledgeable and caring with his customers. I would invite anyone who is looking for a New or Used BMW to make sure to ask for Joe, you will be taken care of. I would recommend him to take care of any of my family and friends.
