My haircut was fair. A good haircut shows the next day. When it looks good the next day you know you got a good cut. Mine didnt look so great.

Great. They were busy, but we didnt have to wait long. These ladies work fast and do a great job! It appeared to me that everyone left the store very happy.

Got a haircut yesterday, it came out just how I wanted! The lady had great attention to detail and had a real passion for her work. I was chopping off quite a lot of hair and was worried about it coming out nice. It came out perfect, love my new hairstyle!

I get my hair cut regularly from Famous Hair in Boardman. I could go to a lot of different barber shops, but the reason I go to this one is the enjoyable people who work there. They have fun with their jobs, and their clients. My hair cuts are always excellent and Ally remembers exactly how I like my fade done.

Husband got in and out really quick for his hair cut. Nothing fancy but if you want a quick basic cut this is a great option.

My buzz cut cost $16 minus 1 star. Girl who cut was nice, but talked the whole time. Takes a lot to go inside and I don’t want to talk. -1 star.

Love my stylist Antoinette. She is very good atwhat she does. The salon is always so clean and sanitary. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking. Very little wait time. I would recommend Supercuts and I will definitely go back. My hair always looks great when I leave the shop. 💇

Horrible, I got butchered stylist didnt listen to what I was really wanting, in a bad mood because of short staff.left color on to long.i get upset every time I look in the mirror. Over 100$ ofunprofessional work!

My friend came here to get a balayage. She wanted a rooted, icy blonde balayage (with the understanding that it’d take a few visits in order to get the light blonde coloring she desired, especially having previous color to her hair). However, her stylist, Kim, was very lazy with her work. She didn’t blend what do ever. My friends hair was bl-orange and brassy as can be. Her hair looked like a bar graph to say the least. So I called the store and complained. They offered to allow her to come in and “fix the issue”. All they did was “blend” the top layer of hair part to try and “cover up” the parts that were not blended. Her hair is still very brassy and looks as if it were never toned. A very lazy and poor job was done on her. Seems this store in particular (as well as all corporate salons) are just in it for the money and don’t truly care for their customers/clients. They charged my friend nearly $200 for something she could’ve done herself, at home. Extremely disappointed and would give 0 stars if possible. I wish I could post the pictures to show how horrible her hair looks and what a horrible job was done on her.

I love getting my haircut here! They are super friendly and personable. The girls spark conversation and make me feel very welcome. They always double check with me before they make a cut so they get it the way I like it. Highly recommend. :)

Had a LONG wait, even though I made an appointment with a stylist. Wasnt too happy about that. Nicole S. at the Boardman location does a fantastic job of cutting my hair though. She is also very sweet and pleasant. Fair prices. Strict adherence to mask usage for both employees AND customers. Good at disinfectant procedures and upkeep as well.

The fancy places that I’ve gone to before (at four times the cost) could not give me a better cut than I get with Antoinette at Supercuts! She’s amazing!

My 14 year old daughter went in for a haircut basically a trim, I waited for her in the car to respect the number of clients allowed in the salon. Not only did they raise the price which I am fine with since this whole pandemic but when she tipped the stylist she told my daughter she had to add .65 cents to her tip because things have changed.... please explain this to me!!! She was already getting more then a 20% tip. Very disappointed!!!

The lovely lady was able to get my sons haircut. He is 3 and we have never been able to successfully cut his hair. She had the patience of a saint!

I do NOT recommend. I went hair for a color correction. My hair was a few shades too dark and I made a rash decision to go to this salon and get some highlights! The lady put a soap cap in then tryed to highlight around my face...she burned my hair off when she took out the foils she pulled out chunks of my hair in the sink....I went home with a wet head and couldnt even get my hair dry because it was like hay !!! I went to a higher end salon to get a treatment done they told me I had extreme breakage I had pieces around my face where she highlighted only an inch long when I told the manager she said it was because my hair was previously damaged....my hair was in good health before going here in fact I had hair that had only been previously colored once come out this was by far the worst hair salon Ive ever experienced

Nicole was fantastic. She explained the different products and what would work for me. I was so impressed that even though I just went in there to get product I let her cut and style my hair!

My hear stilest was Gerry nice and I love the whay my hear lookes.

Everyone is just so personable and takes time to make you feel included!!! Awesome all around!!!

Went in for a hair trim and the lady I believe her name was Christy took off so much of my hair. Very disappointed I do not recommend going here.

So I took my sister for a haircut. She has very thick, curly, colored (to cover grey) hair which can be difficult to manage. Amber cut and styled her hair. Since we couldnt find a picture to show, I asked her to thin it and layer it short, out of her eyes. Voila!!! We got exactly what we asked for. Additionally, Amber was sweet and very patient. We are thrilled to begin our day this way! The wait was short...about 20 mins and they were packed! All together, the experience was very enjoyable and we will go there again next haircut.

You’ll never get better haircuts and professional service than you’d get from Antoinette and Nicole! They’re the best!!!!!!!

Okay so first of all the lady walked in with transition lenses, so i guess it’s my fault for letting her come close to my head with scissors. ANYWAY, i asked for a trim. that’s it. she told me that my hair was way too unhealthy and proceeded to cut at least 5-6 inches of hair WITHOUT even asking beforehand. then she put layers in my hair, again without my consent. i could still cry about it because i didn’t want this at all. my layers are chunky and uneven and it looks horrible. i still paid and tipped but i really wish i hadn’t. on top of all the chopping away she did on my head, she was very very rude to me and my friend who came with me. she called my friends hair “fried” and even had the whole salon laughing at her for wanting to get dry shampoo at the store after we were finished. i never felt so embarrassed. please spare yourself from this place. someone needs to take away her license.

Honestly i always knew that the employees here did not know how to do their jobs but i still continued to come back because i felt very comfortable there. However the last time i went i had the worst haircut of my life. My hair is pretty long, around my nipple line and i asked for 3 inches off by the time i could notice how short my hair had gotten it was too late and when i left my hair was ABOVE MY SHOULDERS. i’m no hair dresser but it looks as if she took of 6 inches. i look and feel awful about myself and i’m going on vacation in a month!!! Not to mention my hair was also cut unevenly.

I go here and get my hair cut by Christy and shes awesome. Service varies wildly depending on who you get. Ive learned who to request, so its awesome for me.

I have a problem walking and this place was easily accessible ..a girl held the door for me ..moved one of the big chairs and gave me a great hair cut..very sweet and accommodating..thanks Colleen! P S..the price wasnt bad either ($13 dollars)

I’ve always loved going here however I’m super disappointed that we waited well over the estimated time of 15 minuets and I’m looking around watching some chatting away. I finally asked if they forgot my son and she said well Im done by 6pm. I really thought we would get turned away and I about walked out. She’s got an attitude the whole time. The lady asked me if that’s how my son liked his hair. I nod yes and then she asked again just to get me to speak it..I can barely talk cause I’ve lost my voice so I’m not sure who wouldn’t know the universal nod yes. I’ll think twice before returning which I’m so upset about since I’ve always liked going here. She can give an attitude and looks but I’m not the one who mislead a customer.

I went to get highlights and a cut a month ago.The girl who did my hair was new there and did a poor job on my highlights.I didnt realize at first untill later that day.She stood behind me the whole time she did my color even the front of my hair.So the front where my bangs are,the highlights are very uneven,and not close to the roots at all.I am very disappointed in it and that was over $90.00 down the drain.
