UPS can never deliver my packages. I always get an “attempted delivery” but never no knock.I have to pick up my packages every time and the older black lady is a complete b****. Rude and tries keeping my packages from me if I give her an attitude back. Completely ridiculous.

Sender send package as signature required - ups states package was delivered, but it was not.New info: 5/3...UPS did it to me again....said package was delivered, but it was not...even though it requires my signature. And unfortunately I have another package scheduled for tomorrow -- and it will probably be marked as delivered, but not delivered -- even though my signature is required on that one as well. Ive already spoken to one vendor I bought from -- he said hed reship, but I told him no if the only shipping option is UPS. I just cant believe this...and Ive heard nothing on my first claim. Attempts to call or navigate the ups website are a run-around. This has cost me too much time and agravation.

These people are so rude and ghetto, it is unbelievable! If I recorded a conversation with them, UPS would clean house. Good customer service is NOT selective. They leave packages OUTSIDE knowing Blytheville is dope and crime INFESTED and they hang the phone up like its nothing, then lie saying she couldnt hear me. Fonda, BE MORE PROFESSIONAL!

New policy “since the Texas bomber” at the UPS store: bring your item inside, open it with a razor blade, remove ALL of your carefully packaged contents/bubble wrap/packing peanuts/paper/extra label, show your legal Photo ID, verify that you are the same person dropping off the package as the name on the label, have your name and other personal identification information entered into an unspecified database, re-wrap all of your contents, carefully re-package all of your contents, re-tape your box, then leave before the store closes during its highly limited opening hours.Ill never go back there again unless I absolutely have to. (Call for pickup instead.)

Small little office. Wasnt sure we were in the right place at first. Service was good tho. The price to send a box now days is crazy expensive in my opinion.

I have no idea how this office has not been shut down. My package was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and every time I call there’s something wrong with their system or any other generic excuse you could think of. For some reason they marked it as a pick up instead of delivery when I clearly put my delivery address on the order. They’re an absolute nightmare to work with. The Blytheville “office” needs to be shut down or completely hire new management and staff.

Besides receiving an email with a QR Barcode thing. Then told to go to a UPS Store. UPS Store is a 2hr trip. Found Customer Service Center 5min away. They tell me they were Not a UPS Store and couldnt take package.Called Amazon told them that there return QR barcode thing sucks.Why dont they just use United States Postal Services since every city has one.But they finally had UPS deliver a label to my house and UPS Cervice Service Center took it.So complicated for something that should have been simple...Yes Amazon gets some of the blame.Also I know my little return is nothing compared to the 14 million salary of UPS CEO and the 2 million salary of Amazon CEO (???).

I was told that my boss is package would be ready for me to pick up at 8:30 in the morning I was unable to receive them until 10:30 so I sat there for two hours the place seemed a little unorganized
