A great post office. The staff is wonderful and very very helpful.

I stay right on kentucky right beside the post office and i still end up with the wrong mail. Which is ridiculous when im literally 15ft from the building and they still cant get my mail right .i shouldnt have nobody mail that live on the next street.

Have repeatedly gotten other people’s mail. Also on several occasions my carrier has decided that the phone parts I ordered are worth much care. Have found packages far to large stuffed in mailbox, and most recently they decided to deliver an empty package that was never sealed. Incompetence at its best!

They delivered my package to somebody elses address. To make matters worse they keep ignoring me. Ive been promised to be contacted 3 times but nobody ever does. This place is horrible and they refuse to make good on their promises.I think I made it up to 6 different promises to contact me back, even after filing a complaint at the 1800 number. It wasnt until I contacted the little Rock post office did this one contact me at all. Now Im waiting on another promise to call me back. One time can be understood. Accidents happen. This is beyond reasonable and pure neglect to do their jobs. They have even admitted to giving the mail to the wrong person they just wont deal with it.

This post office is run by the old heads of Blytheville. Whoever heard of GIVING a postal worker a letter to deliver without it having to be postmarked? They will reroute your mail or just blatantly give it to your neighbors if you fall out with important people of Blytheville! They do very SINISTER things to people. I remember not getting my mail when I was there because Mr. Diamond or Mr. John Logan were having my mail rerouted to prevent me from prevailing against their wicked and illegal business practices. The mail workers will do WHATEVER they are told because Blytheville corruption does NOT adhere to FEDERAL LAW. If you have a problem, contact the Postal Office of Inspector General and end the fight with this MESSY MAYBERRY town for your mail.

Its a nice Post Office

Horrible, they’ve been delivering my mail and packages to other people’s houses. When i notified them that i had not recieved my package, they insisted that the package which was delivered to the wrong home was not mine. The girl ended up bringing the package to my house and my name and address was indeed on it.

Automated phone system is terrible and way to time consuming. Can’t talk to a real person at the actual post office, pathetic really.
