Theyre a great local business! Answered all of our questions over the phone and got us in and back out in 32 minutes from phone call to on the road!!!! Tried their very best to get our insurance to cover it but theyre so fast we just paid out of pocket cause of time and it was only $50!!! Definitely will use them again and highly recommend!

One of the women up front was very nice but she and the other 2 women there talked about topics that should have waited until no customers were present. Then the 2 chips in my windshield (one very small and the other a medium size) were supposed to be repaired. I can tell something was done to the bigger one but not the smaller one. Yet they were both still very noticeable. I state this to the guy that repaired it which his response was sometimes chips can be repaired where its not noticeable and other times they cant. We dont know until we do it. I feel like that is information that should have been conveyed prior to the service. Ive heard of this for bigger chips but not for one so small. Anyway I wont be back!

Great place! A semi kicked up a rock and chip our windshield while driving through. They are about a mile off the interstate. Stopped by and they had the chip fixed in less than 20 minutes.

They did a great job on repairing the chip in our windshield better than i have seen in a long time and the price was the cheapest i have seen in a long time

Experience of one of my family members - So this big piece of metal busted my glass on I40. A week before I was going to Blytheville I made an appointment with ACE GLASS, trying to give my hometown some business, only to be told by the owner that Im more trouble than Im worth because the secretary there was so angry at life that I told her Im sorry that you hate your life so much it makes you angry for no reason, I really was sorry. So now Memphis will have more glass business than it previously did. I was REALLY angry when I was told that I was meaningless to them but I held my composure and laughed and walked out. If anyone knows the people their PLEASE let them know I told you how they treated me. When I told them Id let people know how I was treated I was immediately told, Please, tell everyone you know as if I was so minuscule to the world that it wouldnt matter at all.
