Worst UPS store in the country. Hardly ever open, won’t answer phone. Driver didn’t even know what street he was on. Service to Quartzsite AZ is very poor. They lie in system saying customer request hold at their office. They have lost 7 packages and three have never been found. They know our post office doesn’t deliver but drop off there even if they drive by our house every day. Ugh

This was not a ups store. They didnt have the qr code reader for amazon. Good staff and helpful. They are only open from 9 to 10 am and 4 to 5 for customer service

Worst service I have ever received in my 75 years. Will not recommend this UPS to anyone. They are absolutely no help when O help when finding package. Web site does not help either.....

I was told I would be contacted within the hour. No one has contacted me about my package. Its been 7hrs. This is absolutely ridiculous. Blythe is small what is the reason for you guys not being able to contact someone and let them know when and where they can pick up their package.

I dont know who your delivery guy is for Quartzsite AZ, he needs to be fired. When he drops off a package like today. He leaves it at the back door. He does not get a signature from any of my workers. Does not ring the door bell, that I put up for delivery people to use. He will not bring package inside. Its not just once. Its every time that one person deliveries to this business.

An absolute useless company in the armpit of the world. On their website it says they attempted delivery. Why do you have to lie? I was home all day and you attempted to deliver nothing. This location should be closed like everything else in Blythe, i.e. Kmart, movie theater, etc. etc. A Google review of 2.8 says it all.

Paid extra to get my package fast two weeks later I get a email saying it was delivered to my house.when I got home and looked it wasnt here ,so I thought someone might have stole it so I watch my video surveillance cameras and the UPS truck never even went down my road all day I called him up and they said the driver said that theres no number like that on this road my number is right on the fence driver just didnt want to deliver out here because I live way out in a rural area and now I got to wait till Monday 3 more days before I get my package I think UPS sucksNot satisfied at all

Great customer service drivers always go above and beyond. I would like to see one change . For there to be a larger drop off box at the local office (customer center) or drop off shout attached to the building so that the packages land up inside the building.

Very hard to get a return package picked up, had to physically take it to ups location. Left packages on door step and went back a week later and said they didn’t know anything about them. It’s always a hassle and difficulty dealing with Blythe ca UPS.

The most pathetic display of customer service Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.There is no way a company as large as UPS would ever in their right mind want their image to reflect the operations of this facility.

We had to go to Blythe to pick up package ordered. The co / not UPS, forgot to resend pkg to different address. The guys were awesome, the moment truck rt to office they unloaded our pkg n delivered to our truck. Thank you UPS. These boys work hard n fast.

Some drivers are VERY VERY lazy. 90% do the deliveries that the lazy ones DONT OR WONT.Im a housebound Disabled American Veteran and I rely on delivering to my HOME not the RV Park office with NOBODY inside.Desert Gardens # 141 TODAY 3-27 -20 Friday.This driver needs termination.Im formally filing a complaint Thru the ADA.You folks in Blythe UPS customer service need to have the driver come back today and deliver my PACKAGES TODAY and then terminate that lazy SOB. Really helpful... staff was able to direct me to my package because the driver was close by I love UPS and have always recommend this company for shipping over all better then FedEx and the staff is much more helpful

As I stood outside the customer service door, waiting for them to open up, another customer walked up, evidently a local woman, and she told me that unless you knock hard on the door no one would come, they never unlock the door, and she was right. After several hard knocks, what appeared to be a UPS driver came to the door but did not want to allow us to enter. Blocking our way as he interrogated us as to why we were there. After he realized that we weren’t going away, he reluctantly allowed us to enter but he really had no interest in resolving the issues. He half-heartedly went through the motions but I knew he had no interest in my problem.

I requested a driver wear a mask when coming to my home if he needed to speak with me. I have a son with down syndrome who has immune issues. Now they have 5 packages and are refusing to deliver them. They are actually items for my sons school and i have no way to get them.. So they are holding School supplys hostage and refuse to answer calls from corporate!

UPS failed to deliver my package within the parameters of delivery instructions given -twice- so we instead opted to pick up our package from the local customer service center, here in Blythe, CA. They have had my package, containing medical supplies, for days and nobody ever opens the door despite their Google listing still claiming an open hour between 9-10am and Im now being told that this location is being affected by a shutdown. Funny, since that location had lots of vehicles in the parking lots and you could see people inside.We also just received a package through FedEx. I will ALWAYS opt for FedEx from here on out! The FedEx driver had the same issue with making it to deliver our package between the required hours and they went out of their way to make sure we got our package.Meanwhile, its 4:30 and Im still waiting on a call that was supposed to come at 4 from someone at UPS about finding a resolution so I can get my package- which contains medical supplies that I need.The FedEx rep and driver went out of their way to make sure the job was completed. UPS couldnt even have someone open a door in a facility I was already parked in front of.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible service , can’t seem to figure out how to deliver to my address

Most drivers, like Dean and Alfonso, are super nice and go way out of their way to get my boxes into a safe place on my porch and pick up the boxes I have going out. Today I had some jerk named Jarrod who gave me a bunch of flack about my outgoing boxes. Most of the guys are very thankful that I use UPS when I could use Fed Ex instead. Not this pea-brain.

Awesome service! I ordered some stuff online to my river house and it needed a signature so it got sent back because I wasnt there. So Friday before a holiday on my way to the river I called UPS and they told me I could hold my package at Blythe but when I showed up it was closed. Luckily there were 3 gentleman still there that were able to help and they even loaded my truck! Definitely made my weekend UPS!

Rides around on the truck all day. By 3:30 PM delivery time gets changed to 7:00 PM. No delivery. Rescheduled for 6-15-21 before 7:00 PM. How often do you check the drop box outside? My packages havent moved from there for 2 days!!!

They are always mis sorting packages and sending them to God knows where. I dont think any of them can read. Why does the home office put up with this?

Only open one hour a day. Drop box too small for return packages from Amazon - the biggest shipper around. And delivering packages should not mean leaning them up a flight of stairs. Dangerous for the homeowner who has to lean down the steps to bring the package inside.

Dean is an incredible delivery man and he actually cares about the customers experience and knows the time companies open. I had a delivery man leave a note on our store door bc we werent here our store doesnt open until 10 its common sense to come at that time or even five minutes after ten so customers actually receive their packages on time. UPS needs more drivers like Dean.

Opened late after 9AM. Just a big Warehouse with truck drivers loading trucks, and are not very helpful.they did print my shipping labels however.

Only open 1 hour, cant even open on time waited in the cold for 10 minutes to pick up a package that was suppose to be delivered. Paid extra 2 day shipping still get it 3 days later.4 out of 4 packages not a single one delivered correctly. Last package is delivered but cant find it. Thanks for nothing UPS.

This is not a customer service location,,the tractor trailers unload here and packages are loaded to go to local deliveries.. service desk is closed at this time , 01/2019

Hours of operation suck . Even when staff are supposed to be there, they still show up late and theyre only open for an hour a day! The guys who work in the back are rude, and overall, I hate using this service.

Had problems receiving packages still dont have. Called home office Atlanta Georgia was given run around. They said they dont deliver to post office gave them street address still nothing.

The store hours are 9 to 10 am, the door is always locked. Have tried three times now. With store hours of only one hour per day five days a week. You would they would open that hour! I will be filing a complaint through the company‘s office.

Packages keep getting STOLEN! Dont use these UPS here, they dont even knock on your door!
