I have been to this salon 3 times. Every time the owner, I believe her name is Susan, is very, very rude and disrespectful. No kindness shown to her customers. The last two times I went in I was greeted with “What do you need?” Both times I responded with “A pedicure please!” The owner doesn’t even look at me and just says “No time.” So incredibly rude, and not clean either. By the way, the door says “Walk-Ins Welcome”. This place is a joke and I will never go back again.

The lady did an awesome job. My nails were beautiful! I will definitely go back again.

For starters I would like to clearly state that my mother and I made an appointment here for 8 in the morning. The lady Vivian was late to the appointment and then when we got in there her mood was just foul, my mother was in the chair first and while she was getting her nails done Vivian was aggressive with her hands like she had an attitude. After my mother proceeded to ask her if she had and attitude she told my mother that she would not be doing my nails since she had a problem with the way Vivian was treating her. This place has horrible customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone, I will never go here again.

The price was expensive and it took 5 min to do my toes and they fell of in about 5 days

First time visit for my wife. Early Christmas present for her. I asked if she wanted to go back the next time and she said definitely.Nice people.

Went in without an appointment and kind of figured with this being the day before Thanksgiving I would have a long wait. I think I had a 2-minute wait long enough to pick up my nail color!

The girls do a amanzin job i love going there .i get so relaxed when i go there for my pedi.they do such a great job always .i always go there.no where else ever ❤❤

I asked for a pink and with acrylic full set she said no I don’t have time choose something else so I went with basic pink there’s bumps and dents all over in my nails because she rushed so fast and the desk was not cleaned between the use of the customers at all then when I tried to pay by Apple Pay using my phone she said no need card and got very grouchy and told me I needed to get out of the way for her next customer I will NEVER come here again!!!

My friend and I got our nails done 1 day ago and I have HUGE and noticeable bubbles on my nails. we both got acrylics. My friend has acrylic drip on her nail that they did not file off. They are nice, but not the best at nails.

Seriously?! Good reviews ? This place is a joke ! I’m from Fort Wayne and they treat their customers better than that. I live in bluffton now running behind on family because I told them I’m going to this nail place where I live now to take my nails off bc it’s bad! So I walk in and they ask how can they help me and I said I just need my nails taken off bc it will take forever to take mine off myself!! And their reply. “We don’t have time for that “ I’m a paying customer !!! And you’re going to tell me “a paying customer” you don’t have time for that? But no thank you so much for my FIRST time visit being bad bc now I can put this review and go pay else where to get them taken off..!!!!! Muah!!!

The lady was super rude. She got her hair in my nails , there are bubbles , and she did a poor paint job.

Owner is rude to customers and her employees. My daughter and I had a appointment and they took her as I had to wait 30 mins + and still didnt get in . I finally gave up and left.

Not good at all!!! Been here 3 times and saw 2 different people (the owner and her husband) and everytime was terrible.. my nails were uneven and crooked because they rush and they had terrible attitudes with me when i pointed out the flaws!! I made a appointment each time and waited at least 20 minutes past my appointment time!! Dont go to them.. they are expensive and not worth it

Made an appointment days ahead and when I came they were extremely busy.... I got a gal (the owner) who hurridly trimmed.... No cut my nails uneven and ragged... I tried to explain to her how horrible they looked and she acted like she didnt understand.... Bull! I ask for the nail file and proceeded back to the waiting area to fix my nails of which Im no professional at.... before they were going to be painted by someone else. I will never come back. Another gal tried to fix them and I ended up with super short nails with rough edges and paint all over several toes. She used nail polish remover several times to try and take it off my toes and I still walked out looking a mess. I got home and tried cleaning things up myself. My daughter in law and I went there to get our nails done for our trip this weekend. Very dissapointed!!! 🙁

This place has tereible customer service. the lady actually told me to shut up amd physically pushed me out of her store after trying to lock me n her store. i will never return consider she did this infront of my son. shes losing business left akd right bevause shes rude and doesnt know how to treat customers. and she over charges. she will b shut down sooner or later

They were very busy when I came in. Every chair for Pedi was full . The owner quickly finished up on someone and had me get in the available chair . She rushed through my pedi so fast . All the women in the other chairs that were there before me were still sitting in the chairs when I left. I come for the relaxation part of getting a pedi. Let alone a nice French pedi . Not only did she rush me through, the French pedi I got is the worst one I have had there . They are not even! The curves are all over the place. And I find it rude to hover over me when you give me my receipt and stare me down till I write down if you got a tip or not. From now on I will ask that one of the girls working there do mine instead of the owner !

Real Nails nail salon in Bluffton discriminated against my grandmother yesterday. I am totally disgusted at what happened today with my grandmother at the nail salonMy grandmother is 92 years old she has cancer she has skin cancer and breast cancer. My mother my grandmother and myself have been going to this nail salon here in town where we live for years since theyve been opened its been about 15 years or maybe more. the owner always wears gloves to protect its hands when he works on my grandmothers fingernails. he doesnt think that she has skin cancer... he thinks she has some contagious disease. instead of using the auto-clave to sterilize all his instruments he throws them all away when hes done working on my grandmother nails. Friday today took the cake. She went to sign her credit card bill and he threw the pen away that she used. Needless to say my family will not be going to that nail salon I feel that this is discrimination against someone with cancer in should be brought to the public where I live attention.. my grandma was very upset and her feelings were hurt.they treated my grandma like she had leprosy. And the owner even told her not to come and get her nails done anymore. Cancer is a chronic disease. I feel she has been discriminated against.

Only complaint.... she is always in a hurry. If Im paying $30, I should get more than 15 min of her time.

I went in for acrylics and my nail tech did an okay job. I thought my nails looked crooked and werent shaped how I liked them. Even after I paid $5 extra for a coffin style nail. It was just okay...
