Yes they had the parts as described but the salvage mechanic has no respect for the parts. I went to inspect my parts after driving 3 hours to have them have other customers parts stacked on my parts with no kinda protective wrap just piled up. I dont recommend this yard for your parts place..

Bought some coilovers from them through Ebay. After waiting for 3 full days for a response through Ebay and also email I found a phone number to call them. Kyle basically said I was lying about the order that Id made on Ebay and said that the listing said 99-05 for the year model when in fact it said 90-05, but the parts are for 06-15. They offered nothing to compensate this terrible experience, and Ill receive my refund after the parts are returned.

I have contacted this business a couple of times for parts over the past few months. First for a wheel, which their price for a used one, which I was assured would have curb trash because they All do I was told, was more than ordering a new one shipping and all off the internet.Second experience was for an intake. After finding out what I was calling for..Teds first question was if Id priced a new one, I said yes I had, that they were $100..New.He informed me that they could not come close to that price..Shop around before you waste your time calling this business.

Great place. Brian was super helpful on the phone and gave me all the details on the part I need. He took detailed photos and assured me it was in good shape. He offered a discount for pickup but they do a lot of business by shipping parts. I drove down from Michigan and they are easy to find off I-75. Kyle was there for pickup and helped me research other parts I may need. Part was read to go and loaded for me and gone in 10 minutes. I got a 2nd row door for a 2015 Subaru and I was able to install it in 45 minutes. I saved literally $1900 off the body shop estimate I got and did it myself! They are super knowledgeable and helpful if they dont have it they can help you find who does. Five star!

Bought and paid for parts and agreed they would deliver to Mansfield. Received phone call couple days later to be notified it will be 2 weeks before i get them. Waited 2 weeks. Was told that part received was broken and they waiting for new one. After month waiting all of a sudden delivery to Mansfield was no longer an option. Why waste my time for more then 6 weeks if you cannot deliver? Keeps on wasting time when asked for refund. It takes push of a button through PayPal for refund... DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I was suggested this place by someone in Lima who I dont want to be part of my review, but I have to say their service did not impress me. I was looking for a rim for my car and after being told on the phone that they had one in stock and would have it pulled when I got there, I drove 30 miles to get there only to find out it was not ready and on top of that all the ones they had for my car were bent. Not only did I waste gas to go there for nothing, but they liked to me on the phone. You would think they would have checked them or know what they have better before telling a customer they had a part that Thurs out they were bad. I had to pay another 30 bucks to get the part they told me they had in stock after waiting there for a half hour to find out they didnt have. I will not be doing anymore business with them and feel they should have paid for the difference in the price of the part that they found for me to order for their mistake.

TLDR: This company sent me a damaged wheel and cost me precious time and $110. They intentionally deceived me about the part condition even when I asked for them to check for a specific type of damage that the wheel they sold me ended up having. Following that they refused to acknowledge their mistake/deception. Dont trust them, especially if you are ordering out of state.I contacted OEM auto recyclers by phone for a wheel after looking them up on carpart. Kenny (KenW) said it was the best wheel he had seen and was a very nice wheel, stating that he handles lots of wheels. I have current problems with my wheels because the chrome is degrading, so I asked for a picture of the wheel including the side. I was sent a single picture of the front so I asked for one of the side, telling him I was concerned about it having issues there. He stated in text that the lip is not banged up or corroded. Ive moved a few wheels and look at every one. This is a nice wheel and including a video of the wheel. The video was grainy but did show the side of the wheel and seemed to show it had no damage. I went ahead and ordered the wheel for ~$200 as this place has good reviews online, unfortunately Im out of state so I couldnt inspect it personally.Long story short I received the wheel one week later and once inspected there were obvious problems with the chrome. Along near the air valve hole it was way puffed out and fell apart as soon as it was touched. It seemed like it wouldnt leave me in any better situation that I was already in with my current wheel but I had both discount tire and my mechanic inspect the wheel. They were both very unimpressed and skeptical if was even worth trying to mount the wheel. I contacted OEM/Kenny back and they said that the corrosion was not right under the rim and they had said there was no damage under the rim, meaning they meant where the tire sits only. To return it they required that I pay both the $50 return shipping, 15% restocking fee, and didnt refund the original shipping.I ended up with over an hour of lost time and out $110 because Kenny lied to me. You have to wonder what kind of business employs this kind of deceptive jerk.
